&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJETO Y FINALIDAD DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es la regulación de la inscripción, la participación, el desarrollo, la concesión y la cuantía de los premios económicos del 32 Torneo abierto de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por lo que respecta al torneo, se celebrará el sábado 12 de julio de 2026 de 10.00 a 14.00 horas en la Sala Polivalente Es Porrassar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De esta manera se quiere promover que los jugadores de ajedrez se impliquen de forma directa en un torneo que cuenta con más de 30 años de trayectoria. En ningún caso se persiguen fines retributivos o compensatorios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDA.- CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA Y PRESUPUESTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de los premios objeto de regulación existe crédito adecuado y suficiente en la partida del año 2026: con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2026/01/341/22609 del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento de Algaida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La convocatoria, con las bases que la rigen, se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en la BDNS, en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Algaida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.- REQUISITOS DE LOS ASPIRADOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrá concurrir toda persona natural o jurídica que lo desee, sin distinción de nacionalidad o lugar de residencia, ni más limitaciones que las consignadas en las bases de estos premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA.- OBJETO Y REQUISITOS GENERALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Para poder optar a los premios del 32º Torneo abierto de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026 de Algaida tendrán que inscribirse previamente a través del correo electrónico dimonisalgaida@gmail.com o a través de WhatsApp en el teléfono 652 02 52 99 indicando el nombre y apellidos de la persona en cuestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA.- INSCRIPCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Para participar en el 32 Torneo abierto de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026, será necesario hacer una inscripción previa y abonar los 5,00 € del coste de la inscripción en el Club de Ajedrez Demonios de Algaida. La inscripción se realizará individualmente. La inscripción se podrá realizar hasta el sábado 11 de julio a través del correo electrónico dimonisalgaida@gmail.com o a través de WhatsApp en el teléfono 652 02 52 99 indicando el nombre y apellidos de la persona en cuestión. En el caso de la participación de menores de 18 años, un adulto deberá hacerse cargo de la responsabilidad de los menores especificando su nombre y apellidos. Las plazas están limitadas a 100 participantes según el aforo de la sala polivalente Es Porrassar. Por tanto, si se llega a los 100 participantes antes del día 11 de julio de 2026, las inscripciones se cerrarán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se establece una única categoría entre todos los participantes en el 32 Torneo abierto de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No se requiere estar federado en la Federación Balear de Ajedrez ni en ninguna otra federación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, la participación supone la aceptación de estas bases. La organización se reserva el derecho de aplazar o suspender el 32º Torneo de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA.- DÍA Y LUGAR DE CONCENTRACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El 32º Torneo abierto de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026 se celebrará el domingo 12 de julio de 2026 y la concentración se realizará a las 10.00 horas en la sala polivalente Es Porrassar. En ese momento se asignarán las 8 rondas de 5 minutos que jugará cada uno de los participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA.- CONDICIONES Y SEGURIDAD DE LOS PARTICIPANTES Y DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Todos los participantes deben estar inscritos dentro de los plazos establecidos. No podrá participar nadie que no esté inscrito correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. No podrán participar en el 32º Torneo abierto de ajedrez de Sant Jaume de partidas rápidas 2026 los inscritos que hayan consumido bebidas alcohólicas con el fin de garantizar la seguridad del concurso. Por tanto, quedarán automáticamente descalificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Todos los participantes tendrán que hacer un buen uso de la instalación municipal de la Sala Polivalente Es Porrassar. Quedará automáticamente descalificadas las personas que hagan un mal uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVA.- PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se establecen los siguientes premios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero clasificado: 100,00 € y un lote de productos locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo clasificado: 50,00€ y un lote de productos locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercer clasificado: 30,00€ y un lote de productos locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuarto clasificado: 20,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quinto clasificado: 10,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA.- ARBITRAJE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para la concesión de los premios se dispondrá de un servicio de arbitraje de la Federación Balear de Ajedrez quien será el encargado de determinar las clasificaciones a medida que se lleven a cabo las diferentes rondas. De igual modo, será el servicio de arbitraje el encargado de determinar la clasificación final y, por tanto, la obtención de los premios expuestos en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMA.- ENTREGA DE PREMIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se entregará un bono por el importe del premio a la persona ganadora. Con este vale, la persona en cuestión tendrá que acudir al Ayuntamiento de Algaida para rellenar el documento en el que se aporten los datos bancarios. La fecha máxima para cumplimentar el documento será hasta el viernes 31 de julio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los premios serán entregados mediante transferencia bancaria a la persona física representante de cada ganador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los lotes de productos locales serán entregados el día de la competición una vez ésta finalice y el arbitraje haya determinado las clasificaciones finales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para todo lo que no prevén estas bases son de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado mediante Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre; el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones, aprobado mediante Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; la Ley 57/2003, de 16 de diciembre, de medidas para la modernización del gobierno local; el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, aprobado mediante Real Decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares; las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto municipal, y el resto de normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUODÉCIMA.- INTERPOSICIÓN DE RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra las resoluciones de aprobación de las Bases y de concesión o denegación de las subvenciones, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer recurso de reposición, con carácter previo y potestativo ante el propio órgano que lo ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, o alternativamente en el plazo de dos meses ante la jurisdicción 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y la citada Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
