&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, de 15 de mayo de 2025, se aprobaron los contenidos, el desarrollo, la metodología, la duración, la evaluación y el régimen interno del curso de capacitación para el acceso a la categoría de de oficial de policía local BOIB núm. 64, de 22 de mayo de 2025).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Mediante Resolución del director gerente de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, de 20 de febrero de 2026, se aprobó la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial de policía local para el año 2026 (BOIB núm. 26, de 26 de febrero).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Mediante Resolución del director gerente de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, de 19 de marzo de 2026, se aprobó la adjudicación de plazas para el curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial de policía local para el año 2026 (BOIB núm. 37, de 24 de marzo), la cual fue objecto de rectificación posterior (BOIB núm. 50, de 18 de abril).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El 7 de abril de 2026 se inició el curso de capacitación de acceso a la categoría de oficial del cuerpo de policía local y el 16 de junio de 2026 finalizó.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. En el 30 de junio de 2026 la Comisión de Evaluación y Actualización de los cursos de capacitación de las diferentes categorías del cuerpo policía local acordó aprobar las notas provisionales del alumnado del curso de capacitación de acceso a la categoría de oficial del cuerpo de policía local y se otorgó a los alumnos un plazo de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones. También se acordó reservar una plaza en la siguiente promoción a la alumna Margalida Gaimundi Gomila por motivos de fuerza mayor acreditados en el expediente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Una vez finalizado el plazo mencionado sin que conste presentada ninguna alegación, el 24 de julio de 2026 la comisión citada acordó aprobar las calificaciones y la lista definitiva de personas que han superado el curso de capacitación de ascenso a la categoría de oficial de policía, así como las personas que tienen derecho a la reserva de plaza en la próxima promoción del curso, y elevar a la consejera de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción del Gobierno y Cooperación Local la propuesta definitiva de las personas que han superado el Curso de capacitación para el acceso a la categoría de oficial del cuerpo de policía local y las personas que tienen derecho a la reserva de plaza en la próxima promoción del curso.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.El artículo 30.19 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 39 de la Ley orgánica 2/1986, de 13 de marzo, de fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los artículos 34.3 y 28.3 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;4. Los artículos 177 y siguientes del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, aprobado por Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, y la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;6. El artículo 24 del Reglamento general de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de provisión de puestos de trabajo y promoción profesional de los funcionarios civiles de la Administración General del Estado, aprobado por Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. La Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas, de 15 de mayo de 2025, por la que se aprueba el contenido, el desarrollo, la metodología, la duración, la evaluación y el régimen interno del curso de capacitación para el acceso a la categoría de oficial del cuerpo de policía local (BOIB núm. 64, de 22 de mayo de 2025).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91, de 14 de julio de 2025), modificado por el Decreto 15/2012, de 12 de setembre (BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de septiembre de 2025).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. La Resolución del director gerente de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, de 20 de febrero de 2026, se aprobó la convocatoria del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial de policía local para el año 2026 (BOIB núm. 26, de 26 de febrero).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, vista la propuesta de la Comisión de Evaluación y Actualización de los cursos de capacitación de las diferentes categorías de policía, dicto la siguiente&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas que han superado el curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial del cuerpo de policía local para el año 2026 que figura relacionada en el anexo de esta Resolución.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar la lista de personas a las que se reserva plaza como alumno en la próxima edición del curso de capacitación para acceder a la categoría de oficial del cuerpo de policía local por causa de fuerza mayor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción de de Gobierno y Cooperación Local en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, del artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
