    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la presente, se hace saber que el 30 de junio de 2026, se ha aprobado el Decreto 2026-0578 de la constitución de la Bolsa de Trabajo ordinaria de personal laboral temporal de oficial 1ª electricidad del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, correspondiente al proceso selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo ordinaria, por el sistema de concurso de méritos, de la categoria de oficial 1ª electricidad, personal laboral temporal del ayuntamiento de Lloseta (BOIB núm. 61 de 14 de mayo de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El 24 de abril de 2026, en sesión ordinaria de la Junta de Gobierno se aprobaron las Bases reguladoras y la convocatoria del procedimiento selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo ordinaria, mediante el sistema de concurso de méritos, de la categoria oficial 1ª electricidad, personal laboral temporal, del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Instruidas las fases del procedimiento, el 30 de junio de 2026, se hizo público en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, el resultado definitivo de la valoración del concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con todo lo anterior y atendiendo a las facultades que me son otorgadas por el artículo 21.1, h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que agota la vía administrativa se puede interponer alternativamente recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar des del siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar des del día siguiente a la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa-Administrativa. Si optase por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquél sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo ello, sin perjuicio que pueda interponerse cualquier otro recurso que pudiese estimarse más conveniente a su derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
