    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La alcaldía, en fecha 15.07.2026, emitió la siguiente resolución relativa al refuerzo y consolidación de un puente del camino de Les Coves Blanques, polígono 4, parcela 635, para evitar un mayor deterioro en las patologías existentes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar el proyecto básico y ejecutivo de de refuerzo y consolidación del puente y Estudio Básico de Seguridad y Salud, sin visado colegial firmado en junio 2026, redactado por el arquitecto Fernando Purroy Narvaiza, colegiado COAIB con núm. 238902, que cuenta con un presupuesto de ejecución para la contrata de de 25.488,05 € (IVA excluido), lo que supone (incorporando la gestión de residuos e IVA) un presupuesto total de 31.571,39 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Exponer al público el proyecto básico y ejecutivo por plazo no inferior a 15 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar a SR. Fernando Purroy Narvaiza, colegiado COAIB con núm. 238902, para llevar a cabo la redacción del proyecto, dirección técnica de las obras y coordinación de seguridad y salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
