Aprobación de la ML-1029 relativa a la amortización del puesto de trabajo L00210001 auxiliar administrativo/a]] CAIB es 29063 29064 es CAIB CAIB 2026-05-26 2026-05-28 386701 2026-05-28 950 715898 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 20/05/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta ML-1029 relativa a la amortización puesto de trabajo L00210001 auxiliar administrativo/a del Área Delegada de Innovación, en el sentido de que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
