    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la dimisión del Sr. Richard Thompson, dando conocimiento al Pleno en sesión extraordinaria urgente celebrada el 16 de junio de 2026, y la elección como alcaldesa de la Sra. Catalina Perelló Pascual en sesión extraordinaria urgente del Pleno de fecha 20 de junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En uso de las facultades que le confieren los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y de conformidad con los artículos 43, 44, 45 y 51 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Revocar el Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 127-2023, de 23 de junio, por el cual se delegaban las competencias de los regidores por áreas genéricas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Con el objeto de agilizar y conseguir una mayor eficacia en la gestión municipal, realizar las siguientes delegaciones genéricas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; El alcance de las funciones de esta delegación se circunscriben al estudio y gestión en relación a los asuntos relacionados con el ámbito de su área, no incluyendo ninguna facultad resolutoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Las atribuciones delegadas se tendrán que ejercer en los términos y dentro de los límites de esta delegación, no siendo susceptibles de ser delegadas por sus titulares en otro órgano o concejal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- &lt;/strong&gt;De conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los concejales afectados, y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de advocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los Concejales delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directamente y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de advocación en base a la presente resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar personalmente esta resolución a los Concejales afectados, que se considerará aceptada tácitamente, sin perjuicio de manifestación expresa; y remitir la Resolución de nombramiento al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears para su publicación, y publicarlo igualmente en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, todo ello sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno de este Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, de conformidad con el establecido en el artículo 42 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
