Aprobación MF-1007 relativa a la amortización del puesto de trabajo F30170021 de jefe/a de departamento adjunto del Área de Función Pública ]] CAIB 2026-07-11 ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 17/06/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">"<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1007 relativa a la amortización del puesto de trabajo F30170021 de Jefe/a de Departamento adjunto del Área de Función Pública, del Área Función Pública, Seguridad Ciudadana, Civismo, Medio Natural, Entornos Saludables y Mercados, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
