Aprobación de la MF-1048 relativa a la creación del puesto de trabajo de ETOP en el Servicio de Vialidad, del Departamento de Infraestructuras]] 29073 2026-05-28 CAIB CAIB 386768 CAIB 2026-05-28 715901 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 20/05/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1048 relativa a la creación del puesto de trabajo de ETOP en el Servicio de Vialidad, del Departamento de Infraestructuras, del Área de Infraestructuras, Accesibilidad y Polígonos Industriales, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Aprobar las funciones del puesto incorporado a la propuesta, que son las siguientes:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Elaborar informes y propuestas sobre las materias propias de la unidad a la que está adscrito.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Redactar proyectos, dirigir obras, llevar a cabo mediciones y peritaciones para las que esté facultado.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Cumplir las directrices, normas, procedimientos y acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y asumir las funciones que le sean encomendadas en materia de actuación en emergencias, colaborando con el Servicio de Prevención cuando le sea requerido.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Cualquier otra tarea que le sea encomendada por el superior jerárquico de entre las que corresponden a la escala, subescala, clase, especialidad o categoría de adscripción del puesto de trabajo.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>CUARTO</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
