&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 63, de 19 de mayo de 2026, se ha publicado la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción de Gobierno y Cooperación Local por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro que llevan a cabo actuaciones de promoción de la convivencia, la integración, el respeto de la diversidad y la tolerancia, y actuaciones de fomento del asociacionismo de personas inmigrantes, para los años 2026-2027. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error en la redacción del punto 2 del anexo de la Resolución mencionada en el punto anterior sobre el ámbito temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;em&gt;Las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, asimismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;quot; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, establece que: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;La revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o disposición&lt;/em&gt;.» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Rectificar el error observado en el punto 2 del anexo de la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción de Gobierno y Cooperación Local por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro que llevan a cabo actuaciones de promoción de la convivencia, la integración, el respeto de la diversidad y la tolerancia, y actuaciones de fomento del asociacionismo de personas inmigrantes, para los años 2026-2027, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puntos de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Ámbito temporal&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Son subvencionables los gastos descritos en el punto 6 de esta convocatoria para las actuaciones iniciadas entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de noviembre de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El período de ejecución del proyecto para el que se solicite la subvención debe ser como mínimo de ocho meses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Puntos de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Ámbito temporal&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Son subvencionables los gastos descritos en el punto 6 de esta convocatoria para las actuaciones iniciadas entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de noviembre de 2026 y finalizadas, como máximo, el 31 de julio de 2027. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El período de ejecución del proyecto para el que se solicite la subvención debe ser como mínimo de ocho meses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
