&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 53, de 25 de abril de 2026, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se autoriza la implantación del bachillerato en la modalidad general en el CEPA Pilar Benejam, del municipio de Ciutadella y en el CEPA Pitiüses, del municipio de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;2. Se ha comprobado que hubo un error de transcripción en el punto 3 de la Resolución, a la hora de especificar las enseñanzas autorizadas del CEPA Pitiüses y es necesario corregirlo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;3. En fecha 7 de mayo de 2026, la jefa del Servicio de Planificación Educativa emitió un informe favorable sobre la corrección del error detectado en la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de día 20 de abril de 2026, por la que se autoriza la implantación del bachillerato en la modalidad general en el CEPA Pilar Benejam,&amp;nbsp; del municipio de Ciutadella y en el CEPA Pitiüses, del municipio de Eivissa (BOIB núm. 53, de 25 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;4. En fecha 7 de mayo de 2026, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas propuso la autorización de la corrección del error detectado en la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de día 20 de abril de 2026, por la que se autoriza la implantación del bachillerato en la modalidad general en el CEPA Pilar Benejam, del municipio de Ciutadella y en el CEPA Pitiüses,&amp;nbsp; del municipio de Eivissa (BOIB núm. 53, de 25 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears establece que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; la rectificación de errores debe especificar, en su caso, los efectos jurídicos que de ellos se derivan, y debe notificarse o publicarse preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas en fecha 7 de mayo de 2026, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003,&amp;nbsp; de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
