    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (B.O.E. n.º 236, de 2 de octubre), después de haberse intentado la notificación electrónica y también la notificación mediante servicio de correo postal, &lt;strong&gt;resultando ambas infructuosas&lt;/strong&gt;, se hace pública la notificación de la citación por el levantamiento de las actas previas de ocupación de los terrenos afectados por la expropiación a la que da lugar la ejecución del proyecto de obra “Renovación de las infraestructuras de aprovechamiento del acuífero de Sa Marineta” (Exp. Exprop 1/2025), que tiene como objetivo la reforma y adecuación de las infraestructuras hidráulicas del acuífero de Sa Marineta, en el término municipal de &lt;strong&gt;Llubí&lt;/strong&gt;, con número de expediente &lt;strong&gt;Exp. Exprop 1/2025&lt;/strong&gt;, que se llevaran a cabo el día &lt;strong&gt;31 de julio de 2026 en el Ayuntamiento de Llubí&lt;/strong&gt;, a los titulares de las siguientes parcelas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
