    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendido el acuerdo del Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca, adoptado en la sesión de carácter ordinario de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 14 de 27 de enero de 2022), por el que se aprobaron definitivamente la constitución y los estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica como organización especializada sin personalidad jurídica propia dependiente del Consejo Insular de Menorca y adscrita al departamento competente en materia de patrimonio histórico; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que los Estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica establecen que ésta se estructura internamente en cinco órganos de carácter ejecutivo – la Presidencia, la Vicepresidencia, el Consejo Rector, la Comisión Ejecutiva y la Dirección – y dos órganos de carácter básicamente consultivo – el Consejo Social y el Consejo Científico –; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que el artículo 12 de los estatutos antes mencionados prevé expresamente que el Consejo Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) El/la presidente/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) El/la vicepresidente/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) El director o directora insular que tenga atribuidas las competencias de patrimonio histórico, en el supuesto que no recaiga en esta persona la Vicepresidencia de la Agencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) El/la director/a de la Agencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) El/la director/a del Museo de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) El/la director/a del Museo Municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) La o el jefe de la Sección de Historia y Arqueología del IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Un mínimo de 10 y un máximo de 15 personas con reconocido prestigio científico y técnico por su valía o como representantes de instituciones científicas como la Universitat de les Illes Balears, el Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares u otros colegios profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) El secretario o secretaria, con voz pero sin voto, que sea designado por la Presidencia entre el personal administrativo que preste servicio a la Agencia o, en su defecto, en el Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendida la solicitud del Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares (CDLIB), Sección de Arqueología, con registro de entrada núm. GE/007408/2025, de 11 de marzo de 2025, del cambio de representante en el Consejo Científico de la Agencia MenorcaTalayótica, y solicita el cambio del señor Ramón Martín por el señor Pau Sureda y la incorporación de la señora Laura Perelló como suplente, quedando como titular el señor Pau Sureda Torres y como suplente la señora Laura Perelló Mateo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendida la carta con registro de entrada núm. GE/025316/2025, de 4 de agosto de 2025, del señor Cipriano Marin Cabrera, coordinador del expediente de Menorca Talayótica y una de las personas con reconocido prestigio científico y técnico, comunicando su dimisión como miembro del Comité Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendida la carta con registro de entrada núm. GE/025803/2025, de 7 de agosto de 2025, de la señora Mónica Luengo Añon, coordinadora del expediente de «El Paisaje de Luz (Madrid)» y asesora de Menorca Talayótica y una de las personas con reconocido prestigio científico y técnico, comunicando su dimisión como miembro del Comité Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendida la jubilación de Joana Gual Cerdó, jefa del Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico del CIM y vocal del Consejo Científico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que, hoy por hoy, no ha designado a la persona que ocupará la Dirección de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica, después de la renuncia del anterior titular, con efectos de fecha 1 de noviembre de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el nombramiento de directores insulares que se establece en el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 122/2023 de fecha 20 de julio (BOIB 104, de 25-07-2023) en la cual se nombra el señor Jaime Reurer Morlá, director insular de Educación, Cultura y Patrimonio; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendido, por otro lado, el nombramiento de los consellers ejecutivos efectuado mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 92 de 10 de julio de 2023 (BOIB núm. 95 de 11-7-2023); &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto de la Presidencia del Consell Insular de Menorca núm. 103/2023, de 14 de julio (BOIB n.º 99 de 18-7-2023), en el cual se delega la presidencia de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica al señor Juan Domingo Pons Torres, conseller ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con las atribuciones que me confiere la normativa vigente y, en particular, la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Mantener como vocales titulares y suplentes del Consejo Científico de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
