&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 17.3.b) i 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y 4.1 de la Resolución de 10 de diciembre de 2015, de la Intervención General de la Administración del Estado, por la cual se regula el proceso de registro y publicación de las convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas en el Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones (BOE núm. 299, de 15 de diciembre de 2015), se publica el extracto de la convocatoria de ayudas más arriba referidas. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA Y CUANTÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La cuantía máxima de las ayudas que podrán concederse en esta convocatoria es de 170.000,00 €, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 231 48096 con fondos de financiación municipal. La cuantía de la ayuda será de un máximo de 1.000,00 € por nacimiento, acogimiento o adopción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. REQUISITOS GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. La persona solicitante tiene que haber tenido un hijo/a, adopción o acogimiento permanente de un menor entre el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de octubre de 2025 y el 30 de septiembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ambos progenitores o ambos tutores legales (en el caso de no ser familia monoparental) deben estar empadronados en Sant Josep de sa Talaia y al menos con 2 años de antelación a la fecha de publicación de las bases, en el caso de la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El niño o niña debe estar empadronado en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia con la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Acreditar la residencia legal en España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Acreditar el cumplimiento de obligaciones en materia de reintegro de subvenciones que establece el artículo 25 del RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No encontrarse sometido a ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 10 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones y el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. Cumplir lo que establece el artículo 24 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No tener deudas con el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Este requisito se podrá enmendar durante el período de alegaciones en la resolución provisional de la ayuda mediante el pago de la deuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. SOLICITUD Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las instancias se dirigirán a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia o en la forma establecida en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentación que debe acompañar la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. DNI/NIE de las personas progenitoras o representantes legales del menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. DNI del menor o certificado de nacimiento o resolución administrativa en caso de la adopción o acogimiento permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Certificado de convivencia a nombre de la persona solicitante que acredite que el empadronamiento en el municipio de al menos dos años en el municipio y que el niño/a está empadronado con el/ella o autorización para consultarlo. (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el caso que el otro/a progenitor/a o tutor/a legal no esté empadronado en el mismo domicilio, certificado de empadronamiento en el municipio o autorización para consultarlo (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Certificado de titularidad bancaria a nombre de la persona solicitante o impreso de transferencia bancaria facilitado por el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. Declaración responsable (anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. En caso de separación o divorcio de los progenitores o tutores legales, sentencia judicial o convenio regulador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será hasta el 15 de octubre de 2026. Los padres y madres de los niños y niñas nacidos, acogidos permanentemente o adoptados en fecha posterior al 30 de septiembre de 2026, podrán solicitar la subvención en la siguiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
