&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Sr. Óscar Portas Juan, presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera, Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(...) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- MODIFICAR &lt;/strong&gt;la fecha de &lt;strong&gt;constitución del Tribunal Calificador&lt;/strong&gt; fijada en el Decreto Presidencial del 24 de abril de 2026 y número 2026/1509, y &lt;strong&gt;fijar la nueva fecha para el 16 de septiembre de 2026, a las 10.00 horas,&lt;/strong&gt; en la sala de actos del Consell Insular de Formentera (Plaza de la Constitución 1, 07860 Sant Francesc), para su constitución. Informar a los miembros del Tribunal Calificador, que podrá realizarse mediante videoconferencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- MODIFICAR &lt;/strong&gt;la &lt;strong&gt;fecha de realización del&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;primer ejercicio&lt;/strong&gt; prevista en la base 8.1 de la convocatoria (Primera prueba), fijada en el Decreto de Presidencia del 24 de abril de 2026 y número 2026/1509, y &lt;strong&gt;fijar la nueva fecha para el 30 de septiembre de 2026, a las 10.00 horas, &lt;/strong&gt;para la realización de la prueba teórica (temario general y específico) obligatoria y eliminatoria para todas las personas aspirantes, en la sala de actos del Consell Insular de Formentera (Plaza de la Constitución 1, 07860 Sant Francesc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; este Decreto Presidencial en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios de la OAC del Consell Insular de Formentera y en la página web de la corporación www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUATRO.- DAR CUENTA &lt;/strong&gt;el presente Decreto de Presidencia a todos los miembros del Tribunal Calificador y a los representantes sindicales de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
