decreta:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">«<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (2026-2028) para incluir un coste diferente al previsto inicialmente, publicado al BOIB n.º 2, de 3 de enero de 2026, en la línea de subvenciones a los Ayuntamientos de la isla de Ibiza para cooperar económicamente con los ayuntamientos en la ejecución del Plan Estratégico de Inversiones Municipales (PLA 5), afectando únicamente a la planificación del ejercicio 2026, de la
