    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía nº 2026-2387, de 15 de mayo de 2026, se aprobó la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Convocatoria de subvenciones para grupos, entidades y asociaciones folclóricas o culturales sin ánimo de lucro del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, para la realización de actuaciones que se hayan hecho desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto, finalidad y ámbito de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1. La Concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia pretende impulsar las actuaciones, iniciativas y proyectos de carácter cultural o tradicional que organicen los grupos, entidades y asociaciones folclóricas o culturales sin ánimo de lucro del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, cuya función sea dinamizar culturalmente el municipio, promoviendo el folclore tradicional pitiuso o llevando a cabo iniciativas para la promoción de la cultura dentro del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, también se tiene en cuenta que el asociacionismo es decisivo para la defensa y crecimiento de la sociedad y la cultura pitiusas, y es necesario considerar la acción dinamizadora y la capacidad emprendedora de este tipo de asociaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se ciñe a las asociaciones del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. El objetivo de esta convocatoria es apoyar, mediante una subvención económica, a grupos, entidades y asociaciones folclóricas o culturales, sin ánimo de lucro, del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia para la realización de las siguientes actuaciones que se hayan realizado desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025, ambos incluidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― actuaciones, iniciativas y proyectos de carácter folclórico o relacionados directamente con la cultura tradicional de las Pitiusas, desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― actuaciones, iniciativas y proyectos de carácter cultural desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― fiestas patronales, de Navidad, festividades de barriada y fiestas populares celebradas desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025 en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los intercambios de agrupaciones folclóricas se subvencionan en esta convocatoria específica dirigida a iniciativas y proyectos de carácter folclórico o relacionados directamente con la cultura tradicional de las Pitiusas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― tareas para el mantenimiento y funcionamiento de la asociación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. Las subvenciones pueden financiar gastos que se hayan realizado dentro del período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025, por los siguientes conceptos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Gastos que se deriven de las actuaciones, iniciativas y proyectos de las entidades, grupos y asociaciones folclóricas o culturales sin ánimo de lucro del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, cuya función sea promover el folclore tradicional pitiuso a través de las manifestaciones folclóricas, cursos y talleres para recuperar actividades tradicionales, edición de material bibliográfico o realización de exposiciones, etc., de carácter cultural y tradicional, relacionadas con las costumbres, la historia y el patrimonio cultural local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Gastos que se deriven de las actuaciones, iniciativas y proyectos de carácter cultural, como pueden ser organización de conciertos, excursiones de carácter cultural, cursos y talleres, edición de material bibliográfico, realización de exposiciones e intercambios culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Gastos de mantenimiento y funcionamiento de la asociación (adquisición de material fungible, fotocopias, cuotas a las federaciones, gastos bancarios y de gestoría, alquiler, teléfono, mantenimiento de webs, seguros, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Gastos que se deriven de las actividades propias de la organización de fiestas patronales, de Navidad o de festividad de barriada y fiestas populares, organizadas por asociaciones de vecinos, entidades culturales, comisiones de fiestas, grupos folclóricos, etc., del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Quedan excluidas de participar en esta convocatoria las asociaciones de vecinos, que ya disponen de una convocatoria específica para ellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se consideran gastos subvencionables a los efectos de esta convocatoria los que, de manera indudable, respondan a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada, y que se hayan realizado en el plazo establecido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025 y los establecidos en el artículo 20 de la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, al amparo de las previsiones del artículo 31 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ningún caso son subvencionables aquellos gastos en adquisición de productos de cuya venta se haya obtenido un rendimiento económico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. La presente convocatoria se somete a la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, al Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, a la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (BOIB n.º 95, de 17 de julio de 2021) y al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep para los ejercicios 2024-2026 modificado (BOIB n.º 36, de 14 de marzo de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. Esta convocatoria se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (www.santjosep.org) y será publicada en el BOIB y en la BDNS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Consignación presupuestaria y cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía máxima de las subvenciones que se pueden conceder en esta convocatoria es de 60.000,00 €, con cargo a la partida 33448053, financiada con fondos propios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisitos generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden acogerse a esta convocatoria las siguientes entidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Entidades, grupos y asociaciones folclóricas o culturales sin ánimo de lucro, que se encuentren en situación legal, radicadas y que tengan el ámbito de actuación en el término municipal de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, cuya función sea promover el folclore tradicional pitiuso a través de las manifestaciones folclóricas, cursos y talleres para recuperar actividades tradicionales, edición de material bibliográfico o realización de exposiciones, etc., de carácter cultural y tradicional, relacionadas con las costumbres, la historia y el patrimonio cultural local en el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Entidades, grupos y asociaciones de carácter cultural sin ánimo de lucro, que se encuentren en situación legal, radicadas y que tengan el ámbito de actuación en el término municipal de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, cuya función sea la promoción de la cultura dentro del municipio de Sant Josep a través de la organización de conciertos, excursiones de carácter cultural, cursos y talleres, edición de material bibliográfico, realización de exposiciones, intercambios culturales (no organizados dentro de las fiestas), etc., en el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Entidades culturales, comisiones de fiestas, agrupaciones folclóricas, sin ánimo de lucro, del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, para la organización de actividades dentro de las fiestas patronales, de Navidad, de festividad de barriada y fiestas populares que se hayan realizado en el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades que se acojan a esta convocatoria deben reunir los siguientes requisitos para ser beneficiarias de una subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Estar inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia y en el Registro de Asociaciones y Fundaciones de la Consejería de Presidencia del Gobierno de las Illes Balears en la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Tener los estatutos o reglamentos inscritos en el Registro de Asociaciones y Fundaciones de la Consejería de Presidencia del Gobierno de las Illes Balears y adaptados a la ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Acreditar el cumplimiento de obligaciones en materia de reintegro de subvenciones que establece el artículo 25 del RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Deberá constar fehacientemente en los estatutos que no tienen ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) No verse afectadas por ninguna de las prohibiciones de los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) Disponer de la estructura y medios necesarios para llevar a cabo los proyectos o programas objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el propio Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. La concesión de la subvención se lleva a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva. Solo pueden obtener subvención aquellas entidades que, reuniendo los requisitos exigidos, alcancen el mínimo de puntos señalados en la base 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2. Las ayudas no pueden ser superiores al 80% de los gastos originados por la actividad objeto de esta convocatoria y, en ningún caso, superiores al 80% del importe solicitado. Todo ello sin perjuicio de las limitaciones presupuestarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3. Las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o institución privada. En ningún caso la suma total de las ayudas percibidas puede ser superior al coste total de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.4. Se establece como único medio de notificación de todos los actos (tanto los de trámite como los resolutorios o definitivos) del presente procedimiento, el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (www.santjosep.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.5. En caso de que el total de ayudas que se deban conceder supere la consignación presupuestaria, se reducirán proporcionalmente las cantidades concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Solicitud, plazo de presentación y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. Las instancias se dirigen a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia en la forma establecida en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se podrán presentar, también, a través del siguiente enlace:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2. Los solicitantes de la subvención deben adjuntar a la solicitud la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Solicitud (anexo 1) para participar en el procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones, que debe ir suscrita por quien tiene la representación, y que incluye los siguientes apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración del representante legal de la asociación de que la entidad que representa dispone de la estructura y medios necesarios para llevar a cabo los proyectos o programas objeto de la convocatoria; de que no está inhabilitada para contratar con las administraciones públicas o para obtener la subvención; de estar facultado el solicitante para actuar en nombre de la entidad y de no concurrir en esta entidad ninguna de las causas del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones; de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el propio Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep y de acreditar el cumplimiento en materia de reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración de las subvenciones obtenidas para la misma finalidad y compromiso de comunicar a la entidad local las que se obtengan en el futuro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Autorización para obtener información sobre el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. No obstante, la persona solicitante puede denegar expresamente el consentimiento. En este caso, la entidad deberá aportar los certificados acreditativos de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social durante la exposición de la propuesta de resolución provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración responsable sobre la situación relativa al IVA del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración del número de socios de que dispone la asociación en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Certificado del secretario/a de la asociación que acredite la representación de la persona en cuyo nombre se presenta la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Documento que acredite que la asociación está dada de alta en el Registro de Asociaciones y Fundaciones de la Consejería de Presidencia del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Estatutos o reglamentos inscritos en el Registro de Asociaciones y Fundaciones de la Consejería de Presidencia del Gobierno de las Illes Balears y adaptados a la ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;) DNI del representante de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;) CIF/NIF de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) Memoria descriptiva de las actividades/proyectos de todas las actividades que se han realizado en el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025 a efecto de baremo. Las actividades para las que se solicita subvención deben ir acompañadas de la cuenta justificativa de ingresos y gastos según las especificaciones de la base 13 de la convocatoria (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) Datos bancarios para la transferencia del importe de la subvención, en caso de no haberlos presentado en otras ocasiones, mediante la presentación de certificado de titularidad de la cuenta bancaria u hoja de transferencia bancaria facilitada por el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nota. Si los documentos exigidos en la solicitud ya se hubieran presentado al Ayuntamiento en otra ocasión, el solicitante puede acogerse a lo establecido en el artículo 53.&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, siempre que se haga constar la fecha y el órgano o dependencia en que fueron presentados o emitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nota. En la propuesta de resolución provisional, el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep constata de oficio que los beneficiarios están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el propio Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep. En caso de no poder acreditarlo, es motivo de exclusión de la subvención y de nueva propuesta motivada con posible prorrateo del restante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se acredita el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social mediante declaración responsable en los casos en que la cuantía a otorgar a la entidad no supere los 3.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si alguna asociación no autoriza al Ayuntamiento a poder comprobar de oficio que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, debe aportar en el plazo concedido en la propuesta de resolución provisional la documentación requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3. Plazo de presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de 30 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del extracto de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.4. Enmienda de defectos de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en la normativa de la convocatoria, el órgano instructor debe requerir a la persona/entidad interesada que la enmiende en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de diez días y debe indicarle que, si no lo hace, se considera que ha desistido de la solicitud, con la resolución previa que se debe dictar en los términos que prevé el art. 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Criterios de valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se concederá la subvención a las asociaciones que obtengan un mínimo de 40 puntos en este apartado. A todas las que alcancen el mínimo se les otorga entre el 70% y el 80% del gasto subvencionable según los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― puntuación total entre 40 y 59 puntos: 70% del gasto subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― puntuación total entre 60 y 99 puntos: 75% del gasto subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― puntuación total de 100 puntos o más: 80% del gasto subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ningún caso se supera el 80% del importe solicitado. En caso de que el resultado de la valoración supere la consignación presupuestaria, se reducirán proporcionalmente las cantidades concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puntuaciones para el baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Estructura de la asociación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) Actividades culturales organizadas por la asociación (con gastos y sin ellos) entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1) Tipo de actividad/proyecto para el que se solicita subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actividades formativas (cursos, talleres, conferencias, coloquios, charlas, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7 puntos por cada actividad formativa de duración entre 1 y 2 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10 puntos por cada actividad formativa de duración entre 3 y 7 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15 puntos por cada actividad de duración superior a una semana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20 puntos por cada actividad formativa de duración superior a un mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actividades artísticas y culturales (conciertos, exposiciones, teatro, cine, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5 puntos por duración inferior a un día completo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7 puntos por cada actividad de duración entre 1 y 2 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10 puntos por cada actividad formativa de duración entre 3 y 7 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15 puntos por cada actividad de duración superior a una semana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20 puntos por cada actividad de duración superior a un mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actividades lúdico-festivas (eventos organizados dentro de programas de fiestas de Navidad, fiestas patronales, fiestas de barriada, carnavales y otros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10 puntos por duración inferior a un día completo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12 puntos por cada actividad de duración entre 1 y 2 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15 puntos por cada actividad formativa de duración entre 3 y 7 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20 puntos por cada actividad de duración superior a una semana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;25 puntos por cada actividad de duración superior a un mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Edición de material bibliográfico o audiovisual (vídeos, libros, opúsculos, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20 puntos por cada material editado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2) Suplemento de puntuación, atendiendo a la potenciación de los valores culturales y tradicionales propios de Ibiza (suplemento para cada actividad que lo refleje):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actividad de promoción de valores culturales tradicionales: + 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actividad de recuperación de valores culturales tradicionales: + 15 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Edición de material bibliográfico o audiovisual relativo a los valores culturales y tradicionales propios de Ibiza: + 20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3) Suplemento de puntuación, atendiendo a la incidencia de la actividad subvencionada en la extensión del uso o el conocimiento de la lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Uso de la lengua catalana como lengua vehicular del proyecto/actividad para el que se solicita subvención (para cada actividad): + 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.4) Suplemento de puntuación, atendiendo al impacto de la actividad subvencionada según el número de público asistente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Público beneficiario directamente de la actividad superior a 300 personas (para cada actividad): + 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Órgano colegiado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1. El órgano colegiado realizará la valoración técnica de las solicitudes y elevará el informe al órgano instructor, que formulará propuesta de resolución, que, cuando sea definitiva, elevará al órgano resolutorio para las oportunas concesiones de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2. Estará formado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― presidencia: la concejala de Cultura o persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;dos técnicos del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― secretario/a: el de la corporación o un/a técnico/a de Administración General&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3. El órgano colegiado tiene atribuidas las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Analizar y valorar las solicitudes de acuerdo con el baremo establecido en la base 7 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Formular el informe de evaluación y elevarlo al órgano instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Resolver cualquier duda que se presente en la interpretación y aplicación de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Instrucción y resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. El órgano instructor del procedimiento será un/a técnico/a del Departamento de Educación, que tiene atribuidas las funciones establecidas en el artículo 24 de la Ley General de Subvenciones y el artículo 12 de la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del informe del órgano colegiado, formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional debidamente motivada, que deberá notificarse a los interesados, y les concede un plazo de 10 días para formular alegaciones. Dentro de este mismo plazo, si procede, se comprobará que las asociaciones beneficiarias están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado este plazo y examinadas las alegaciones que, en su caso, hubieran presentado los interesados, el órgano instructor, con el informe previo del órgano colegiado, formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva, que dirigirá al órgano competente para resolver, que dictará resolución definitiva con la relación de solicitantes, la cuantía, la evaluación realizada y los criterios que se han tenido en cuenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2. Las propuestas de resolución provisional y definitiva no crean ningún derecho a favor del beneficiario ante la Administración, mientras no se le haya notificado la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez publicada la propuesta de resolución definitiva, los beneficiarios deben comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia si aceptan la subvención o renuncian a ella. En cualquier caso, si en el plazo de ocho días hábiles desde la publicación de la propuesta de resolución definitiva el beneficiario no hace constar lo contrario, se entenderá que acepta la subvención que se le ha adjudicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución de concesión, de acuerdo con el artículo 14.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep, debe contener la persona o entidad beneficiaria o relación de personas o entidades beneficiarias a las que se otorga la subvención, con las cuantías individualizadas, y especificar los criterios de valoración seguidos, así como la desestimación y la no concesión, por desistimiento, renuncia al derecho o imposibilidad material sobrevenida de las solicitudes no atendidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3. El órgano competente para resolver las convocatorias de subvenciones es el alcalde de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, sin perjuicio de que pueda ser asistido por la Junta de Gobierno Local, según las atribuciones que le confiere el artículo 23.2.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y en relación con el artículo 10.4 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 25.4 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, el plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el procedimiento no debe exceder de seis meses, contados a partir de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el BOIB. De acuerdo con el artículo 25.5 de la LGS, el vencimiento del plazo máximo sin haberse notificado la resolución legitima a las personas interesadas para entender desestimada por silencio administrativo la solicitud de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución será pública de conformidad con lo que prevé el artículo 18.2 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Reformulación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando la subvención tenga por objeto el financiamiento de actividades a desarrollar por la persona solicitante y el importe de la subvención de la propuesta de resolución provisional sea inferior al que figura en la solicitud presentada, se puede instar de la persona o entidad beneficiaria la reformulación de la solicitud para ajustar los compromisos y condiciones a la subvención otorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Publicidad de los proyectos subvencionados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La publicación de las subvenciones concedidas se debe realizar durante el mes siguiente de cada trimestre natural. Esta publicidad se lleva a cabo según lo indica el artículo 17 de la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Difusión de la subvención concedida por la entidad beneficiaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias deberán dar publicidad adecuada al carácter público del financiamiento del programa, actividad, inversión o actuación objeto de subvención. Se debe hacer constar la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, acompañado del escudo de la institución, en materiales impresos, medios electrónicos o audiovisuales, placas conmemorativas, carteles, o bien en menciones realizadas en medios de comunicación u otros que resulten adecuados al objeto subvencionado y de eficacia equivalente a los mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo, previamente a la realización de la actividad, cada asociación deberá hacer llegar a la Concejalía de Cultura el material publicitario e informativo de la actividad (cartel, dípticos, folletos, etc.) a efecto de supervisar su contenido y que efectivamente aparece el escudo del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Pago y justificación de los gastos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.1. La justificación de la subvención por la persona o entidad beneficiaria se realizará mediante la aportación de una cuenta justificativa, debidamente cumplimentada y acompañada de la documentación que se especifica en el punto 13.3, del gasto realizado (anexo 2). La cuenta debe contener una memoria de actuación y una memoria económica con el detalle previsto en el artículo 72 del RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante la aportación de la cuenta justificativa se debe acreditar la ejecución del 100% del proyecto o de las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se justifique la totalidad de los gastos, la aportación del Ayuntamiento se reducirá proporcionalmente de acuerdo con el importe de la justificación presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.2. La cuenta justificativa correspondiente a las actividades comprendidas entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025 se debe presentar junto con la solicitud para participar en la convocatoria (véase anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.3. Las cuentas justificativas incluyen una declaración y una relación de justificantes imputados, a los que se debe adjuntar original de las facturas giradas por terceros a la persona beneficiaria de la subvención o los documentos de valor probatorio equivalente y la documentación acreditativa del pago. Las facturas y justificantes de pago se deben presentar ordenados en un solo archivo PDF y numerados siguiendo la numeración otorgada a la relación de justificantes imputados de la cuenta justificativa, de manera que no genere duda la relación entre cada factura y su pago íntegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.4. La documentación acreditativa del pago según la forma que haya utilizado la entidad beneficiaria debe ser la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en una cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Copia del justificante de la orden de transferencia bancaria o del documento bancario acreditativo del pago en el que figuren el concepto de la transferencia o el ingreso, la fecha del documento, el importe, la identificación del concepto, a fin de que quede identificado el pago de la factura, y los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que deben coincidir con la persona o entidad beneficiaria y con el emisor de la factura, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Extracto de la cuenta bancaria de la entidad beneficiaria de la ayuda en el que figure el cargo de esta transferencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Extracto de la cuenta en que figure el cargo del efecto mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o documento similar emitido por la entidad bancaria que contenga el titular y el número de cuenta en que se ha cargado el efecto mercantil, el librador y el librado de la letra de cambio, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se hace el efecto mercantil, el importe de la letra de cambio y la fecha de emisión de la letra y del abono por parte del librado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Extracto bancario en que figure el cargo de la domiciliación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria en que conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en que se ha hecho el cargo y el ordenante del cargo, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se hace el cargo y el importe y la fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 43 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, la subvención se debe revocar cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, el acto de concesión queda sin efecto total o parcialmente, y se deben reintegrar las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Reintegro de las subvenciones concedidas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se atiende a lo dispuesto en el artículo 27 de la Ordenanza General de las Bases Reguladoras de las Subvenciones que Concede el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Régimen de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la resolución que recaiga en este procedimiento, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la desestimación del recurso de reposición. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― O, directamente, el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación del acuerdo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que la asociación que represento está inscrita en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con lo previsto en las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SOLICITO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo, este anexo 1 incorpora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración del representante legal de la asociación de que la entidad que representa dispone de la estructura y medios necesarios para llevar a cabo los proyectos o programas objeto de la convocatoria; de que no está inhabilitada para contratar con las administraciones públicas o para obtener la subvención; de estar facultado el solicitante para actuar en nombre de la entidad y de no concurrir en esta entidad ninguna de las causas del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones; de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el propio Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep y de acreditar el cumplimiento en materia de reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración de las subvenciones obtenidas para la misma finalidad y compromiso de comunicar a la entidad local las que se obtengan en el futuro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Autorización para obtener información sobre el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. No obstante, la persona solicitante puede denegar expresamente el consentimiento. En este caso, la entidad deberá aportar los certificados acreditativos de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social durante la exposición de la propuesta de resolución provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración responsable sobre la situación relativa al IVA del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;― Declaración del número de socios que dispone la asociación en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y se adjunta como documentación anexa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Estatutos o reglamentos inscritos en el Registro de Asociaciones y Fundaciones de la Consejería de Presidencia del Gobierno de las Illes Balears y adaptados a la ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) DNI del representante de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) CIF/NIF de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Memoria descriptiva de las actividades/proyectos de todas las actividades que se han realizado en el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025 a efecto de baremo. Las actividades para las que se solicita subvención deben ir acompañadas de la cuenta justificativa de ingresos y gastos según las especificaciones de la base 13 de la convocatoria (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Datos bancarios para la transferencia del importe de la subvención, en caso de no haberlos presentado en otras ocasiones, mediante la presentación de certificado de titularidad de la cuenta bancaria u hoja de transferencia bancaria facilitada por el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
