&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Día 24 de abril de 2026 la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio aprobó la convocatoria de ayudas al fondo de cooperación cultural universitaria 2026. (La convocatoria se publicó al BOIB n.º 56 del 2 de mayo de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; La comisión evaluadora ha estudiado y puntuado el proyecto presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; El órgano instructor ha emitido el informe sobre el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la convocatoria mencionada por parte de las entidades beneficiarias propuestas y, por otro lado, se ha emitido informe favorable sobre los aspectos jurídicos de la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Consta en el expediente la existencia de crédito presupuestario por importe total de 95.000,00 €, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33450.45390 del presupuesto del Consejo de Mallorca del ejercicio 2026, para tramitar la convocatoria mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Día 15 de julio de 2026 la Intervención Delegada, ha emitido informe favorable sobre la propuesta de resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; De acuerdo con el previsto en el artículo 33.2.k) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de Consejos Insulares, corresponde a la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio resolver esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendidos los antecedentes y los fundamentos de derecho expuestos, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Conceder, en el marco de la convocatoria de ayudas al fondo de cooperación cultural universitaria 2026, la cantidad total de 95.000,00 € a favor de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, por el proyecto &lt;em&gt;Dinamización de la comunidad universitaria y de la sociedad mediante la cultura y la formación&lt;/em&gt;, según los datos señalados en la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Disponer un gasto de 95.000,00 € a favor de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, con NIF Q0718001A, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33450.45390 del ejercicio 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Denegar la subvención solicitada a la Academia Dental de Mallorca SL, dado que no es una universidad y, por lo tanto, no cumple con el requisito establecido en el punto 5 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y trasladar la información a la base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalmente ante la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio o ante el Consejo Ejecutivo, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada i no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, sin limitación de tiempo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
