&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Convocar el procedimiento selectivo para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OFICIAL 1ª BRIGADA MUNICIPAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, personal laboral de carácter temporal, mediante proceso selectivo con valoración de méritos, del Ayuntamiento de Campanet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar las bases que deben regir el procedimiento selectivo, las cuales constan incorporadas al expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar la convocatoria y las bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la web municipal del Ayuntamiento de Campanet. Las cuales se exponen a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATORIA QUE HAN DE REGIR EL PROCESO SELECTIVO PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE OFICIAL 1ª BRIGADA, PERSONAL LABORAL, DE CARÁCTER TEMPORAL, MEDIANTE PROCESO SELECTIVO CON VALORACIÓN DE MÉRITOS, DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE CAMPANET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El art. 23.2 de la Constitución dispone que todos los ciudadanos tienen derecho de acceder en condiciones de igualdad a las funciones y a los cargos públicos, con los requisitos que las leyes señalen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. - OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de oficial 1ª Brigada del Ayuntamiento de Campanet, mediante CONCURSO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las funciones del puesto de trabajo son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones de los edificios municipales: electricidad, fontanería, climatización/ventilación, carpintería/cerrajería, albañilería y pintura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diagnóstico de averías, ejecución de reparaciones y reposiciones menores en los edificios municipales; registro de partes y control básico de stock.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revisiones funcionales de iluminación de emergencia, apoyo a inspecciones reglamentarias (PCI, eléctricas, térmicas, ascensores) y coordinación con empresas externas cuando corresponda, relativas a los edificios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Apoyo logístico de espacios y actos (montajes/desmontajes), e instrucción/guía del personal menos cualificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instalaciones de agua potable: gestión de muestreos y coordinación con laboratorios/empresas homologadas; apoyo a inspecciones sanitarias y aplicación de las medidas correctoras indicadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Registro y trazabilidad: anotación de lecturas, actuaciones e incidencias en las hojas de control; comunicación de anomalías al responsable técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier otra tarea que le sea encomendada por sus superiores relacionada con las anteriores, así como con el mantenimiento de instalaciones e infraestructuras públicas: alumbrado, distribución de agua, vías públicas y alcantarillado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDA. -NORMATIVA APLICABLE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es aplicable en esta convocatoria el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, de 30 de octubre, la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria servirá para crear una bolsa de trabajo de personal de oficial 1ª Brigada a efectos de cualquier supuesto de contratación como personal laboral temporal interino, de acuerdo con el artículo 11 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, en relación con el artículo 15 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, así como el artículo 15 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de las Islas Baleares,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.-REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitidas en este proceso selectivo, las personas interesadas deben cumplir, a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes y durante todo el proceso selectivo, los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Tener la nacionalidad española, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el art. 57 del Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Trabajador Público, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre. Las personas aspirantes de nacionalidad no española deberán acreditar, mediante declaración responsable u otro medio admitido en derecho, tener un conocimiento adecuado del idioma español, y se les podrá exigir, si procede, la superación de pruebas con esta finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tener 16 años cumplidos el día que venza el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes y no exceder de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar en posesión del título de Certificado Escolar, Graduado Escolar o Graduado en ESO, o bien estar en condiciones de oblicuo en la fecha en que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. En el caso de titulaciones expedidas en el extranjero será necesario aportar la correspondiente documentación que acredite su homologación oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Poseer la capacidad funcional, física y psíquica, para el desarrollo de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de las administraciones públicas ni encontrarse inhabilitado para el ejercicio de funciones públicas, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 56. 1 d) de la Ley 7/2007.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Antes de ser contratada, la persona interesada deberá hacer constar que no está sometida a ninguno de los motivos de incompatibilidad establecidos en la ley 53/1984 de 26 de diciembre, que regula el personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas o comprometerse en su caso, a ejercer la oportuna opción en el periodo de tiempo previsto en el artículo 10 de la disposición legal anterior, y no percibir pensión de jubilación de retiro o de orfandad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Acreditar el conocimiento de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel de certificado B1, mediante aportación del certificado o documento entregado por la EBAP o la Dirección General de Política Lingüística del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares o cualquiera de los certificados o documentos considerados equivalentes por la Administración de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Permiso de conducir clase B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Acreditación de haber abonado la tasa por proceso selectivo. La tasa por participación en esta convocatoria, o derechos de examen, es de 15,29.-€, que deberán hacerse efectivos mediante ingreso en la cuenta IBAN ES34 2100 0160 3002 0000 0421 y se indicará al concepto: nombre, linajes y "Oficial 1ª Brigada". (BOIB núm. 55 de 30/04/2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falta de justificación del pago de la tasa indicada determina la exclusión de la persona aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estos requisitos deben reunirse a la fecha en que venza el plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antes de la firma del contrato, la persona interesada debe hacer constar que no lleva a cabo ninguna otra actividad en ningún lugar del sector público y que no percibe pensión de jubilación, retiro u orfandad. En caso de llevar a cabo alguna actividad privada, debe declararla en el plazo de diez días siguientes a la firma del contrato, para que la Corporación pueda adoptar el acuerdo de declaración de compatibilidad o incompatibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTA.- FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUD LICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presente convocatoria se publicará en el BOIB y su publicación será la que regirá los plazos para la presentación de la documentación. Las otras publicaciones se harán mediante el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la corporación (www.ajcampanet.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes para participar en el proceso selectivo deben formalizarse según el modelo que figura en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; anexo I &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de estas bases, debidamente cumplimentado y firmado, dirigido al Alcalde, y deben presentarse en el Registro General electrónico (https://campanet.sedelectronica.es/info.0) o físico de esta corporación, o por cualquiera de los medios admitidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/15, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para presentar solicitudes será de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de estas bases en el BOIB. Cuando el último día del plazo sea inhábil, debe entenderse prorrogado al primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los sucesivos anuncios se publicarán únicamente en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la corporación (www.ajcampanet.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitidas y tomar parte en esta bolsa bastará que las personas interesadas manifiesten a la instancia que reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas en la base segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la solicitud, hay que aportar la documentación que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Anexo I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Justificante de abono de la tasa de 15,29.-€ de derechos de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Conocimientos de la lengua catalana: copia del certificado acreditativo de poseer del nivel B1 de catalán (o del nivel superior al exigido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Titulación académica exigida o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Documentación acreditativa de los méritos que se aleguen. Los méritos insuficientemente acreditados no serán valorados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Permiso de conducir exigido en la base TERCERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto en que se presente más de un documento, estos deben presentarse agrupados en un único PDF o comprimidos en un archivo tipo RAR o ZIP. Méritos que se aleguen por su valoración en la fase concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se admitirá ninguna documentación referida a méritos una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias. En ningún caso se requerirá documentación o enmienda de errores relativa a los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedad en los datos que se hagan constar en la solicitud o en la documentación anexa determina la exclusión inmediata de la persona solicitante, sin perjuicio de las medidas legales que correspondan. Con la formalización y presentación de la solicitud, las personas aspirantes dan su consentimiento al tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que son necesarios para tomar parte en la convocatoria y para el resto de la tramitación del proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente y, especialmente, la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA.-ADMISIÓN DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cumplido el plazo de presentación de instancias, el Alcalde dictará resolución provisional de admitidas y excluidas que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de la corporación (www.ajcampanet.net) y se concederá un plazo de 3 días hábiles, para poder enmendar el defecto que haya motivado la exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las reclamaciones serán aceptadas o rechazadas por resolución de la Batlia con la aprobación de la lista definitiva, y se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no hay reclamaciones, la lista provisional se considerará elevada a definitiva al día siguiente al de la finalización del plazo para reclamar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA.- TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano encargado de la selección es el Tribunal Calificador, el cual se determinará por resolución del Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Campanet, publicándose en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica su composición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano de selección será colegiado y su composición se ajustará a los principios de imparcialidad y profesionalidad de sus miembros, y se procurará, asimismo, la paridad entre mujer y hombre. El personal de elección o de libre designación política, los funcionarios interinos y el personal eventual, no pueden formar parte de los órganos de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La pertenencia a los órganos de selección será siempre a título individual, no pudiendo ostentar ésta en representación o por cuenta de nadie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Calificador estará constituido por tres miembros. Se constituirá atendiendo a los principios de imparcialidad, profesionalidad y especialidad, en función de la disponibilidad de recursos. Tendrá la consideración de órgano colegiado y, como tal, estará sujeto a las normas contenidas en la normativa de Régimen Jurídico del sector público. El tribunal podrá nombrar personas colaboradoras, especialistas y ayudantes, que estarán siempre bajo su dirección y control directos, para aquellas pruebas que lo requieran, limitándose al ejercicio de sus especialidades técnicas en base a las cuales colaborarán con el tribunal con voz, pero sin voto. El personal asesor y especialista estará sometido a las mismas causas de abstención y recusación que los miembros del tribunal. El tribunal estará compuesto por la Presidencia, la Secretaría y una vocalía, actuando todas ellas con voz y voto. El tribunal no podrá constituirse sin la asistencia, como mínimo de la mitad de sus miembros titulares o suplentes indistintamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal pueden ser nombrados entre los miembros de la Corporación convocante o entre el personal al servicio de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del Tribunal deberán abstenerse de intervenir, y lo notificarán a la autoridad convocante, cuando concurra alguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las decisiones adoptadas por el tribunal pueden recurrirse en las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son funciones del Tribunal Calificador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Valorar los méritos alegados y acreditados por las personas aspirantes, en la forma establecida en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Requerir, en su caso, a las personas aspirantes que hayan acreditado en tiempos méritos, con defectos formales, a efectos de su enmienda, o cuando se necesite una aclaración de alguno de los méritos acreditados en tiempo, y forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Confeccionar una lista, por orden de prelación, de las personas que formen parte de la bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Resolver las reclamaciones presentadas, en el plazo establecido y en la forma adecuada, por las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Elevar al Alcalde la composición definitiva de la bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Expedir, a petición de los aspirantes, los justificantes de asistencia correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Los méritos acreditados por las personas candidatas deben valorarse de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en la Base Séptima.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La puntuación máxima que pueden alcanzar los méritos alegados es de 30 puntos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la propia Base Séptima.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA.- PROCEDIMIENTO SELECTIVO. CONCURSO DE MÉRITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El Tribunal Calificador debe valorar los méritos debidamente alegados y acreditados por las personas aspirantes en el momento de presentación de las instancias en el anexo II. La valoración se realizará según el siguiente baremo de méritos, que se estructura en dos bloques: experiencia profesional y formación. El primer bloque tiene una puntuación máxima global de 18 puntos, con puntuaciones máximas parciales por cada apartado, tal y como se especifica en la tabla siguiente. El segundo bloque tiene una puntuación máxima de 12 puntos. La puntuación &lt;strong&gt;máxima total es de 30 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Las titulaciones de Formación Profesional estarán relacionadas con las funciones a realizar. Se admitirán las correspondientes a ciclos formativos de las familias de instalación y mantenimiento, energía, agua, electricidad y electrónica, valorándose únicamente el título de formación superior&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se valorarán los Certificados Profesionales, cualificaciones profesionales o equivalentes de las siguientes familias profesionales&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Instalación y mantenimiento&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Electricidad y electrónica&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Madera, mueble y corcho&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Edificación y obra civil&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Energía y agua&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorará la formación que se haya utilizado como requisito de acceso a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dada la especialidad de la plaza convocada, solamente se valorarán como méritos las titulaciones directamente relacionadas con la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma de acreditar la titulación académica es mediante la presentación de una copia del título o del justificante de haber abonado las tasas para su expedición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorarán las titulaciones necesarias para acceder a la matriculación de estudios de un nivel superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se valoran las titulaciones académicas de carácter oficial relacionadas con las funciones y diferentes del requisito para el acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bloque II. Experiencia profesional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servicios prestados a la Administración: mediante un certificado entregado por la administración pública que corresponda. Se contabilizarán por meses enteros y no se tendrán en cuenta aquellos periodos inferiores a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trabajos realizados en empresas públicas o privadas: certificado de vida laboral, con acreditación de la categoría y las funciones realizadas. En el caso de que el certificado de vida laboral no acredite la categoría y las funciones realizadas deben presentarse fotocopias de los contratos que acrediten estos extremos. Se contabilizará cada relación laboral (cada contrato) por meses enteros y no se tendrán en cuenta aquellos periodos inferiores a un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos se acreditarán con referencia a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. El hecho de no acreditar cualquiera de los méritos indicados en el plazo señalado supondrá que estos méritos no se valoren en la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA.- LISTADO PUNTUACIONES MÉRITOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concluida la valoración de los méritos, el tribunal hará pública, en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento, la lista de puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes, que será ordenada según la puntuación total obtenida, de mayor a menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de empate, en la puntuación final se tendrá en cuenta los siguientes méritos y por este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Experiencia profesional en funciones análogas a las del puesto a proveer, a la Administración Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Experiencia profesional en funciones análogas a las del puesto a proveer, a la empresa privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Por sorteo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la lista, para hacer alegaciones. El tribunal resolverá las alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- CONTRATACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez transcurrido el plazo anterior, si no se presentan alegaciones, o bien una vez que hayan sido examinadas las presentadas, el Tribunal calificador dará por finalizada la selección, y elevará a la Batlia su propuesta definitiva de relación de aprobados de la bolsa de trabajo, para que dicte la correspondiente resolución de constitución de la bolsa de trabajo. Esta resolución se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento. Las personas aspirantes que conformen la bolsa de trabajo se encontrarán a la espera de ser llamadas por el Ayuntamiento, por orden de puntuación, cuando se produzca la necesidad de la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÉCIMA. FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA BOLSA DE TRABAJO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento que se seguirá será el de llamamientos colectivos. A tal efecto, el Departamento de Recursos Humanos, enviará un correo electrónico a todos los integrantes de la lista, a la dirección de correo electrónico que se haya señalado en la solicitud de participación en este proceso de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el plazo máximo de 24 horas a contar desde la comunicación, la persona integrante de la bolsa que esté interesada debe manifestar su interés respondiendo al correo electrónico recibido. Si en este plazo no manifiesta la conformidad o no responde vía correo electrónico, se entenderá que renuncia a la oferta del puesto de trabajo. En todo caso, tanto si acepta como si renuncia, mantendrá su posición en la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De las personas que hayan manifestado su interés y aceptación a la oferta, de la forma indicada (respuesta vía correo electrónico), será contratada aquella que esté en la mejor posición como consecuencia del orden de prelación y puntuación obtenida en este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De cada oferta de trabajo, quedará constancia en el expediente, de los correos enviados por parte del ayuntamiento, respuesta obtenida y prelación de los aspirantes que hayan aceptado cada una.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta bolsa de trabajo tiene una vigencia máxima de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres (3) años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, contados a partir de la fecha de su constitución, o hasta que se declare su caducidad, para quedar agotada y no encontrar aspirantes que acepten el puesto ofrecido en tres convocatorias diferentes. Esta bolsa anula de forma inmediata cualquier bolsa anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;UNDÉCIMA. PRESENTACIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona propuesta para la contratación debe presentar en el Registro de Entrada del Ayuntamiento (electrónico o presencial), en los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cinco (5) días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; siguientes a la oferta de trabajo que se pueda realizar, los documentos acreditativos de reunir las condiciones establecidas. Para acreditar el punto e) de la base TERCERA, poseer la capacidad funcional, física y psíquica se deberá presentar una declaración jurada. La persona que, en el plazo fijado, exceptuando los casos de fuerza mayor, no presente la documentación o si se comprueba que no cumple alguno de los requisitos establecidos en la base segunda, no podrá ser contratado y serán anuladas sus actuaciones, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en que haya recaído por falsedad en su instancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona sugerida no reúne las condiciones exigidas en la base segunda o no presenta la documentación acreditativa de reunir las condiciones, se contratará a la persona que figure con más puntuación en la lista de la bolsa de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la documentación presentada es correcta, la Batlia podrá decretar la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DUODÉCIMA.- INCIDENCIAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En todo aquello que no esté previsto en las presentes bases, será de aplicación el resto de la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Tribunal queda autorizado para resolver las dudas que se presenten y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del proceso selectivo en todo aquello que no esté previsto en las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Contra la convocatoria y estas bases, la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas, y de acuerdo con la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y otras disposiciones concordantes, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en un plazo de 2 meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB, sin perjuicio del recurso potestativo de reposición, que puede interponerse en el plazo de un mes desde la fecha de publicación del acto o resolución ante la presidencia de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se interpone recurso de reposición, el plazo para su resolución será de un mes, transcurrido, el cual puede entenderse desestimado por silencio administrativo y, en este supuesto, puede plantearse el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de 6 meses desde la fecha del acto presunto de desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Asimismo, contra las resoluciones definitivas y actos de trámite del Tribunal, si estos últimos deciden directa o indirectamente el fondo del asunto, determinen la imposibilidad de continuar el proceso selectivo, o producen indefensión o perjuicio irreparable a derechos e intereses legítimos, las personas interesadas podrán interponer, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, recurso de alzada ante la Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualmente, las personas interesadas pueden interponer cualquier otro recurso que consideren conveniente para la defensa de sus intereses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra este acto administrativo, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede presentar recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes explicado desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación. En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición. El recurso de reposición potestativo deberá presentarse en el Registro General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lo que se hace público por general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Que en este acto el Ayuntamiento informa a las personas interesadas del derecho de las personas físicas a acceder a sus datos, a rectificarlos y a cancelarlos. Estos derechos podrán ser ejercidos por medio de escrito dirigido al responsable del fichero en la dirección del Ayuntamiento.
