&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 4 de marzo la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, aprobó la convocatoria de subvenciones 2026 para&amp;nbsp; la digitalización de les fichas catalográficas de los objetos que forman parte de los museos y colecciones museográficas mediante el programa informático MuseumPlus. (La convocatoria se publicó en el &amp;nbsp;BOIB núm. 33 de 14 de marzo de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El órgano instructor ha emitido el informe sobre el cumplimento de los requisitos de la convocatoria mencionada por parte de las entidades&amp;nbsp; beneficiarias propuestas y se ha emitido informe favorable sobre los aspectes jurídicos de la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En el expedient de referencia consta la existencia de crédito presupuestario adecuado y &amp;nbsp;suficiente en las aplicaciones presupuestarias&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 20 33210 46202 del ejercicio 2027 (20.000,00 € para la línea 1) y 20 33210 48903 del ejercicio 2027 (5.000,00 € para la línea 2), para tramitar esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Dia 29 de mayo de 2026 la Intervención Delegada, ha emitido informe favorable sobre la propuesta&amp;nbsp; de resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La convocatoria de subvenciones 2026 para la digitalización de les fichas catalográficas de los objetos que forman parte de los museos y&amp;nbsp; colecciones museográficas mediante el programa informatico MuseumPlus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 33.2.k de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de Junio, corresponde la resolución de la convocatoria a la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Disponer el gasto a favor del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, el Ayuntamiento de Montuïri, del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla y el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar&amp;nbsp; por los &amp;nbsp;importes que se indican en la tabla anterior, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 46202 del ejercicio 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Disponer su gasto a favor de Fundació Yannick i Ben Jakober y a la Fundació Museu Cosme Bauçà Prevere por los importes que se indican en la tabla anterior, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 48903 del ejercicio 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, al tratarse de una convocatoria de gasto anticipado, éste queda condicionado a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente para la financiación en el ejercicio presupuestario al que se imputa el gasto (2027).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín oficial de les Illes Balears y trasladar la información a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalmente ante la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio o ante el Consejo Ejecutivo, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en el plazo de dos meses, &amp;nbsp;a contar &amp;nbsp;a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada i no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede&amp;nbsp; interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante &amp;nbsp;la sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, sin limitación de tiempo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
