    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante el decreto de alcaldía núm.2026-0252, se ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«En fecha 26/03/2025, la Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Inca aprobó las bases y la convocatoria para cubrir una vacante de Educador Social, personal funcionario de carrera por turno libre, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición. Las bases que rigen este proceso selectivo se publicaron en el BOIB nº. 59 de 10 de mayo de 2025, y la convocatoria en el BOE núm. 123 de 22 de mayo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez realizados todos los ejercicios de la fase de oposición y valorados los méritos presentados en la fase de concurso, el Tribunal calificador en fecha 5 de enero de 2026 ha hecho pública la relación de aprobados en la web municipal, y ha elevado esta relación a la Alcaldía junto con el acta de la sesión para que formule el nombramiento pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Las personas aspirantes propuestas deben aportar ante la Secretaría General de esta corporación, dentro del plazo de tres (3) días hábiles a contar desde el que se haga pública la relación de aprobados, los documentos acreditativos de reunir los requisitos exigidos en la base segunda, junto con los originales o documentos aportados como méritos. Aquellas que dentro del plazo señalado no presenten la documentación no podrán tomar posesión, quedando anuladas todas sus actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 05/01/2026, mediante registro de entrada núm. 2026-E-RC-71, Dª. MARIA MAGDALENA OLIVA MORRO, con DNI 43_054N, ha presentado los documentos requeridos, por lo que debe procederse a su nombramiento como personal funcionario de carrera Educadora Social de Administración especial, y en el plazo de cinco (5) días, a contar desde la comunicación del nombramiento, deberá tomar posesión de su cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Por todo lo expuesto y visto el informe favorable emitido por la técnica de administración general interina que consta en el expediente, de acuerdo con lo que preceptúa el artículo 41.14 a) del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, HE RESUELTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aceptar la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador y en consecuencia nombrar a Dª. MARIA MAGDALENA OLIVA MORRO, titular del DNI 43_054N personal funcionario de carrera de la escala Administración especial, subescala técnica, Educadora Social Grupo/sugrupo A2, de esta corporación con el nivel de destino 24.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
