Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia en fecha 26 de mayo de 2026 ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 11 de febrero de 2026 se aprobaron las Bases específicas para la constitución de una bolsa extraordinaria por el sistema de concurso, para nombramientos como personal funcionario interino de la Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia las cuales se publicaron íntegramente en el Boib núm. 21 de fecha 14 de febrero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que en fecha 11 de mayo de 2026 se publicó la Resolución de Alcaldía de las puntuaciones provisionales obtenidas por los aspirantes otorgando un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución en la página web municipal, a fin de que se pudieran efectuar las reclamaciones y observaciones oportunas sobre la valoración de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que ha transcurrido el plazo sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones o reclamaciones en el listado de puntuaciones provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones legales que me confiere la legislación vigente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta resolución en Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eugenia (www.ajsantaeugenia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta resolución, y de acuerdo con la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y otras disposiciones concordantes, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en un plazo de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, sin perjuicio de un mes desde la fecha de publicación del acto o resolución ante la presidencia de la Corporación. Si se interpone recurso de reposición, el plazo para su resolución será de un mes, transcurrido el cual puede entenderse desestimado por silencio administrativo y, en este supuesto, puede plantearse el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de 6 meses desde la fecha del acto presunto de desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
