&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- En fecha 2 de octubre de 2020 los Ayuntamientos de Búger y Campanet y la Agencia Balear del Agua y de la Calidad Ambiental (ABAQUA) suscribieron un convenio de colaboración para la gestión, mantenimiento y mejora de la EDAR de Campanet, a través del cual ABAQUA gestiona la mencionada instalación. buen funcionamiento de la depuradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Dada la antigüedad de las instalaciones y el incremento previsto de la población de los núcleos asociados, ABAQUA tiene previsto ejecutar un proyecto de ampliación y mejora de la EDAR, para cuya ejecución necesita disponer de terrenos suficientes donde llevar a cabo esta actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. -La letra B, apartado segundo, de la cláusula segunda del convenio de fecha 2 de octubre de 2020 establece, como obligación de los ayuntamientos, la de ceder en escritura pública los terrenos necesarios para ejecutar aquellas actuaciones de ampliación o remodelación en el sistema de saneamiento objeto del convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por este motivo, los ayuntamientos de Búger y de Campanet propusieron la cesión gratuita a favor de ABAQUA de la parcela 98 del polígono 5 del catastro del término municipal de Campanet con la siguiente descripción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Rústica: Pieza de tierra, cereal secano, situada en el término municipal de Campanet, conocida por CAN XAPETA, de cabida ochenta y siete diestros y medio, equivalentes a quince áreas cincuenta y dos centiáreas. Linda: por el Norte, con tierra de Rafael (a) Muleta, por el sur, con finca de Pedro Marroig Bennasar, por el Este, con Antonia Alcover Martorell; y por el Oeste, con la de Juan Bennasar Roca,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- En fecha 30 de abril de 2026 el Consejo de Administración de ABAQUA acordó iniciar el expediente para aceptar la cesión gratuita de la parcela 98 del polígono 5 de Campanet inscrita en el re Registro de la Propiedad de Inca nº2 con el número de finca registral 3548 y referencia catastral 07012A005000980000BQ; Así como delegar la firma en el director gerente de ABAQUA para tramitar el expediente y firmar todos los documentos para poder hacer efectiva esta aceptación de cesión gratuita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.-En fecha 21 de mayo de 2026 el secretario general de ABAQUA informó favorablemente la aceptación de la cesión gratuita a favor de ABAQUA de la parcela 98 del polígono 5 de Campanet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El artículo 25 de la Ley 7/200, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los artículos 38 y 41 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, de Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los artículos 58 y 126 Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento que desarrolla la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, de patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El artículo 20 del Decreto 100/2015, de 18 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la Agencia Balear del Agua y de la Calidad Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el director gerente de ABAQUA adopta la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
