    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Alcaldía Presidencia, en fecha 23 de junio de 2026, vista la solicitud presentada por Pedro Fullana Puigserver, en la que, como heredero de su padre Pedro Fullana Fiol, solicita de traspaso de los derechos perpetuos de entierro de la Sepultura 13 de la Zona 1 del Cementerio Municipal de Algaida, compuesta de 4 nichos, a su favor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el título de propiedad de fecha 13 de enero de 1983, los cuales figuran a nombre de Pedro Fullana Fiol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la escritura de manifestación, renuncia, aceptación y adjudicación de herencia autorizada por la notaria, Maria Josep Cànaves Bertos, de día 22 de junio de 2016, con el nº1134 de su protocolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En uso de las competencias que me atribuye la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local y el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y disposiciones complementarias,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Admitir a trámite el inicio del procedimiento de traspaso de los derechos perpetuos de entierro de la Sepultura 13, compuesta de 4 nichos, de la Zona 1 del Cementerio Municipal de Algaida, a favor de Pedro Fullana Puigserver, sin perjuicios a terceros con mejor derecho y expedir el correspondiente Título de Propiedad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Publicar en el BOIB la presente resolución para que, en el plazo de 10 días naturales contados a partir de su publicación, se puedan presentar las alegaciones o reclamaciones pertinentes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Algaida, documento firmado electrónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo cual se hace pública por general conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
