&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 14 de la Constitución española establece que los españoles son iguales ante la ley, sin que pueda prevalecer ninguna discriminación por razón de nacimiento, raza, sexo, religión, opinión o cualquier otra condición o circunstancia personal o social. Por otro lado, el artículo 9 dispone que corresponde a los poderes públicos promover las condiciones para que la libertad y la igualdad del individuo y de los grupos en que se integra sean reales y efectivas; remover los obstáculos que impidan o dificulten la plenitud y facilitar la participación de todos los ciudadanos en la vida política, económica, cultural y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 17 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares consagra el principio y el derecho a la igualdad de trato y la no discriminación por razón de sexo, y establece que las administraciones públicas deben velar, en todo caso, para que las mujeres y los hombres puedan participar plenamente en la vida laboral, social, familiar y política sin discriminaciones de ningún tipo y tienen que garantizar que lo hagan en igualdad de condiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley 5/2000, de 20 de abril, de creación del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, fue el primer referente de las políticas autonómicas de igualdad entre mujeres y hombres, cuyo marco legal fue ampliado por la Ley 12/2006, de 20 de septiembre, para la mujer, tanto en cuanto a los principios de actuación como las actuaciones concretas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, tiene por objeto establecer y regular los mecanismos y dispositivos, así como las medidas y los recursos, dirigidos a promover y garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades y la no discriminación por razón de sexo, en todos los ámbitos, etapas y circunstancias de la vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 21.1 de esta ley configura un Consejo de participación de las mujeres como máximo órgano de participación de carácter autonómico para favorecer el asociacionismo y la participación de las mujeres en los temas que las puedan afectar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 16.3 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares establece que la actuación de los poderes públicos de las Islas Baleares se tiene que centrar primordialmente en la igualdad de derechos de mujeres y hombres en todos los ámbitos. Este precepto tiene naturaleza de mandato normativo transversal y vincula a todas las administraciones las administraciones públicas en el ejercicio de sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 30 del Estatuto atribuye a la Comunidad Autónoma competencias exclusivas en varias materias y, en concreto, el artículo 30.17 reconoce la competencia exclusiva en materia de políticas de género. Esta atribución competencial comprende las potestades legislativa, reglamentaria y ejecutiva, en este ámbito material, sin perjuicio de las bases estatales que puedan resultar aplicables conforme al artículo 149.1.1.ª de la Constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendiendo a la naturaleza transversal de la materia, la Ley 11/2016 proyecta sus efectos sobre múltiples ámbitos sectoriales —educación, universidad, cultura y ocio, deporte, medios de comunicación social, salud, juventud, acción social y participación ciudadana, entre otros—. Esta transversalidad implica que la perspectiva de género debe integrase en todas las políticas públicas, si bien siempre dentro del marco competencial propio de cada administración y sin alterar el régimen de distribución competencial establecido en el Estatuto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalmente, de acuerdo con el artículo 58.2 del Estatuto, el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares ejerce la potestad reglamentaria y puede dictar disposiciones de alcance suprainsular. Esta habilitación legitima al Gobierno para aprobar normas que establezcan principios generales en materia de políticas de género aplicables en todo el territorio autonómico, así como para regular órganos e instrumentos de coordinación de ámbito interinsular adscritos a la Administración autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Decreto 35/2023, de 26 de mayo, del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 70, de 27 de mayo de 2023), no tiene en cuenta todas las observaciones formuladas por el Consejo Consultivo de las Islas Baleares en el Dictamen núm. 56/2023, de 17 de mayo, y, en especial, la observación de carácter esencial del apartado 3.b) del artículo 6, que regula la composición del Pleno, que dice lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“3. Las entidades y los agentes sociales están representados de este modo:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una persona en representación de cada una de las plataformas de mujeres sin ánimo de lucro de las Islas Baleares que tengan por objetivo desarrollar actividades en defensa y promoción de la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades de las mujeres, aunque no estén legalmente constituidas y demuestren una presencia activa en los dos últimos años, y que manifiesten la voluntad de participar en el Consejo como miembros de este, con voz pero sin voto, mediante un escrito dirigido a la directora del Instituto Balear de la Mujer».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En consecuencia, la constitución del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres resulta imposible, dado que se refiere a plataformas de mujeres sin ánimo de lucro que no estén legalmente constituidas como miembros del Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otro lado, el apartado 3.&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; del artículo 6 y el apartado 2.&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; del artículo 13 hacen referencia a consejos de participación de las mujeres de cada isla, y el artículo 4.&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt;, a consejos locales de participación de las mujeres, consejos que son inexistentes, porque no hacen referencia al Consejo de Participación de la Mujer, adscrito a la Administración General del Estado, que sí que está constituido. También hay que eliminar algunas de las funciones que establece el artículo 4, que son propiamente del Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En primer lugar, y de acuerdo con el principio de necesidad, hace falta una revisión normativa porque es de difícil aplicación, atendidos los problemas para la constitución inicial del Pleno y la necesidad de modificar la composición y las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En segundo lugar, y desde la óptica de la eficacia, esta norma pretende aclarar la forma de elección de las vocalías y la Presidencia del Pleno y mejorar la operatividad del Pleno y de la Comisión Permanente, con la definición de las funciones de las vocalías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tercer lugar, en cuanto al principio de proporcionalidad, esta norma contiene la regulación imprescindible en cuanto a las prescripciones que determina el artículo 21 de la Ley 11/2016, más las conexas y complementarias para alcanzar los objetivos perseguidos por la norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cuarto lugar, y con el fin de cumplir el principio de seguridad jurídica, la norma se integra, sin fisuras, en un marco normativo estable, predecible, integrado, claro y de certeza, que facilita el conocimiento y la comprensión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En quinto lugar, se ha cumplido el principio de transparencia mediante la participación ciudadana en el procedimiento de elaboración de la norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En sexto lugar, y en cuanto al principio de eficiencia, hay que decir que la norma no regula procedimientos con cargas administrativas para la ciudadanía y racionaliza la gestión de los recursos públicos; así mismo, se hace efectivo el principio de calidad, con la aplicación de las directrices aplicables en relación con la forma y la estructura de los textos normativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalmente, en cuanto al principio de simplificación, la norma se ha redactado en un lenguaje inclusivo, accesible, sencillo y de fácil comprensión para la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este marco normativo, y de acuerdo con los artículos 58.3 y 69 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, en el ejercicio de la potestad reglamentaria, tiene competencia para elaborar y aprobar normativa de principios generales sobre la política de género aplicables en todo el territorio autonómico y, además, tiene competencia para dictar normas de alcance suprainsular, como es el caso de este Decreto, dado que regula un órgano de participación interinsular y para toda la Administración autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta de la consejera de Familias, Bienestar Social y Atención a la Dependencia, de acuerdo con el Consejo Consultivo de las Islas Baleares, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión del día 25 de junio de 2026,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Capítulo I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposiciones generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objeto del Decreto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la regulación, la composición y el régimen de funcionamiento del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares, en los términos que prevé el artículo 21 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Naturaleza y adscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares se configura, en el seno de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, como el máximo órgano colegiado de participación de las asociaciones de mujeres y otros agentes sociales que trabajan a favor de la igualdad real y efectiva. El Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares se adscribe al Instituto Balear de la Mujer, sin integrarse en su estructura jerárquica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Como órgano colegiado de naturaleza participativa y de carácter consultivo y asesor, el Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares puede asesorar al Instituto Balear de la Mujer, hacer propuestas y elaborar informes no vinculantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objetivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares, tiene como objetivos principales los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Ser un interlocutor válido ante las administraciones públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares con respecto a los problemas que afectan a las mujeres, y relacionarse mediante el Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Ofrecer una vía de libre adhesión para hacer efectiva la participación de las mujeres a través de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres en el desarrollo político, laboral, social, económico, científico y cultural de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Difundir los valores de igualdad entre las personas, sin discriminación por razón de sexo, y defender los derechos y los intereses de las mujeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Potenciar el bienestar social y la calidad de vida de las mujeres y proponer las medidas necesarias a los órganos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, con el objetivo de potenciar y mejorar la participación de las mujeres en el desarrollo político, social, laboral, económico, científico y cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Fomentar el asociacionismo de las mujeres para promover la integración de los grupos y las asociaciones de mujeres de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para conseguir estos objetivos, el Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares ejerce las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Promover medidas y formular sugerencias a la Administración pública a través del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, mediante la realización de estudios, la emisión de informes u otros medios, por iniciativa propia o cuando se le solicite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Participar en el Consejo Rector del Instituto Balear de la Mujer y en los consejos y órganos consultivos de la Administración autonómica en temas relacionados con las mujeres. El Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres tiene que proponer la designación de las personas representantes, que, en el caso del Consejo Rector del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, deben ser cuatro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Fomentar la comunicación, la relación y el intercambio entre organizaciones de mujeres y los diferentes entes territoriales que tengan como finalidad la participación y la representación de las mujeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Coordinar la relación con el Consejo de Participación de la Mujer, adscrito a la Administración General del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Recoger y canalizar las iniciativas y las sugerencias que le dirijan personas y colectivos no representados en el Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Recoger las denuncias de conductas discriminatorias debidamente fundamentadas que le lleguen y canalizarlas hacia los órganos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Proponer a los poderes públicos la adopción de medidas relacionadas con los objetivos que son propios del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres e instar que se garantice el cumplimiento de los derechos de las mujeres a todos los ámbitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Proponer al Instituto Balear de la Mujer medidas para que aplique políticas de sensibilización de la población en relación a las aportaciones de las mujeres a la sociedad, y promover cambios para reconocer la especificidad de la participación femenina en los ámbitos político, social, cultural y económico que tengan por objetivo conseguir, desde la perspectiva feminista, avances sociales en cualquier sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) Promover la participación activa en foros y debates que tengan como objetivo el desarrollo de políticas sociales de igualdad o de especial interés para las mujeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j) Velar por el incremento de la participación de las mujeres en los órganos de gobierno y en los procesos de toma de decisiones, tanto en el ámbito público como en el privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k) Llevar a cabo cualquier otra función relacionada con las mujeres que se le encomiende.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares está formado por los órganos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; El Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Composición del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares está integrado por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) La presidencia, ejercida por la persona representante del movimiento asociativo de mujeres elegida por el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) La vicepresidencia, ejercida por la directora o el director del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, que sustituye a la presidencia en los casos de ausencia, vacante o enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) La secretaría, con voz pero sin voto. La tiene que designar la directora o director del Instituto Balear de la Mujer entre el personal funcionario adscrito al Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Las vocalías, que representan a las administraciones públicas, las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres y los agentes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las administraciones públicas están representadas en las vocalías de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Una persona en representación de cada una de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares competentes en materia de igualdad, diversidad sexual y de género, trabajo, salud, educación, asuntos sociales y economía. Si una consejería es competente en más de una de las materias mencionadas, debe tener una sola persona representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Cuatro personas en representación de los consejos insulares, de acuerdo con la distribución siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Una por Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Una por Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Una por Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Una por Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Una persona en representación de la Federación de Entidades Locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres están representadas en las vocalías por veinte personas elegidas como representantes de asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres sin ánimo de lucro que tengan por objetivo desarrollar actividades en defensa y promoción de la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades de las mujeres, siempre que estén legalmente constituidas e inscritas en el Registro de Asociaciones de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Los agentes sociales están representados en las vocalías mediante cuatro personas: dos mediante las organizaciones sindicales más representativas en el territorio de las Islas Baleares y dos mediante las organizaciones empresariales más representativas en el territorio de las Islas Baleares. Las personas que ejerzan esta representación deberán pertenecer a las secciones o áreas de igualdad de cada una de estas organizaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El Pleno tiene que renovar la composición de las vocalías cada cinco años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. La renovación de las vocalías que representen las administraciones públicas y los agentes sociales se hará de acuerdo con los apartados 2 y 4 de este artículo respectivamente, a propuesta del Pleno. Corresponderá al secretario/secretaria, solicitar a las mencionadas vocalías los nuevos nombramientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mientras este proceso de renovación no haya concluido el Pleno seguirá funcionando con las vocalías llamadas anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. La renovación de las vocalías que representan las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres se llevará a cabo, a propuesta del Pleno, de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento de renovación de las personas representantes de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres tiene que garantizar la representación de las cuatro islas (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El secretario o secretaria, comunicará a las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres de acuerdo con lo establecido en &lt;strong&gt;el apartado 3 de este artículo&lt;/strong&gt;, la renovación del Pleno, y a partir de aquí el proceso de reelección se llevará a cabo de la misma forma que el de constitución regulado en la disposición adicional primera de este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mientras este proceso de renovación no haya concluido, el Pleno seguirá funcionando con las vocalías nombradas anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. La presidencia &lt;strong&gt;deberá renovarse&lt;/strong&gt; como mínimo cada seis años, a propuesta de las vocalías que representen las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres que forman parte del Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atribuciones del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las atribuciones del Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Ejercer las funciones que establece el artículo 4 de este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Aprobar las líneas generales de actuación del Consejo de Participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Aprobar el programa de actuación anual que elabore la Comisión Permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Aprobar los informes que presenten la Comisión Permanente y los grupos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Elaborar y aprobar las normas de organización y funcionamiento interno del Consejo de Participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Aprobar las incorporaciones y los ceses de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Crear los grupos de trabajo que considere necesarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Elegir y destituir a las vocalías integrantes de la Comisión Permanente, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado 3 del artículo 14 de este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) Aprobar el destino de los fondos atribuidos al Consejo de Participación en los presupuestos anuales del Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j) La renovación de la composición de las vocalías y de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k) &lt;strong&gt;El nombramiento y el cese&lt;/strong&gt; El nombramiento y cese de sus miembros a propuesta de las vocalías respectivas. Todos los nombramientos y ceses se publicarán el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. El procedimiento de renovación se hará conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funciones de la presidencia del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corresponden a la presidencia del Pleno las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Ejercer la representación del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Ejercer la dirección del Consejo de Participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Establecer la convocatoria de las sesiones del Pleno, presidirlas y moderar el desarrollo de los debates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Fijar el orden del día de las sesiones del Pleno teniendo en cuenta las peticiones que formulen con la antelación suficiente el resto de los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Velar por la coordinación de las tareas con la Comisión Permanente y los grupos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Dirimir con su voto las votaciones, en caso de empate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Visar las actas y los certificados de los acuerdos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) Llevar a cabo todas las demás funciones que sean intrínsecas a su condición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funciones de la vicepresidencia del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Corresponden a la vicepresidencia las funciones de la presidencia en caso de enfermedad, ausencia, renuncia u otras causas de imposibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La vicepresidencia también debe ejercer las funciones que le deleguen la presidencia, el Pleno o la Comisión Permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funciones de la secretaría del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corresponden a la secretaría las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Asistir a las sesiones del Pleno, con voz pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Convocar a las personas representantes a las sesiones del Pleno por orden de la presidencia y, si procede, de la vicepresidencia, especificando si la sesión será presencial, telemática o mixta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Elaborar las actas de las sesiones y expedir los certificados correspondientes. El acta de cada sesión podrá aprobarse en la misma reunión o en la inmediatamente siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Enviar el acta por medios electrónicos a los miembros del Pleno, los cuales pueden manifestar por los mismos medios su conformidad u objeciones en el texto, a efectos de aprobarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Entregar los borradores de los documentos que se deban trabajar, debatir y/o aprobar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Mantener actualizada la lista de vocales a efectos de poder informar de los quórums para la constitución válida de las sesiones y de los votos necesarios para que las votaciones también sean válidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funciones de las vocalías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corresponden a las vocalías las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Participar en los debates y hacer propuestas relacionadas con los fines y las funciones del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Participar en los grupos de trabajo que se constituyan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Ejercer el derecho de voto, con la posibilidad de hacer constar en el acta su abstención o voto particular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Acceder a la información necesaria para poder cumplir sus funciones. A tal efecto, deberán formular por escrito la solicitud correspondiente dirigida a la secretaría del Consejo de Participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Informar a la secretaría, de los nombramientos y los ceses de representantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Formular ruegos y preguntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Funcionamiento del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Pleno se reunirá con carácter ordinario dos veces al año y, con carácter extraordinario, cuando la Presidencia acuerde su convocatoria, ya sea por iniciativa propia o a propuesta motivada de, al menos, una tercera parte de las vocalías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La convocatoria de las sesiones se tiene que hacer con la debida antelación, al menos diez días naturales antes de la fecha de la sesión, excepto en el caso de sesiones extraordinarias, para la convocatoria de las cuales se puede reducir este plazo, que en ningún caso no podrá ser inferior a tres días naturales previos a la fecha de la sesión. La convocatoria tiene que fijar el orden del día y se tiene que adjuntar la documentación pertinente, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Para la válida constitución del Pleno en primera convocatoria, se requiere la asistencia de las personas que ejerzan la presidencia y la secretaría o, si procede, de las personas que las sustituyan, y la de la mitad, al menos, del resto de miembros. En caso de que no haya quórum suficiente, se tiene que constituir en segunda convocatoria media hora después y, en este caso, es necesaria la presencia de las personas que ejerzan la presidencia y la secretaría, o de las personas que las sustituyan, y de una tercera parte de los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Los acuerdos se adoptan por mayoría simple de los miembros asistentes al Pleno con derecho de voto, y, en caso de empate, la presidencia puede hacer uso del voto de calidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El funcionamiento del Pleno se tiene que regir por sus propias normas de funcionamiento, por el que dispone el capítulo II del título preliminar, a la subsección primera, de la sección tercera, de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y por el que establece el capítulo V del título II de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, donde segulan los órganos colegiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pérdida de la condición de miembro del Pleno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Son causas de cese como miembro del Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Presentar una solicitud voluntaria dirigida a la Comisión Permanente, que debe ser aceptada por el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Dejar de cumplir alguno de los requisitos que establece el artículo 6. En este caso, el Pleno lo tiene que aprobar mediante un acuerdo, con el procedimiento previo de carácter contradictorio que garantice la audiencia de la persona interesada y el derecho de defensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Tener conductas o llevar a cabo actividades contrarias a los principios y a los objetivos del Consejo de Participación, con el procedimiento previo de carácter contradictorio que garantice la audiencia de la persona interesada y el derecho de defensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El cese como miembro no impide la reincorporación con plenitud de derechos una vez enmendados los motivos del cese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comisión Permanente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La Comisión Permanente es el órgano ejecutivo del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La Comisión Permanente está compuesta por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La presidencia del Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La vicepresidencia del Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La secretaría del Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Nueve vocalías en representación de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres con representación en el Pleno, respetando el equilibrio territorial de las cuatro islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Dos vocalías en representación de las áreas de igualdad de los agentes sociales más representativos, siempre que estas áreas estén formalmente constituidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Cada cinco años, como máximo, las vocalías de la Comisión Permanente en representación de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres y de los agentes sociales con representación en el Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares, deberán someterse a la votación del Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Las atribuciones de la Comisión Permanente son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Elaborar la distribución del presupuesto del Consejo de Participación y rendir cuentas anualmente de la ejecución del presupuesto al Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Emitir los informes que el Pleno le encomiende, así como los que se puedan derivar de situaciones de emergencia sobrevenidas, y proponer las medidas y las resoluciones que considere convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Coordinar los grupos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Llevar a cabo cualquier otra atribución que le encomiende el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. La Comisión Permanente se tiene que reunir, en sesión ordinaria, dos veces al año y, en sesión extraordinaria, cuando se considere oportuno a propuesta de la presidencia o de un tercio de las vocalías que la integran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. La convocatoria de las sesiones de la Comisión Permanente, tanto de las ordinarias como de las extraordinarias, tiene que incluir el orden del día, y se tiene que adjuntar la documentación objeto de debate o aprobación, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. La convocatoria de las sesiones se tiene que enviar a los miembros que integran la Comisión Permanente con una antelación mínima de siete días naturales en el caso de sesiones ordinarias y una antelación mínima de dos días en el caso de sesiones extraordinarias. La convocatoria se tiene que hacer preferentemente por medios electrónicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Para constituir válidamente las sesiones de la Comisión Permanente, es necesaria la asistencia de las personas que ejerzan la presidencia y la secretaría, o de las personas que les sustituyan, y de la mayoría simple del resto de miembros. La asistencia a la sesión puede ser presencial o por medios telemáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Los acuerdos se adoptan por mayoría simple de las personas asistentes. En caso de empate, la presidencia puede hacer uso del voto de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grupos de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los grupos de trabajo son los órganos ordinarios creados por el Pleno o la Comisión Permanente con objeto de profundizar en cuestiones específicas relacionadas con las políticas de igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El objeto, la finalidad, la composición y el funcionamiento de los grupos de trabajo serán los que establezcan el Pleno o la Comisión Permanente, según corresponda, cuando se constituyan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Capítulo III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Régimen económico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Régimen económico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Para el ejercicio de sus funciones, el Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares dispone de los créditos presupuestarios que le asigne el Instituto Balear de la Mujer, y en ningún caso &lt;strong&gt;podrá originar&lt;/strong&gt; un incremento del gasto público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Los miembros del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares no percibirán dietas por asistencia a las sesiones. Los miembros que no residen en la isla donde se reúna el Pleno o la Comisión Permanente tienen derecho a las indemnizaciones de los gastos de desplazamiento a las sesiones, siempre que no sea posible su asistencia por medios telemáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En caso de que corresponda indemnización de gasto por desplazamiento a las sesiones, esta se calculará de acuerdo con los importes estipulados a la normativa vigente que regule las indemnizaciones por razón de servicio del personal al Servicio de la Administración autonómica de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición adicional primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proceso de constitución del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares deberá constituirse en el plazo de seis meses desde que entre en vigor este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. A tal efecto, el Instituto Balear de la Mujer solicitará el nombramiento de las personas representantes de las administraciones públicas de acuerdo con el artículo 6.2, y conforme al artículo 6.4, que hace referencia al nombramiento de los agentes sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento de elección de las personas representantes de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres tiene que garantizar la representación de las cuatro islas (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las asociaciones y federaciones, han de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Realizar una solicitud de ingreso en el Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Presentar los Estatutos de la asociación o entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Estar inscritas en el Registro de Asociaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Especificar quiénes forman parte de su junta directiva y comunicar su domicilio social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Certificar el número de asociadas/os.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Nombrar a las delegadas representantes de la asociación u organización participando en el Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez, que las asociaciones, hayan nombrado (conforme a sus estatutos o a la normativa de aplicación), a las personas delegadas presentadas, comunicarán el resultado de su elección, y se iniciará el procedimiento, mediante la convocatoria por parte del consejero o consejera competente en materia de igualdad, que una vez que haya recibido las candidaturas, debe elegir las veinte vocalías, de acuerdo a los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Representatividad de las islas para garantizar un equilibrio territorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Antigüedad de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres legalmente constituidas e inscritas en el Registro de Asociaciones de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Grado de participación, publicaciones y actividades en materia de igualdad dentro del tejido asociativo de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalmente, se tiene que dictar una resolución, &lt;strong&gt;que deberá publicarse&lt;/strong&gt; en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, con la relación de las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres elegidas para cubrir las vocalías del Pleno del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El consejero o la consejera competente en materia de igualdad tiene que convocar y presidir la sesión de constitución del Pleno. En el orden del día se tiene que incluir la elección de la persona que, en lo sucesivo, ocupará la presidencia del Pleno, de acuerdo con el artículo 6.1.a) de este Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. La elección de la presidencia del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares se tiene que llevar a cabo en la sesión de constitución del Pleno, y la persona elegida será la designada entre las diferentes candidatas que presenten las vocalías correspondientes a las asociaciones y federaciones de mujeres que forman parte del Pleno. Cada una de estas vocalías puede presentar una candidatura a la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La elección del cargo debe realizarse por mayoría simple de los miembros presentes. El consejero o la consejera competente en materia de igualdad, que preside puntualmente la sesión constitutiva, no puede participar en la votación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición adicional segunda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En todo lo que no prevea este Decreto, el funcionamiento del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares se tiene que regir por lo que disponen la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público; la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición derogatoria única&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Normas que se derogan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Queda derogado el Decreto 35/2023, de 26 de mayo, del Consejo de Participación de las Mujeres de las Islas Baleares, así como todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, lo contradigan o sean incompatibles con él.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición final primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Facultad de desarrollo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entrada en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este Decreto entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
