<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 747, de fecha 18/06/2026, se aprobaron las bases reguladoras que han de regir la convocatoria de becas a estudiantes del municipio de Sant Joan de Labritja (Curso 2025-2026), que se transcriben a continuación: </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>BASES REGULADORAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE BECAS A ESTUDIANTES DEL MUNICIPIO DE SANT JOAN DE LABRITJA – CURSO 2025-2026</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>1.- OBJETO.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es objeto de estas bases reguladoras es conceder ayudas, para el curso académico 2025-2026, a estudiantes residentes en el municipio de Sant Joan de Labritja para compensar parte del coste que supone realizar sus estudios.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La finalidad de interés público de esta convocatoria es ayudar a las familias y estudiantes ibicencos que estudian tanto en la isla de Ibiza como fuera de esta, para fomentar la igualdad de oportunidades y facilitar el desarrollo cultural de las personas mediante el acceso a la Educación Universitaria (Grado o Máster), a la Formación Profesional (Grado Medio o Superior) y a las Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores (música, danza, arte dramático, conservación y restauración de bienes culturales, y artes plásticas y diseño).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>2.- COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS O SUBVENCIONES PARA LA MISMA FINALIDAD.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Las ayudas recibidas para esta convocatoria son compatibles con la percepción de otras ayudas procedentes de cualquier otra administración o ente público o privado, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 19.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>3.- LÍNEAS DE AYUDAS.</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Se establecen cuatro (4) líneas de ayudas:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Línea 1:</strong> Beca a estudiantes que cursan los siguientes estudios oficiales de Educación Superior (Grado o Máster) o Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores fuera de la isla de Ibiza. </span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Importe de la beca: <strong>(Precio matrícula x Nota media curso) / 10</strong></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Importe máximo: 601 €</span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Importe mínimo: 210 €</span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Ayuda complementaria por desplazamiento: 250 €</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Línea 2:</strong> Beca a estudiantes que cursan estudios oficiales de Formación Profesional (Grado Medio o Superior) fuera de la isla de Ibiza. </span></span></p>

<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Importe mínimo: 150 €</span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Ayuda complementaria por desplazamiento: 150 €</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Línea 3:</strong> Ayuda de desplazamiento para los/as estudiantes que cursan estudios oficiales de Educación Superior (Grado o Máster) o Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores en la isla de Ibiza. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Línea 4:</strong> Ayuda de desplazamiento para los/as estudiantes que cursan estudios oficiales de Formación Profesional (Grado Medio o Superior) en la isla de Ibiza.</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Importe: 150 €</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">A los estudiantes que cursen sus estudios en Universidades Privadas o Centros Privados de Formación Profesional fuera de la isla de Ibiza, se les becará con el importe mínimo de la beca prevista en la línea 1 y en la línea 2: 210 € o 150 €, respectivamente. Adicionalmente a esta beca, se sumará la ayuda complementaria por desplazamiento prevista en cada línea: 250 € o 150 €.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>4.- ADECUACIÓN DEL IMPORTE DE LA BECA.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Se establece una adecuación (incremento o reducción) de las becas en función de la situación personal o los ingresos económicos de la unidad familiar.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Situación personal:</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Familia numerosa, mono parental o necesidades especiales: 25% de incremento sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Huérfanos/as de sus dos progenitores: 50% de incremento sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Ingresos económicos de la unidad familiar:</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Ingresos hasta 3,5 veces el IPREM: 0% de reducción sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Ingresos entre 3,5 y 4,5 veces el IPREM: 5% de reducción sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Ingresos entre 4,5 y 5,5 veces el IPREM: 10% de reducción sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Ingresos entre 5,5 y 6,5 veces el IPREM: 15% de reducción sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Ingresos entre 6,5 y 7,5 veces el IPREM: 20% de reducción sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Ingresos superiores a 7,5 veces el IPREM: 25% de reducción sobre la beca.</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">1 vez el Indicador Público de Renta de Efectos Múltiples (IPREM) 2026 = 8.400,00 €.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">La adecuación (incremento o reducción) se realizará sobre la beca prevista en la línea 1 y 2, no sobre la ayuda complementaria de desplazamiento (línea 1 y 2) ni la ayuda de desplazamiento (línea 3 y 4).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">En aquellos casos en que el estudiante perciba la beca máxima prevista en la línea 1 y 2, no podrá incrementarse más de la cantidad fijada: 601 € o 501 €, respectivamente. </span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Asimismo, en aquellos casos en que el estudiante perciba la beca mínima prevista en la línea 1 y 2, tampoco podrá reducirse más de la cantidad fijada: 210 € o 150 €. </span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">No obstante, en aquellos casos que el estudiante acredite pertenecer a cualquiera de las situaciones personales previstas en este punto (familia numerosa, mono parental, necesidades especiales o huérfanos/as de sus dos progenitores), podrán ver su beca incrementada por encima del importe máximo con el fin social de atender situaciones de vulnerabilidad.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>5.- REQUISITOS Y DOCUMENTACIÓN.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Modelo de solicitud</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> (ANEXO), firmada, con </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">autorización expresa</span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> al Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja para consultar si el solicitante se halla al corriente de sus obligaciones con el mismo Ayuntamiento, la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria y la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, así como </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">declaración responsable</span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> de no encontrarse bajo ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición para ser beneficiarios/as de subvenciones establecidos en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Fotocopia del </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Documento de Identidad</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> (DNI o NIE).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Certificado de convivencia</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> donde aparezcan los miembros de la unidad familiar y acredite que el/la solicitante está empadronado/a en el municipio de Sant Joan de Labritja con una antigüedad mínima de 3 años.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Certificado de titularidad bancaria</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> donde conste el número de cuenta bancaria y el nombre del solicitante, como titular o co-titular, donde se efectuará el ingreso del importe de la ayuda.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Fotocopia de la formalización de la </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>matrícula</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> del curso 2025-2026 donde conste todos los créditos matriculados.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Expediente académico</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> del curso anterior (2024-2025) donde conste todos los créditos matriculados y la nota obtenida.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Para estudiantes de 1º curso de cualquiera de los estudios oficiales previstos en estas bases:</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Estar matriculados/as en el curso 2025-2026 al menos del 60% de los créditos previstos en el plan de estudios por curso académico.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Certificado o expediente académico del curso 2024-2025 (otros estudios) que acredite una nota media igual o superior a 5.</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Para estudiantes de 2º curso en adelante de cualquiera de los estudios oficiales previstos en estas bases:</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<ul class="decimal">
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Estar matriculados/as en el curso 2025-2026 al menos del 60% de los créditos previstos en el plan de estudios por curso académico.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Haber aprobado en el curso 2024-2025 al menos el 60% de los créditos matriculados.</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>Para estudiantes que les falta por superar menos del 60% de los créditos previstos en el curso académico para obtener su titulación:</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<ul class="decimal">
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Estar matriculados/as en el curso 2025-2026 del 100% de las asignaturas pendientes de superar para obtener su titulación.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Haber aprobado en el curso 2024-2025 al menos el 60% de los créditos matriculados.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Acreditar los ingresos de la unidad familiar mediante la</span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong> declaración de la renta del año 2025. </strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">En caso de no estar obligado a presentar declaración, deberá presentarse certificado de imputaciones del año </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>2025</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">. La declaración deberá ser conjunta, donde aparezcan los progenitores y el solicitante. En caso de que se realicen de forma individual, se deberán aportar todas las declaraciones presentadas o certificados de imputación. Aquellos solicitantes que quieran acreditar independencia económica y familiar, podrán presentar la declaración individual o cualquier medio donde se justifique sus ingresos, así como también los medios que dispone como domicilio (justificante de propiedad, contrato de alquiler, acuerdo de cesión...).</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Para acreditar una </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>situación personal</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> con derecho a incremento del importe de la beca, deberá presentar toda aquella documentación que se considere oportuna: libro de familia, certificado de defunción del progenitor o progenitores, tarjeta de familia numerosa vigente, tarjeta de discapacidad, resolución médica o de organismos competentes donde se acredite las necesidades especiales…</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>A los estudiantes de Universidades Privadas o Centros Privados de Formación Profesional</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">, al optar por el importe mínimo de la beca prevista, se les eximirá de presentar la siguiente documentación:</span></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Certificado de convivencia, pero deberán presentar </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>certificado de empadronamiento.</strong></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Declaraciones de la renta o certificado de imputaciones del año 2025 de la unidad familiar (conjunta) o miembros de la unidad familiar (individual).</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Documentación para acreditar y justificar su situación personal (familia numerosa, mono parental, necesidades especiales o huérfanos de dos progenitores).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Como referencia, se utilizará 60 créditos por curso académico a la hora de calcular el mínimo de créditos matriculados en el curso.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">El Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja podrá requerir a las personas solicitantes la aportación de documentación adicional cuando resulte necesaria para verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en las presentes bases o para resolver adecuadamente la solicitud de ayuda.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>6.- DOTACIÓN ECONÓMICA.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">El presupuesto total máximo establecido contemplado para esta convocatoria es de 26.000,00 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 3260.48900 del presupuesto municipal del año 2026.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>7.- PLAZO PARA SUBSANAR ERRORES.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Si la solicitud y/o la documentación presentada tuviera algún defecto, faltase documentación o se quisieran hacer alegaciones, las personas interesadas dispondrán de un plazo de 10 días hábiles para subsanarlo y se advierte que, en el caso de no hacerlo, se considerarán desestimadas las peticiones, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 68 de la LPAC.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>8.- ÓRGANO PARA LA INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">8.1.- La Alcaldía será el órgano competente para la instrucción del procedimiento y para la resolución de la convocatoria. Una vez comprobada la documentación presentada obrando en el expediente y el informe del órgano colegiado (Comisión Evaluadora), el órgano instructor formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se notificará a los interesados mediante publicación en el tablón de edictos de la Corporación y, en su caso, en la página web municipal (</span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><em>www.santjoandelabritja.com</em></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">) otorgando un plazo de 10 días hábiles, desde su publicación en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento, para formular alegaciones.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">8.2.- La resolución definitiva, que será aprobada por la Alcaldía, a propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora, será motivada y expresará el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes a los cuales se concede la subvención y la cantidad otorgada. Asimismo se hará constar de manera expresa la desestimación del resto de solicitudes.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">8.3.- Finalizado el plazo a que se refiere el apartado anterior, la Alcaldía dictará resolución definitiva, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">La resolución definitiva se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica municipal y, en su caso, en la página web del Ayuntamiento, surtiendo dicha publicación los efectos de notificación a las personas interesadas, de conformidad con los artículos 45 y 46 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Asimismo, la resolución será objeto de publicidad en los términos previstos en el artículo 34 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y en la restante normativa que resulte de aplicación.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>9.- COMISIÓN EVALUADORA.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">La Comisión Evaluadora estará formada por:</span></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Presidente/a: Sra. Alcaldesa o Concejal/a en quien delegue.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Vocal: Funcionario/a de la Corporación.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Secretario/a: Secretario/a de la Corporación o funcionario/a en quien delegue.</span></span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>10.- CRITERIOS PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">10.1.- Las ayudas se concederán de acuerdo con los criterios a calificar por la Comisión Evaluadora según la documentación presentada y la adecuación del importe de la beca, conforme al punto 4 de las presentes bases.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">10.2.- La Comisión Evaluadora estudiará todas las solicitudes presentadas y establecerá el importe a conceder teniendo en cuenta el importe mínimo y máximo establecido para cada una de las líneas de ayudas conforme al punto 3 de las presentes bases siempre que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos. </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">La cantidad económica se prorrateará en la misma proporción entre todos los solicitantes para agotar o no sobrepasar la cantidad total de 26.000 € destinados para la convocatoria.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">10.3.- La Comisión Evaluadora estará autorizada para resolver las dudas que se presenten y para adoptar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del proceso previsto en esta convocatoria.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>11.- RESOLUCIÓN DEFINITIVA.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">La resolución definitiva será aprobada por la Alcaldía a propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora en el plazo máximo de 4 meses desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Esta resolución será publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) de conformidad con la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>12.- LUGAR Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de </span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"><strong>30 días hábiles</strong></span><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)"> a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de publicación de las presentes bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="color: rgb(27, 27, 27)">Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma:</span></span></span></span></p>
