&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante una resolución del vicepresidente de la Fundació Balear d'Innovació i Tecnologia (ahora adelante Fundación BIT), publicada en el BOIB n.º 174 de 31 de diciembre de 2025, se inició el proceso selectivo correspondiente a la oferta pública ordinaria de 2023 para la contratación, mediante promoción interna y con carácter indefinido a tiempo completo, de uno/a Facultativo/va Superior-TIC para ejercer las funciones de jefa de área de Gobierno Digital (referencia GDIGITALPI 01-25).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. De acuerdo con el que establecen las bases específicas de este proceso, publicadas en el BOIB n.º 174 de 31 de diciembre de 2025, la selección se ha desarrollado y en fecha 27 de julio de 2026, la Comisión de Selección ha publicado la lista definitiva con las puntuaciones finales obtenidas por las personas aspirantes en la fase de oposición y de concurso de méritos, así como el orden de prelación resultante del proceso selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Declarar que la persona aspirante con DNI **2047** ha obtenido la mayor puntuación en el proceso selectivo y, en consecuencia, resulta seleccionada para ocupar, mediante contrato laboral indefinido a tiempo completo y por promoción interna, el puesto de trabajo de Jefe de área de Gobierno Digital, código L03060035 de la Relación de puestos de trabajo de la Fundació BIT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Requerir a la persona aspirante seleccionada para que aporte la documentación original acreditativa de los requisitos y de los méritos alegados durante el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Establecer que el plazo para la formalización del contrato laboral y para la incorporación efectiva al puesto de trabajo que será de cinco días hábiles contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB, en la web de la Fundació BIT https://www.fundaciobit.org y al tablón de anuncios en las oficinas de la Fundació BIT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de esta resolución, de acuerdo con la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social, sin que se pueda interponer ningún recurso en vía administrativa ni ninguna reclamación previa a la vía judicial social, sin perjuicio que se pueda presentar una reclamación ante el órgano que dicta esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
