    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter ordinario de 10 de abril de 2026, &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;celebrada en forma presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. - APROBAR &lt;/strong&gt;el otorgamiento de subvención nominativa directa por el importe de 18.500,00 € al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera, con NIF G57285876, para la gestión de uso, el mantenimiento y la limpieza de las instalaciones de las pistas de tenis y pádel del Consell Insular de Formentera, el cual se adjunta como Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. - LA GESTIÓN&lt;/strong&gt; de la subvención se llevará a cabo de conformidad con la firma del acuerdo anexo a la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. - AUTORIZAR Y DISPONER EL GASTO &lt;/strong&gt;con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2026.1.341.4800001 de los presupuestos para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. - RECONOCER &lt;/strong&gt;la obligación del 50% del importe concedido, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe del 50% de 18.500,00 € de la subvención (9.250 €) y registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de la misma de acuerdo con las normas de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. - FACULTAR &lt;/strong&gt;al Sr. presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera para que, una vez esté aprobada esta subvención de concesión nominativa directa, pueda firmar el convenio anexo, según lo estipulado en el artículo 21 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. - GUARDAR&lt;/strong&gt; copia de este convenio en el Registro de Convenios que se encuentra ubicado en la secretaría de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo. - NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo al Club Tennis Illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo. - PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el convenio en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
