CAIB 2026-06-13 CAIB es CAIB es 716596 32201 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;<strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;Mediante Resolución de la directora gerente de la Fundación Banco de Sangre y Tejidos de las Illes Balears se convocó&nbsp;un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer cuatro plazas vacantes de personal laboral fijo de diversas categorías (CT/2026/01), publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la web de la Fundación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;Mediante Resolución de fecha 26/05/2026 se aprobaron las listas provisionales de personas admitidas y la resolución provisional del concurso de traslado, y se concedió&nbsp;un plazo de diez días hábiles para formular reclamaciones, subsanaciones y alegaciones.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.&nbsp;Una vez finalizado este plazo, y examinada la documentación que consta en el expediente, procede aprobar la puntuación definitiva del concurso y adjudicar definitivamente la plaza respecto de la cual se ha presentado solicitud de participación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Asimismo, procede declarar desiertas las plazas respecto de las cuales no se ha presentado ninguna candidatura.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La base 2.1 del anexo 1 de la convocatoria aprobada por Resolución de la directora gerente de la Fundación Banco de Sangre y Tejidos de las Illes Balears por la que se convoca el concurso de traslados voluntario CT/2026/01, que prevé&nbsp;la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de la resolución definitiva del concurso de traslados.El artículo 23 de los Estatutos de la Fundación Banco de Sangre y Tejidos de las Illes Balears, relativo a las competencias de la Dirección Gerencia.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las bases 2 y 6 y el resto de bases aplicables del anexo 1 de la convocatoria aprobada por Resolución de la directora gerente de la Fundación Banco de Sangre y Tejidos de las Illes Balears por la que se convoca el concurso de traslados voluntario CT/2026/01.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El artículo 21 del Convenio colectivo para el personal laboral al servicio de la Fundación Banco de Sangre y Tejidos de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 153, de 6 de noviembre de 2014).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El artículo 23 de los Estatutos de la Fundación Banco de Sangre y Tejidos de las Illes Balears, relativo a las competencias de la Dirección Gerencia.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Aprobar la puntuación definitiva obtenida por la persona participante, que figura como anexo 1 de esta Resolución.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
