&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- &lt;/strong&gt;El 23 de diciembre de 2025 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 170 la resolución del director de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears de fecha 16 de diciembre de 2025, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral por el turno libre de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2023 y 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 21 de enero de 2026, 6 de febrero de 2026, 7 de abril de 2026, 13 de abril de 2026, 22 de abril de 2026 y 28 de mayo de 2026, previa convocatoria, se reunieron los miembros del órgano de selección de la categoría administrativo, grupo C, de la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral por el turno libre de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2023 y 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.-&lt;/strong&gt; En fecha 23 de enero de 2026 comenzó el plazo de presentación de enmiendas, una vez publicada la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, en la sede electrónica de la CAIB. En fecha 5 de febrero de 2026 finalizó el plazo de presentación de enmiendas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.-&lt;/strong&gt; Recibida la enmienda del aspirante **220114* en el plazo establecido a tal efecto, se procede a aprobar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas de la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso oposición de la categoría administrativo, grupo C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5-&lt;/strong&gt; No hay aspirantes excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 16 de marzo de 2026 tienen lugar a las 10.30 h, en las instalaciones de la AETIB, las pruebas selectivas de aspirantes de la categoría administrativo, grupo C, de la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral por el turno libre de l&amp;apos;AETIB de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2023 y 2024 (BOIB núm. 170, de 23 de diciembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 7 de abril de 2026 se publicó el listado provisional de resultados del ejercicio de la fase de oposición respecto a las pruebas selectivas de aspirantes de la categoría administrativo, grupo C, sede electrónica de la CAIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/ca/200/persones%20/tramites/tramite/6395031&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 8 de abril de 2026 comenzó el plazo de presentación de alegaciones al listado provisional de resultados del ejercicio de la fase de oposición en la sede electrónica de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 10 de abril de 2026 finalizó el plazo de presentación de alegaciones al listado provisional de resultados del ejercicio de la fase de oposición en la sede electrónica de la CAIB. No se han presentado alegaciones en el plazo establecido a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 13 de abril de 2026 se publicó el listado definitivo de resultados del ejercicio de la fase de oposición del grupo C (administrativo) en la sede electrónica de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 23 de abril de 2026 se publicó el listado provisional de resultados de la fase concurso del grupo C (administrativo) en la sede electrónica de la CAIB y, junto, el listado con la puntuación de las dos fases, oposición y concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.&lt;/strong&gt;- El día 24 de abril de 2026 comenzó el plazo de presentación de alegaciones de la lista provisional de la fase concurso-oposición de la categoría administrativo, grupo C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 28 de abril de 2026 finalizó el plazo de presentación de alegaciones de la lista provisional de la fase concurso-oposición de la categoría administrativo, grupo C, no habiéndose recibido alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 28 de mayo de 2026 el Tribunal de selección del grupo C (administrativo) elevó a la dirección la lista definitiva de la fase concurso-oposición de la categoría adminsitrativo, grupo C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 4 de junio de 2026 en el BOIB núm. 70 se publicó la resolución del director de AETIB de fecha 1 de junio de 2026, por la que se aprueba la lista definitiva de resultados del concurso oposición de la categoria administrativo, grupo C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 16 de junio de 2026 la primera aspirante con mayor puntuación y DNI ***1100** renuncia a la posibilidad de poder ocupar la plaza de la categoría administrativo, grupo C (L03510003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 18 de junio de 2026 la segunda aspirante con mayor puntuación y DNI ***1523** renuncia a la posibilidad de poder ocupar la plaza de la categoría administrativo, grupo C (L03510003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18.-&lt;/strong&gt; El día 19 de junio de 2026, se recibió por registro GOIBE454189/2026 de la persona aspirante seleccionada que ha superado el proceso selectivo del concurso oposición, la documentación requerida en el punto 16 de las bases de la convocatoria, en el plazo establecido a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; El artículo 11.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, que establece los criterios que deben seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma en la contratación de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;El artículo 11.3 del TREBEP, que dispone que los procedimientos de selección de personal laboral deben ser públicos y deben regirse en todos los casos por los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad, y que, en el caso de personal laboral temporal, debe regir el principio de celeridad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Resolución del director de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Illes Balears por la que se aprueba la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso-oposición para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral por el turno libre de la AETIB de las ofertas públicas de empleo de los años 2023 y 2024, de 16 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
