40496 2026-07-21 es 2026-07-21 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Regidor de Función Pública, Seguridad Ciudadana, Civismo, Medio Natural, Entornos Saludables y Mercados, por resolución núm. 16746, de 2 de julio de 2026, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar, de acuerdo con las bases específicas del proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso oposición y por el turno libre, para cubrir 6 plazas de TAE M DE INTERVENCIÓN SOCIAL, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento y correspondientes a las ofertas de empleo público de los años 2022 y 2023, la composición del bolsín definitivo, con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, que figura en el anexo I.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Requerir a los aspirantes para que acrediten, cuando sean llamados para ser nombrados como personal funcionario interino, el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria. En caso de que el aspirante, en ese momento, no pueda acreditarlos, no podrá ser nombrado y quedará excluido de la bolsa, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades administrativas o penales que puedan derivarse.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Palma y en su página web.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas podrán interponer recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
