![CDATA[<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las<em> Illes Balears</em>, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, establece, en su artículo 36.2, que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las <em>Illes Balears </em>la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (LOE), regula, en el punto 3 del artículo 64, que en determinadas modalidades o especialidades se podrá requerir la superación de una prueba específica. Esta Ley ha sido modificada por la Ley orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de Educación de las<em> Illes Balears</em>, establece, en el punto 4 del artículo 37, que la administración educativa desarrollará las pruebas de acceso de las diferentes modalidades o especialidades de las enseñanzas deportivas.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se establece el calendario escolar del curso 2026-2027 para los centros docentes no universitarios de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, <strong>BOIB núm. 41 de 31 de marzo de 2026 </strong>establece en el apartado 8 del punto cuarto del anexo que los alumnos de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial iniciarán sus actividades lectivas el día 28 de septiembre de 2026 y las finalizarán el día 18 de junio de 2026.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">5. La Resolución de la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas por la que se acuerda el precio de la prueba de acceso de carácter específico y el precio del bloque específico para las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial de las modalidades deportivas de Atletismo, Hípica, Montaña y Escalada, Piragüismo, Vela y Baloncesto para el curso 2026-2027 (BOIB núm. 76, de 18 de junio) regula el precio de la prueba de acceso de carácter específico y del bloque específico para determinadas enseñanzas deportivas.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de mayo), modificada por la Ley orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las<em> Illes Balears</em> (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de Educación de las<em> Illes Balears</em> (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de marzo).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. El Real decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre, por el que se establece la ordenación general de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial (BOE núm. 268, de 8 de noviembre), el cual regula en el artículo 30 los requisitos de acceso de carácter específico.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">5. La Orden de 28 de julio de 2008 de regulación de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial establecidas al amparo del Real decreto 1913/1997, de 19 de diciembre, y del agotamiento de determinadas formaciones deportivas (BOIB núm. 113 , de 14 de agosto).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">6. El Real Decreto 669/2013, de 6 de septiembre, por el que se establece el título de Técnico Deportivo en Atletismo y se fijan las enseñanzas mínimas y los requisitos de acceso (BOE núm. 236, de 2 de octubre).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">7. El Real Decreto 933/2010, de 23 de julio, por el que se establecen los títulos de Técnico Deportivo en las Disciplinas Hípicas de Salto, Doma y Concurso Completo y Técnico Deportivo en las Disciplinas Hípicas de Resistencia, Orientación y Turismo Ecuestre, y se fijan las enseñanzas mínimas y los requisitos de acceso (BOE núm. 211, de 31 de agosto).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">8. El Real Decreto 706/2011, de 20 de mayo, por el que se establece el título de Técnico Deportivo en Judo y Defensa Personal y se fijan las enseñanzas mínimas y los requisitos de acceso (BOE núm. 147, de 21 de junio).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">9. El Real Decreto 702/2019, de 29 de noviembre, por el que se establecen los títulos de Técnico Deportivo en Barrancos, Técnico Deportivo en Escalada y Técnico Deportivo en Media Montaña y se fijan los currículos básicos y los requisitos de acceso (BOE núm. 9, de 10 de enero de 2020).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">10. El Real Decreto 981/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se establecen los títulos de Técnico Deportivo en Piragüismo de Aguas Bravas, Técnico Deportivo en Piragüismo de Aguas Tranquilas, y Técnico Deportivo en Piragüismo Recreativo Guía en Aguas Bravas, y se fijan el currículo básico y los requisitos de acceso (BOE núm. 282, de 25 de noviembre).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">11. Real Decreto 983/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se establecen los títulos de Técnico Deportivo Superior en Piragüismo de Aguas Bravas, y Técnico Deportivo Superior en Piragüismo de Aguas Tranquilas y se fijan su currículo básico y los requisitos de acceso. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">12. Real Decreto 935/2010, de 23 de julio, por el que se establecen los títulos de Técnico Deportivo en vela con aparejo fijo y Técnico Deportivo en vela con aparejo libre, y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas y los requisitos de acceso. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">13. Real Decreto 936/2010, de 23 de julio, por el que se establecen los títulos de Técnico Deportivo Superior en vela con aparejo fijo y Técnico Deportivo Superior en vela con aparejo libre, y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas y los requisitos de acceso.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">14. Real Decreto 980/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se establece el título de Técnico Deportivo en Baloncesto y se fijan su currículo básico y los requisitos de acceso, y se modifica el Real Decreto 669/2013, de 6 de septiembre, por el que se establece el título de Técnico Deportivo en Baloncesto y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas y los requisitos de acceso.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">15. La Resolución de la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas por la que se acuerda el precio de la prueba de acceso de carácter específico y el precio del bloque específico para las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial de las modalidades deportivas de Atletismo, Hípica, Montaña y Escalada, Piragüismo, Vela y Baloncesto para el curso 2026-2027 (BOIB núm. 76, de 18 de junio) regula el precio de la prueba de acceso de carácter específico y del bloque específico para determinadas enseñanzas deportivas.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">16. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las<em> Illes Balears</em>, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las<em> Illes Balears</em>, establece que la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas es competente en las enseñanzas de régimen especial. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Por todo ello, de conformidad con la normativa indicada, dicto la siguiente</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Aprobar las instrucciones por las que se concretan aspectos sobre la organización de las pruebas de acceso de carácter específico, los requisitos para solicitar plaza en las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial de ciclo inicial I de grado medio de Atletismo, Baloncesto, Hípica, Senderismo, Piragüismo, Vela con Aparejo Fijo, Vela con Aparejo Libre, y en el ciclo final II de grado medio de las Modalidades Deportivas de Hípica de Salto, Doma y Concurso Completo, Media Montaña, Escalada y Barranquismo. Estas instrucciones se concretan en los siguientes anexos:</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a) El anexo 1 incluye las instrucciones generales de las pruebas.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">b) El anexo 3 incluye el modelo de declaración responsable que deben entregar los inscritos.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">c) El anexo 3 detalla el calendario de las actuaciones correspondientes a estas pruebas de acceso de carácter específico.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Convocar, en las <em>Illes Balears</em>, las pruebas de acceso de carácter específico para poder acceder a las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial que se indican a continuación, por lo que hay que tener presente que el título de técnico de cada modalidad especifica las características de la prueba (el contenido, los criterios de evaluación, los efectos y vigencia, las exenciones, las adaptaciones para los aspirantes con discapacidades, los componentes y las funciones del tribunal):</span></span></span></p>

Ordenar que esta Resolución se publique en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears </em>y disponer que entre en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación<em>.</em></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y en el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las <em>Illes Balears</em>.</span></span></span></p>

Para poder realizar las pruebas específicas para acceder a las enseñanzas de ciclo inicial de grado medio es necesario tener el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria o equivalente a efectos académicos (véase la <strong>disposición adicional duodécima del Real Decreto 1363/2007, de 24 d octubre, publicado en el BOE núm. 268, de 8 de noviembre) </strong>o haber superado la prueba general de acceso al grado medio de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial para personas sin requisitos académicos o la prueba de acceso a la formación profesional de grado medio.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Para poder realizar las pruebas específicas para acceder a las enseñanzas de ciclo final de grado medio será necesario haber finalizado los estudios del ciclo inicial del grado medio de la misma modalidad deportiva. De forma excepcional, también se pueden inscribir para realizar las pruebas de acceso las personas que sólo tengan pendiente de finalizar el bloque de formación práctica del ciclo inicial del grado medio de la misma modalidad deportiva.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. No deben realizar la inscripción, por estar exentos de realizar la prueba (véase la disposición transitoria segunda del Real Decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre), las siguientes personas:</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a) Los deportistas de alto nivel de la modalidad deportiva en la que se inscriben (certificado expedido por el Consejo Superior de Deportes).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">b) Los deportistas de alto rendimiento de la modalidad deportiva en la que se inscriben (certificado expedido por el órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en materia de deportes).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">c) Los casos concretos de cada modalidad deportiva, recogidos en la correspondiente normativa.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. En los casos señalados en el apartado anterior, debe presentarse la acreditación en el plazo y lugar de inscripción a las pruebas de acceso (véanse los puntos segundo y tercero de este anexo).</span></span></span></p>

Para formalizar la inscripción, las personas interesadas en realizar la prueba de acceso de carácter específico deben enviar telemáticamente y <strong>debidamente cumplimentado y en formato pdf</strong>, a la dirección electrónica de cada centro de referencia de cada manzana señalado en el punto tercero, los siguientes documentos:</span></span></span></p>

Contra la lista definitiva puede presentarse un recurso de alzada ante la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas en el plazo de un mes natural, a contar desde la fecha de la publicación de la lista definitiva.</span></span></span></p>

Para las pruebas de acceso de hípica, el aspirante debe aportar su propio caballo. <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. <strong> </strong>El tribunal evaluador tiene la función de organizar la prueba y desarrollarla.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. La Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas es la responsable de designar los tribunales evaluadores para las pruebas de acceso de cada especialidad deportiva.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. El proceso de designación sigue los siguientes pasos:</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>3.1 Propuesta de miembros:</strong> La dirección del centro y la federación correspondientes, así como la Fundación para el Deporte Balear en el caso de Montaña y Escalada, propondrán a la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas los miembros del tribunal evaluador que sean de su competencia.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>3.2 Composición del tribunal:</strong> El tribunal deberá estar formado por:</span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Un presidente, que será un representante de la Administración Educativa.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Un <strong>mínimo de tres evaluadores</strong>, preferentemente representantes de la federación correspondiente, a propuesta de esta y que cumplan con los requisitos de titulación o certificación establecidos en la normativa vigente para cada especialidad deportiva. Su función es valorar las actuaciones de los aspirantes. Uno de ellos debe actuar como <strong>secretario</strong> y su función es redactar un acta del desarrollo de la prueba y certificar que esta se realiza de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>4. </strong><strong>Nombramiento y publicación:</strong> La Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas deberá publicar el nombramiento de los miembros de los diferentes tribunales el día 8 de septiembre de 2026 en la página web del Servicio de Enseñanzas de Régimen Especial.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Decimoquinto</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"> </span><strong>Expedientes de las personas inscritas</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El centro educativo debe poner a disposición de cada tribunal evaluador la documentación presentada por las personas inscritas para la realización de la prueba de acceso, los listados, las actas de las pruebas y otros documentos que sean necesarios.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Decimosexto</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"> </span><strong>Contenido y calificación de la prueba</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Los contenidos y criterios de evaluación de la prueba específica de acceso se detallan en la normativa vigente para cada modalidad deportiva. Pueden consultarse en el sitio web <em> </em>Servei dels Ensenyaments de Règim Especial.(«Pruebas específicas de acceso: requisitos, precios y características de las pruebas»).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. En la calificación final de la prueba se utilizarán los términos «Apto» y «No apto». Para obtener la calificación de apto las personas aspirantes deben superar todas las partes de la prueba.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Decimoséptimo</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"> </span><strong>Lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas en las pruebas de acceso</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El 14 de septiembre de 2026, el centro educativo donde se ha realizado la inscripción de la prueba de acceso debe publicar en el tablón de anuncios del centro y en su sitio web la lista provisional de personas que han resultado aptas y no aptos en esta prueba.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Decimoctavo</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"> </span><strong>Reclamaciones contra las listas provisionales de personas aptas y no aptas</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Se puede presentar una reclamación contra la lista provisional del día 15 de septiembre de 2026 hasta el día 17 de septiembre de 2026. Ésta debe dirigirse al presidente del tribunal evaluador y debe remitir a la dirección electrónica del centro.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. El director debe convocar a los miembros de los tribunales evaluadores, que deben estudiar el contenido de la reclamación y, en su caso, deben indicar a la persona interesada que asista a una sesión de revisión de pruebas en la que se le puedan comentar los criterios de corrección y calificación que se han utilizado.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. La revisión de la prueba, si fuera necesaria, se realizará el día 18 de septiembre de 2026.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. Los tribunales evaluadores deben extender un acta de la sesión de resolución de las reclamaciones presentadas.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">5. En caso de disconformidad con el resultado de la revisión del tribunal evaluador, se podrá interponer un recurso de alzada ante la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas en el plazo de un mes natural a contar desde la publicación de las listas definitivas.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Las personas que han superado la prueba de acceso específica pueden solicitar por correo electrónico el certificado que lo acredita en el mismo centro en el que se ha hecho la inscripción en la prueba a partir del día 21 de septiembre de 2026. El centro adjuntará de oficio este certificado en el expediente del alumno que solicite plaza en el proceso de admisión y matriculación de estas formaciones para el curso 2026-2027 y se les enviará por correo electrónico el certificado.</span></span></span></p>

Las personas que hayan superado la prueba de acceso y aquellas que estén exentas de realizar la prueba pueden solicitar la admisión a las enseñanzas deportivas que quieran cursar, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, a partir del día 19 de septiembre y hasta el día 21 de septiembre de 2026 (ambos incluidos). <strong>Una vez admitidos, podrán formalizar la matrícula.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Todo este proceso de admisión y matrícula se publicará en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears </em>mediante resolución de la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas por la que se dictarán instrucciones para concretar el procedimiento de admisión y de matriculación en las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial para el curso 2026-2027, así como la matrícula del módulo/bloque de formación práctica o la matrícula extraordinaria de módulos pendientes de años anteriores.</span></span></span></p>]]
