E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;l 19 de diciembre de 2025, en el BOIB n.º 171, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 25 de diciembre de 2025 por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2026 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El 02 de junio de 2026, en el BOIB núm. 69, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se amplía el crédito asignado en la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones 2026-2027 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Los servicios técnicos de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático han examinado las solicitudes y han detectado que falta documentación en los expedientes, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;que se detalla en la tabla siguiente, y que el interesado debe aportar, de acuerdo con el apartado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;séptimo de la resolución de la convocatoria de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Los expedientes se han valorado por orden de prelación, en función de la fecha y hora de entrada de la solicitud en el registro de la CAIB. El número de expediente lo asigna el aplicativo de gestión de subvenciones una vez ha entrado en su bandeja de entrada que puede diferir de la fecha y hora de entrada real por error en el proceso de transferencia de datos entre sistemas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Hay que indicar que, en el caso de la enmienda de deficiencias, la fecha de presentación de la documentación de la enmienda es la que establece el orden para resolver el expediente, y, en el caso de la presentación de la aclaración, es la fecha de registro de la solicitud la que determina el orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
