&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones y Ayudas Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;BASES POR LAS QUE SE REGULA ARTE Y COPAS 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9, 10 y 11 DE OCTUBRE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este año, Arte y Copas 2026 celebrará la XIX edición, consoldándose como una cita de referencia para la creación contemporánea y las artes visuales en Mallorca. Durante un fin de semana, sa Pobla se convertirá en un espacio de encuentro entre artistas, público y agentes culturales, con una programación distribuida entre espacios públicos y privados del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para el correcto desarrollo del evento, se establecen las siguientes bases reguladoras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;PARTICIPANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1. Puede participar cualquier artista de cualquier nacionalidad y procedencia, así como entidades, galerías, asociaciones, colectivos y grupos que promuevan el arte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. Los y las artistas podrán presentar obras de pintura, escultura, fotografía, instalación, videoarte, performance o cualquier otra disciplina artística contemporánea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. Las intervenciones e instalaciones que se desarrollen en el espacio público deberán ser técnicamente viables y, en ningún caso, podrán ocasionar daños en los espacios que las acojan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;ESPACIOS DE LA MUESTRA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. Espacios públicos oficiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Forman parte de la muestra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Can Planes – Espacios de Arte y Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Es Cavallets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Fundació Joan Soler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Can Corró&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Sa Congregació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. Espacios privados adheridos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son aquellos espacios privados que participan con una propuesta artística propia y que cumplan los requisitos establecidos por la organización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;COMISIÓN DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1. Se establece una comisión de selección encargada de velar por la calidad de las obras, instalaciones y espacios participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2. Esta comisión estará formada por dos representantes del mundo artístico y una persona representante de la concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3. La comisión será la responsable de la selección de artistas y obras participantes en los espacios oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;INSCRIPCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Las inscripciones se podrán formalizar del 3 de agosto al 18 de septiembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2. Tramitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla facilitará un modelo único de solicitud para participar en la convocatoria, que se adjunta como Anexo 1 y Anexo 2 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se tramitarán a través del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3. Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La comisión de selección se reunirá el día 18 de septiembre de 2026 para valorar las propuestas presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se comunicará individualmente a los participantes seleccionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4. Entrega y montaje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La entrega de las obras se realizará entre los días 22 y 25 de septiembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El montaje se llevará a cabo a partir del 22 de septiembre, según el calendario que acordará la organización con cada participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas deberán presentar los dos anexos adjuntos a la convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. Anexo 1. Hoja de inscripción con los datos personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2. Anexo 2. Propuesta expositiva que deberá incluir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Título de la obra o proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Medidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Técnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Esquema de montaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3. Se presentarán un mínimo de tres obras en el caso de pintura, fotografía o escultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.4. En disciplinas como performance, videoarte o similares, se deberá adjuntar documentación visual representativa de la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. La comisión se reserva el derecho de invitar a artistas, colectivos, entidades o proyectos que considere de interés para la programación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2. La comisión procurará la paridad en la selección de participantes y garantizará el respeto a la libertad de expresión artística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3. El embalaje, transporte y seguro de las obras serán responsabilidad de cada participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.4. Las personas participantes podrán montar y desmontar personalmente sus obras o comunicar a la organización la necesidad de apoyo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.5. La ubicación definitiva de las obras será determinada por la comisión de selección en ejercicio de las funciones de comisariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.6. La participación implica la presunción de autoría de las obras presentadas y la responsabilidad ante cualquier reclamación de terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.7. Durante el evento no se permitirá la venta directa de obras en los espacios municipales ni la exhibición de precios visibles, excepto en los espacios privados o en aquellos casos expresamente autorizados por la comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. &lt;strong&gt;DESMONTAJE Y RETIRADA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1. El desmontaje y retirada de las obras se realizará entre los días 12 y 26 de octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.2. Transcurridos dos meses desde la fecha límite de retirada, la organización no se hará responsable de la custodia de las obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. &lt;strong&gt;CONSIDERACIONES ESPECÍFICAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;La comisión de selección y la concejalía de Cultura seleccionarán artistas participantes para desarrollar proyectos expositivos dentro de la programación de Can Planes – Espacios de Arte y Cultura y Es Cavallets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;La Fundación ACA seleccionará un artista para desarrollar una residencia artística en sus instalaciones, de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas por la propia fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Can Gelabert (Binissalem) seleccionará a un artista participante para exponer proyectos dentro de su programación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;LCA Málaga seleccionará a un artista participante en la modalidad audiovisual para incorporar dentro de su programación anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Can Garau (Sencelles) seleccionará a 3 artistas para participar en exposiciones colectivas dentro de su programación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Se seleccionará una artista o un artista participante para elaborar la imagen gráfica de una programación cultural del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Las personas participantes seleccionadas recibirán una compensación económica de 75 € por parte de la Concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, en el marco de la adopción de buenas prácticas profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;El Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla no asumirá el montaje de las exposiciones ubicadas en espacios privados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Las exposiciones privadas que quieran formar parte del itinerario oficial de Arte y Copas 2026 deberán rellenar el formulario específico habilitado por la organización antes del 18 de septiembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. &lt;strong&gt;ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas aquellas cuestiones no previstas en estas bases serán resueltas por la comisión de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La participación en la convocatoria implica la aceptación íntegra de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
