&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el marco de la actividad de fomento que lleva a cabo la Administración destaca sin lugar a dudas la subvencional, como medio de dirección económica y social de extraordinaria trascendencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las previsiones del artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, que obliga a las administraciones que pretendan conceder subvenciones aprobar, previamente, un Plan estratégico, de acuerdo con el artículo 12 del Real Decreto 887/2006 de 21 de julio que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones y de acuerdo con la Disposición Adicional primera de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, esta entidad aprobó en sesión de pleno extraordinaria de 23 de diciembre de 2025 el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El carácter estimativo del Plan Estratégico y la realidad dinámica de las necesidades del municipio hacen conveniente ajustar las previsiones contenidas y actualizarlas a la nueva situación, introduciendo en su caso las modificaciones e innovaciones correspondientes para dar adecuada respuesta a esta realidad, sin abandonar las líneas establecidas en su momento y teniendo en cuenta los principios básicos y fundamentales que rigen la materia subvencional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Existe un interés social que justifica la modificación de las subvenciones a favor de las entidades Asociación Tercera Edad de Santanyí, con CIF G 07 222 052, y Asociación Tercera Edad de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca, con CIF G 07 262 751, previstas nominativamente en el presupuesto para este año 2026 y dentro del Objetivo 2: participación ciudadana i asociacionismo del Plan Estratégico de subvenciones de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santanyí.. Estas entidades participan de forma activa en la vida social y comunitaria de las localidades de Santanyí y de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca y de Portopetro, dado que además de sus finalidades de representar y fomentar los intereses culturales, sociales y económicos de sus socios, colaboran activamente y de forma desinteresada con las propuestas municipales que se llevan a cabo en las la cohesión y el desarrollo de la comunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Este año 2026, la Asociación Tercera Edad de Santanyí y la Asociación Tercera Edad de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca celebran el 40 aniversario de su fundación y con motivo de este hecho han llevado a cabo determinadas actividades que se consideran subvencionables y que fomentan la participación ciudadana en la vida del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para el ejercicio 2026 consistiría en introducir determinados cambios en las subvenciones nominativas a favor de la Asociación Tercera Edad de Santanyí y la Asociación Tercera Edad de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca, consistente en incrementar en 1.100,00 euros el importe previsto para cada una de ellas y en entender que las actividades subvencionables son tanto las ordinarias de ambas asociaciones como las extraordinarias derivadas de la celebración de su 40 aniversario fundacional, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Artículos 10 a 15 del Real Decreto 887/2006 de 21 de julio que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Disposición Adicional Primera de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones aprobadas en sesión de pleno extraordinaria de 23 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se propone la adopción del siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Modificar el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones aprobado en sesión de pleno extraordinaria de fecha 23 de diciembre de 2025 en el sentido de incrementar en 1.100,00 euros los importes previstos inicialmente a favor de Asociación Tercera Edad de Santanyí, con CIF G 07 222 052, y Asociación Tercera CIF G 07 262 751, que quedarían fijados en 3.040,00 euros y 1.975,00 euros, respectivamente, y en entender que el concepto actividades y funcionamiento se refiere tanto a las actividades ordinarias de las entidades como a las extraordinarias resultantes de la celebración del 40 aniversario de sus fundaciones. La partida presupuestaria a la que se imputará este incremento se determinará mediante la correspondiente transferencia de crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objetivo estratégico 2 del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones quedaría redactado de la siguiente forma, en lo que se refiere a las dos asociaciones afectadas por la modificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
