    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en ejercicio de sus competencias, aprobó, en sesión extraordinaria de urgencia de 29 de abril de 2026, el desistimiento de los expedientes de solicitud de subvenciones para intervenciones en bienes del patrimonio cultural, para rehabilitar paredes de piedra seca y para soterrar líneas eléctricas 2020, de conformidad a lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Tener por desistidos de su petición de otorgamiento de subvención en materia de patrimonio cultural a los interesados que figuran en el anexo con indicación del número de expediente y tipo de subvención, por no haber presentado la documentación requerida al otorgamiento en el plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y, por tanto, archivar los expedientes indicados en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Trasladar este acuerdo al área Económica del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Notificar este acuerdo a los interesados y publicar el correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lista de beneficiarios a los que se les tiene por desistidos de la solicitud de subvención.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
