Modificación del sistema de codificación de las plazas de la RLT con la finalidad de unificar y normalizar su identificación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La nueva codificación consistirá en la asignación de códigos correlativos según la naturaleza de la relación de servicio, donde las plazas de personal funcionario se identificarán con la letra, las plazas de personal laboral se identificarán con F la letra y las plazas del personal eventual se identificarán con la letra ,L E seguidas de un número correlativo de tres dígitos referidos al puesto de trabajo,&nbsp; más 3 dígitos de su puesto en el momento del nombramiento.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En consecuencia, los códigos actuales de las plazas serán sustituidos por la nueva numeración correlativa, manteniéndose inalteradas el resto de las características y condiciones asociadas a cada puesto de trabajo, de acuerdo con el anexo del presente acuerdo.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La modificación de la codificación no comportará la pérdida de la trazabilidad administrativa de los puestos de trabajo, dado que se mantendrá un registro interno de equivalencias entre la codificación anterior y la nueva codificación asignada, a los efectos de consulta, seguimiento e identificación de los antecedentes administrativos correspondientes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>. - La eficacia de las modificaciones de RLT que comporten un aumento del gasto, en el presente caso, la creación de nuevas plazas, queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>. - Llevar a cabo un texto consolidado de la RPT y publicarlo en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>CUARTO</strong>- Publicar el acuerdo de aprobación en el BOIB y remitir copia a la administración estatal, autonómica e insular en el plazo de treinta días.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Contra este acuerdo, que es definitivo en vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a.
