    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mediante Decreto núm 3080/2026 de 21 de julio de 2026, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de instancias de solicitud de admisión para formar parte del procedimiento selectivo, por turno libre, para la selección de una plaza de INGENIERO/A INDUSTRIAL, personal funcionario de carrera, por el sistema de concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las bases aprobadas junto con la convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 4 de junio&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2026,&lt;/span&gt; publicadas en el BOIB núm. 72&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 9 de junio de 2026 y un extracto de la convocatoria en el BOE núm. 147 de 16 de junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinados los requisitos y condiciones presentados en sus solicitudes por las personas interesadas para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo y en cumplimiento con lo establecido en las bases tercera y cuarta de las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el presente, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos de 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y 24.d) del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
