&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 6 de febrero de 2025, se autorizó la modificación de la configuración del IES Politècnic, de Palma, como consecuencia de la supresión progresiva de los estudios de educación secundaria obligatoria y bachillerato (BOIB núm. 18, de 8 de febrero). Con esta autorización el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Posteriormente, la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 2 de febrero de 2026, actualizó la oferta formativa de formación profesional para el curso 2025-2026 de las enseñanzas autorizadas, como consecuencia de la implantación, el cambio de perfil o de régimen de los ciclos formativos de formación profesional en centros públicos de educación secundaria, en centros integrados de formación profesional y en centros de educación de personas adultas (BOIB núm. 17, de 5 de febrero). Con esta modificación las enseñanzas de formación profesional en el IES Politècnic quedaron configuradas de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En la misma Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 2 de febrero de 2026, por la que se actualizó la oferta formativa de formación profesional para el curso 2025-2026 de las enseñanzas autorizadas, como consecuencia de la implantación, el cambio de perfil o de régimen de los ciclos formativos de formación profesional en centros públicos de educación secundaria, en centros integrados de formación profesional y en centros de educación de personas adultas (BOIB núm. 17, de 5 de febrero), se actualizó la oferta formativa del IES Ses Estacions, de Palma. Con esta modificación las enseñanzas de formación profesional en el IES Ses Estacions quedaron configuradas de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enseñanzas de formación profesional autorizadas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- CFGS Técnico superior en Administración y finanzas (ADG32) (turno vespertino, modalidad dual y a distancia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. El Plan de Infraestructuras educativas previsto entre 2024 y 2034 recoge la reforma del IES Politècnic y su conversión en un centro integrado de formación profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. La reforma del IES Politècnic debe llevarse a cabo por fases y, por este motivo, es necesario trasladar los estudios de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones al IES Ses Estacions, con la finalidad de poder empezar a impartir los ciclos formativos en este centro y liberar espacios en el IES Politècnic para iniciar su transformación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. En el informe de los jefes del Departamento de Planificación y Centros y del Departamento de Formación Profesional y Calificaciones Profesionales emitido el 21 de noviembre de 2024, se preveía la oferta formativa del nuevo CIFP Politècnic, una vez finalizada la reforma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. En fecha 21 de abril de 2026, el jefe del Departamento de Formación Profesional y Calificaciones Profesionales emitió un informe en relación con las necesidades de profesorado derivadas del traslado al IES Ses Estacions de la impartición de los estudios de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones que actualmente se imparten en el IES Politècnic. El informe prevé el traslado Al IES Ses Estacions de la impartición del ciclo formativo de grado medio de Sistemas microinformáticos y redes (IFC21), con cuatro grupos, y detalla las especialidades docentes y la carga horaria necesarias para impartir estas enseñanzas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. En fecha 30 de abril de 2026, la gerente del Instituto Balear de Infraestructuras y Servicios Educativos emitió un escrito sobre el estado de ejecución de las obras de ampliación del IES Ses Estacions, en el que informa que la fecha de finalización prevista es el 10 de mayo de 2026 y que, de acuerdo con el ritmo actual de ejecución de los trabajos, se prevé el cumplimiento de este plazo, siempre que no se produzcan incidencias que puedan alterar el calendario previsto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. Dado que la impartición del ciclo formativo de grado medio de Sistemas microinformáticos y redes (IFC21), de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones, se debe trasladar del IES Politècnic al IES Ses Estacions, es necesario adoptar las medidas administrativas correspondientes para que el alumnado matriculado en estas enseñanzas pueda continuarlos en el IES Ses Estacions a partir del curso escolar 2026-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10. Por todo ello, es necesario autorizar, con efectos del inicio del curso escolar 2026-2027, la modificación de la configuración del IES Ses Estacions y del IES Politècnic, con el traslado del ciclo formativo de grado medio de Sistemas microinformáticos y redes, de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones; adoptar las medidas necesarias para que el alumnado que actualmente cursa los estudios afectados pueda continuarlos en este centro, e instar a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados para que lleve a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para hacer efectivo el traslado del profesorado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;11. El 7 de mayo de 2026, la jefa del Servicio de Planificación Educativa emitió un informe favorable sobre la autorizacióndel ámbito del ciclo formativo de grado medio de Sistemas microinformáticos y redes, de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones del IES Politècnic al IES Ses Estacions, se modifica la configuración de ambos centros, y se disponen las medidas relativas a la continuidad del alumnado y al traslado del profesorado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;12. El 7 de mayo de 2026, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas emitió una propuesta de resolución por la que se autoriza el traslado del ciclo formativo de grado medio de Sistemas microinformáticos y redes, de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones del IES Politècnic al IES Ses Estacions, se modifica la configuración de ambos centros, y se disponen las medidas relativas a la continuidad del alumnado y al traslado del profesorado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Disponer que el alumnado que actualmente cursa en el IES Politècnic las enseñanzas de Técnico en Sistemas microinformáticos y redes (IFC21) continúe estos estudios en el IES Ses Estacions a partir del curso escolar 2026-2027, de acuerdo con las actuaciones administrativas que correspondan en materia de matrícula, expedientes académicos y gestión académica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Instar a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados para que adopte las medidas necesarias para hacer efectivo, de acuerdo con el procedimiento que corresponda en materia de personal docente, el traslado del profesorado del IES Politècnic al IES Ses Estacions afectado por el traslado de la impartición del ciclo formativo de grado medio de Sistemas microinformáticos y redes (IFC21), de la familia profesional de Informática y comunicaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Inscribir esta autorización en el Registro estatal de centros docentes (RCD) del Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes y en el Registro autonómico de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Comunicar esta Resolución a las direcciones de los centros afectados, a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados; a la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa; al Departamento de Gestión Económica de la Secretaría General de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades y al Departamento de Inspección Educativa (DIE) para que tomen conocimiento a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
