&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar el error observado en el Decreto de Alcaldía de fecha 26 de junio de 2026, por el que se aprueba la Oferta de Empleo Público correspondiente al año 2026 del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, informando a los interesados que contra este acuerdo, que es definitivo en vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que dicta la presente resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo de Baleares en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8, 25 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, con la salvedad de que no se podrá hacer uso del recurso contencioso-administrativo en tanto no se resuelva, expresamente o por silencio, el recurso de reposición que, en su caso, se hubiera interpuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que los interesados puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que consideren procedentes.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
