&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 28 de marzo de 2026 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 40, la Resolución de la directora gerente del Hospital Universitari Son Espases por la que se convocó, por el procedimiento de libre designación, el puesto de supervisor/a de la Unidad Cirugía Mayor Ambulatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el Real Decreto Ley 1/1999, de 8 de enero, sobre selección de personal estatutario y provisión de plazas en las Instituciones Sanitarias de la Seguridad Social; con la Resolución, de 16 de noviembre de 2001, de la Dirección General del INSALUD, sobre provisión de puestos de supervisión de área funcional o de unidad, y de acuerdo con la resolución de la consejera de Salud, de 3 de noviembre de 2020, de delegación de competencias en materia de personal estatutario en los órganos del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 191 de 07/11/2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Adjudicar el puesto de trabajo de supervisor/a de la Unidad Cirugía Mayor Ambulatoria a: Elena López Martínez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Al ser poseer dicha persona un nombramiento interino en vacante dicho nombramiento se realizará por un periodo de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución -que agota la vía administrativa- puede interponerse un recurso de reposición ante el órgano que lo dicta, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha en que se haya recibido la notificación, de acuerdo a los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en relación con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha que se haya recibido la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.6 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente interponer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
