470 471703 717192 text/html 35374 es 2026-06-27 ![CDATA[Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 25 de junio de 2026 de corrección de errores del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 12 de diciembre de 2025 relativo a la modificación de la relación de puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario por el cambio de adscripción de puestos de trabajo motivado por el inicio de las actividades de la Agencia Balear de Digitalización, Ciberseguridad y Telecomunicaciones]] 2026-06-27 CAIB es CAIB CAIB 2026-06-26 35373 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 12 de diciembre de 2025, el Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears acordó modificar la relación de puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario por el cambio de adscripción de puestos de trabajo motivado por el inicio de las actividades de la Agencia Balear de Digitalización, Ciberseguridad y Telecomunicaciones (BOIB n.º&nbsp;164, de 13 de diciembre de 2025). En este acuerdo, que entró en vigor el 1 de enero de 2026, se ha detectado un error en relación con puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario que se tenían que adscribir a la Agencia con motivo del inicio de sus actividades.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por otra parte, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, establece que corresponde efectuar la corrección al órgano que haya dictado el acto.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se ha informado de la necesidad de corregir el error en la sesión de 18 de junio de 2026 de la Mesa Sectorial de Servicios Generales.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Dialogo Social, en la sesión de 25 de junio de 2026, adoptó entre otros el siguiente Acuerdo:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero. </strong>Rectificar el error material del anexo del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 12 de diciembre de 2025 relativo a la modificación de la relación de puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario por el cambio de adscripción de puestos de trabajo motivado por el inicio de las actividades de la Agencia Balear de Digitalización, Ciberseguridad y Telecomunicaciones, en el siguiente sentido:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
