    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se hace público que la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión de feca 07.05.2026, ha adoptado los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las bases que han de regir la convocatoria por el sistema de concurso-oposición de una bolsa de trabajo de educadores/as infantiles, con carácter de personal laboral o funcionario interino para cubrir las necesidades urgentes de contratación del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. - Convocar el proceso selectivo para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de educadores/as infantiles, con carácter de personal laboral o funcionario interino para cubrir las necesidades urgentes de contratación del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. - Dar publicidad a la convocatoria y a las bases mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, tablón de edictos municipal y página web del Ayuntamiento.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A continuación, se transcriben las bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORAS PARA LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE UNA BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE EDUCADORES/AS INFANTILES, PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL O FUNCIONARIOS INTERINOS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANT LLUÍS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.1. El objeto de la convocatoria es la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de educador/a infantil del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís, como personal laboral con carácter temporal, o funcionario interino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Funciones del puesto de trabajo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.1. - Realizar las tareas derivadas del cuidado, vigilancia y educación de los/las alumnos/as del centro, llevar a cabo la programación de las aulas, realizar seguimiento global de los procesos de aprendizaje, así como la elaboración de informes y la asistencia al claustro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Requisitos y condiciones generales de las personas interesadas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para ser admitida y, en su caso, formar parte del proceso selectivo correspondiente, las personas aspirantes deben cumplir y reunir los requisitos de esta convocatoria en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española o de cualquiera de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de aquellos Estados en los que sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores de conformidad con el artículo 57 del RDL 5/2015, del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el desempeño de las funciones correspondientes del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Tener 16 años de edad y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa. En el supuesto de ser menor de dieciocho años, será necesario el consentimiento de sus padres o tutores o la autorización de la persona o institución que los tenga a su cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) No haber sido separada mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para trabajos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para desempeñar funciones similares a las que desempeñaba en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiera sido separada o inhabilitada. En caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitada o en situación equivalente, ni haber sido sometida a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos, el acceso al trabajo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e) No estar afectada por ninguna de las causas de incapacidad o incompatibilidad aplicables al personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas recogidas en la ley 54/1984, de Incompatibilidades del Personal al Servicio de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f) Estar en posesión de la titulación exigida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g) Acreditar los conocimientos de la lengua catalana correspondientes al nivel de certificado B2. Estos conocimientos deben ser acreditados mediante la aportación del certificado de nivel de suficiencia de lengua catalana (certificado B2 o equivalente) o superior de la Dirección General de Política Lingüística o alguna de las titulaciones equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos específicos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;h) Titulación académica: En aplicación del Decreto 23/2020 de 31 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Texto Consolidado del Decreto por el que se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros de primer ciclo de educación infantil, los y las profesionales tendrán que estar en posesión de alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Título de maestro con la especialidad de educación infantil o título de grado equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Título de técnico superior en educación infantil o titulaciones equivalentes académica y profesionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificado de profesionalidad de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificación de las unidades de competencia que componen la calificación de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Profesionales en posesión de cualquier título o acreditación declarados equivalentes a alguno de los anteriores o que hayan sido habilitados para la atención de niños/as de 0-3 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de titulaciones obtenidas en el extranjero, deberá presentarse fotocopia de la credencial que acredite su homologación en España, de conformidad con la Directiva 89/48, de 21 de diciembre de 1988, en el RD 1665/1992 y demás normativa de transposición y desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;i) Certificado de capacitación en lengua catalana para la enseñanza en el 1er ciclo de educación infantil o equivalente en su caso, de acuerdo con la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de 8 de marzo de 2018 por la que se fijan las titulaciones que hay que tener para dar clases de y en lengua catalana, propia de las Illes Balears, en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, se establecen las equivalencias, y se define en Plan de Formación Lingüística y Cultural (FOLC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;j) No tener antecedentes penales sobre delitos sexuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.1. - Las instancias para participar en el concurso se tendrán que presentar, según el modelo normalizado que figura en el Anexo I de estas bases, dirigidas a la alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís, en el plazo de DIEZ DÍAS HÁBILES, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del anuncio de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las instancias se facilitarán gratuitamente en el registro general del ayuntamiento, y estarán disponibles en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís y en la sede electrónica municipal «http://ajsantlluis.org/tauler/tipedictes.aspx». En la instancia las personas aspirantes tendrán que indicar la titulación que poseen y que les habilita para participar en el procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las instancias se presentarán en el Registro General de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís, c/ Pla de Sa Creu, s/n, en horario de 9:00 a 14:00 de lunes a viernes o en alguno de los lugares que prevé el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas o bien telemáticamente a través de la sede electrónica municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de utilizar la oficina de correos o el registro de cualquier otro órgano administrativo que no sea el del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís deberá remitirse copia de la instancia mediante la carpeta ciudadana dirigido al Registro general de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís, dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.2. - Para poder ser admitidas en las pruebas selectivas, las personas aspirantes deben manifestar en la solicitud que son ciertos los datos que indican y que cumplen todas las condiciones establecidas en la base tercera de esta convocatoria, bajo su responsabilidad y con independencia de la posterior acreditación al finalizar el proceso selectivo. La falta de dicha manifestación es causa de exclusión de la persona aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A efectos de admisión de las personas aspirantes, se tendrán únicamente en cuenta los datos que éstas hagan constar en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los datos correspondientes al domicilio, el teléfono y la dirección electrónica que figuren en la solicitud se consideran como las únicas válidas a efectos de notificaciones y es responsabilidad de las personas aspirantes comunicar la modificación puntual de estos datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para ser admitidas y formar parte en el procedimiento, las personas aspirantes tendrán que presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Instancia cumplimentada de acuerdo con el modelo normalizado (Anexo I), indicando la titulación que se alega tener para participar en la convocatoria. La no indicación en la solicitud de la titulación ostentada será motivo de exclusión. Asimismo, debe constar la declaración responsable del cumplimiento del resto de requisitos de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Copia del DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Copia del documento que acredite que está en posesión del nivel exigido de conocimientos de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) Autobaremació de los méritos alegados (Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e) Copia de los documentos justificativos de los méritos. La experiencia laboral debe acreditarse con la aportación de la vida laboral acompañada de los contratos laborales, o bien de los certificados oficiales de empresa o de servicios prestados en la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Admisión de las personas aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5.1. Finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la Sra. Alcaldesa aprobará por resolución la relación provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, que se publicará en el Tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís y en la página web municipal, concediéndose un plazo de tres días hábiles para que las personas interesadas presenten las alegaciones que consideren oportunas o subsanen su solicitud. Una vez examinadas las que se hubiesen presentado, se publicará la relación definitiva de personas admitidas a través de los medios mencionados. De no presentar ninguna reclamación se considerará definitiva la inicialmente publicada sin necesidad de nueva resolución, circunstancia que se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las posibles reclamaciones o alegaciones, si las hubiera, serán aceptadas o rechazadas en la Resolución que apruebe la relación definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, que se hará pública de la misma forma que la relación anterior. Los sucesivos anuncios del procedimiento selectivo se publicarán en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Tribunal calificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.1. El Tribunal calificador estará constituido por un/a presidente/a y dos vocales (Un vocal será designado/a secretario/a).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Su composición será técnica, el/la Presidente/a y los/las vocales tendrán que estar en posesión de titulación o especialidad igual o superior a las exigidas para el acceso a la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se designarán tantos suplentes como titulares existan. Igualmente, como miembro del Tribunal podrá asistir, con voz pero sin voto, un observador designado a propuesta de la representación del personal del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís, con funciones de vigilancia y vela del buen desarrollo del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.2. La composición del Tribunal se concretará en la Resolución de Alcaldía que apruebe la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.3.&amp;nbsp;El Tribunal podrá disponer la incorporación de asesores especialistas en las pruebas o ejercicios que estime pertinentes, los cuales se limitarán a prestar su colaboración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.4. La abstención y recusación de los miembros del órgano de selección se hará efectiva de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.5. Las indemnizaciones por asistencias que deban percibir los miembros del órgano de valoración se regirán por lo dispuesto en el Real Decreto 462/2002, regulador de las indemnizaciones por razón de servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.6. El tribunal calificador queda facultado para resolver las dudas o incidencias que se presenten y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del procedimiento de selección en todo lo que no esté previsto en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.7. Los miembros del Tribunal serán personalmente responsables del estricto cumplimiento de las bases de la convocatoria, de la sujeción a los plazos establecidos para la valoración de los méritos y para la publicación de los resultados. Las dudas o reclamaciones que se puedan originar con la interpretación de la aplicación de las bases de esta convocatoria, así como lo que deba hacerse en los casos no previstos, serán resueltas por el Tribunal, por mayoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.8. El Tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar sin la asistencia de más de la mitad de sus miembros titulares o suplentes, indistintamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Desarrollo del procedimiento selectivo mediante concurso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7.1. El proceso selectivo se iniciará tras la publicación del listado definitivo de personas admitidas y excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7.2. Una vez iniciado el proceso selectivo, los anuncios que corresponda se expondrán en el Tablón de anuncios y en la página web municipal, donde también se indicará la fecha, lugar y hora de la realización de los sucesivos ejercicios, y, después de cada prueba, la relación de puntuaciones otorgadas a las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7.3.&amp;nbsp;El proceso selectivo será el de concurso-oposición y consistirá en la realización de una prueba tipo test y una valoración de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.4.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;-FASE DE OPOSICIÓN – Prueba tipo test (máximo 60 puntos):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Prueba tipo test (máximo 10 puntos): Constará de una prueba teórica de carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Se calculará la equivalencia entre la prueba (10 puntos) y la fase de oposición (60 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Consistirá en responder por escrito, durante el tiempo que el tribunal determine, un cuestionario con tres respuestas alternativas, referidas al contenido del temario general y específico de la plaza convocada (Anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cada pregunta sólo podrá tener una respuesta correcta. Las preguntas que las personas aspirantes no hayan contestado o en las que hayan marcado más de una respuesta no serán tenidas en cuenta, y por tanto no restarán, y las respuestas erróneas se valorarán de forma negativa. Por cada respuesta errónea se descontará una cuarta parte del valor de una respuesta acertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tiempo máximo 60 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se calificará de 0 a 10, y para aprobar será necesario obtener al menos 5 puntos. Concluido el ejercicio, y una vez realizada la corrección de la prueba, el Tribunal calificador hará público el resultado del mismo en el tablón de anuncios electrónico, con la publicación del listado de personas aspirantes que hayan resultado APTAS a la prueba, con expresión de la puntuación obtenida, y otorgando a las personas interesadas un plazo de tres días hábiles para que puedan formular alegaciones o reclamaciones o solicitar la revisión del examen realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el caso de existir reclamaciones, alegaciones o solicitudes de revisión, el Tribunal calificador, una vez examinadas, las resolverá y hará público su resultado en el tablón de anuncios electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Resueltas en su caso las reclamaciones o transcurridos los tres días hábiles sin que se hayan formulado reclamaciones, el Tribunal publicará el listado definitivo de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;-FASE DE CONCURSO - Valoración de mèritos (máximo 40 puntos):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación final de la valoración de méritos será el resultado de sumar la puntuación de todos los méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se concederá un plazo de 3 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de los resultados provisionales de la fase de valoración de méritos, para subsanaciones y posibles reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El baremo de puntuación a tener en cuenta será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.1.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Experiencia profesional (máximo 18 puntos):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sólo se valorará la experiencia de los últimos 5 años anteriores a la publicación de estas bases y sólo se puntuarán los meses efectivos cumplidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Consistirá en la valoración de los méritos alegados y acreditados documentalmente por las personas candidatas, y de conformidad con las siguientes escalas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Servicios efectivos de funciones similares a las de la plaza convocada prestados en una escuela infantil municipal durante los cinco años anteriores a la aprobación de estas bases: 0,20 puntos por mes hasta un máximo de 12 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Servicios efectivos de funciones similares a las de la plaza convocada prestados en otras administraciones o empresas privadas durante los cinco años anteriores a la aprobación de estas bases: 0,10 puntos por mes hasta un máximo de 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un mismo servicio no puede puntuar en más de un apartado, valorándose en el apartado que le otorgue mayor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En ningún caso se valorarán ni puntuarán los méritos alegados y no justificados documentalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Documentos justificativos: informe de la vida laboral de la persona aspirante emitido por la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social y además la presentación de contratos de trabajo, certificado de servicios prestados o cualquier otro medio que acredite la naturaleza y duración de los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Titulación académica (máximo 6 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Licenciaturas, diplomaturas, grado, posgrado o másteres, de estudios oficiales finalizados de acuerdo con el Registro de Universidades, Centros y Títulos (RUCT), del Ministerio de Universidades, que tengan relación directa o complementaria con el contenido profesional de la plaza a la que se opta y que no se haya presentado como requisito en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Licenciaturas 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Diplomaturas o grados 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Postgrado o máster 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Documentos justificativos: certificación acreditativa de la actividad expedida por el organismo o centro correspondiente. En caso de que la documentación acreditativa se presente en un idioma diferente del catalán o castellano se tendrán que adjuntar una traducción a una de estas lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.3.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Formación específica (hasta a 6 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;. Formación en atención a necesidades educativas especiales (NEE) o relacionada con la atención al alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales, diversidad funcional, trastornos del desarrollo, TEA, TDAH, inclusión educativa o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La valoración se realizará de acuerdo con la siguiente escala:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. - Cursos de 0 a 20 horas: 0,2 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. - Cursos de 21 a 40 horas: 0,3 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. - Cursos de 41 a 60 horas: 0,4 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. - Cursos de más de 60 horas: 0,5 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Documentos justificativos: certificación acreditativa de la actividad expedida por el organismo o centro correspondiente, con especificación de las horas de duración y de la asistencia o, en su caso, aprovechamiento. En caso de que la documentación acreditativa se presente en un idioma diferente del catalán o castellano se tendrán que adjuntar una traducción a una de estas lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que en el certificado no especifique el número de horas de formación y sólo figuren los créditos obtenidos se valorará 0,25 puntos por crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.4. Formación genérica (hasta 5 puntos).&lt;/strong&gt; La realización de jornadas, cursos y seminarios de formación de interés para el desarrollo de los programas de intervención familiar o vinculados al contenido de la plaza de referencia. Si se acredita un mismo curso, seminario o jornada realizada en diferentes convocatorias solo se tendrá en cuenta el último certificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La valoración se realizará de acuerdo con la siguiente escala:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. - Cursos de 0 a 20 horas: 0,05 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. - Cursos de 21 a 40 horas: 0,1 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c. - Cursos de 41 a 60 horas: 0,2 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d. - Cursos de más de 60 horas: 0,3 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En ningún caso se valorarán ni puntuarán los méritos alegados y no justificados documentalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Documentos justificativos: certificación acreditativa de la actividad expedida por el organismo o centro correspondiente, con especificación de las horas de duración y de la asistencia o, en su caso, aprovechamiento. En caso de que la documentación acreditativa se presente en un idioma diferente del catalán o castellano se tendrán que adjuntar una traducción a una de estas lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.5.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Conocimientos de lengua catalana (hasta 5 puntos).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sólo se reconocerán las titulaciones expedidas por el Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, la Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas (EOI) o equivalentes según la normativa reguladora de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Por el certificado de conocimientos correspondientes al nivel C1: 1 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Por el certificado de conocimientos correspondientes al nivel C2: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Por el certificado de conocimientos correspondientes al nivel LA: 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sólo se valorará el nivel superior excepto en el caso del nivel LA y el certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana, que se podrán sumar al nivel C1 y C2. Este mérito debe acreditarse mediante el certificado correspondiente (en original o copia autenticada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Puntuación final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación final, para determinar el orden de las personas aspirantes, vendrá determinada por la puntuación obtenida de la suma de la fase de oposición y los méritos de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de empate, el orden de prelación se establecerá atendiendo a los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1º. Mayor puntuación obtenida en la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2º. Mayor puntuación obtenida en la experiencia docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3º. Sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Calificación.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9.1. El Tribunal hará pública la calificación de las personas aspirantes, y además confeccionará un listado ordenado de mayor a menor número de puntos conseguidos. Este listado, se publicará en el Tablón de anuncios y en la web municipal, y en el plazo de 1 día hábil las personas aspirantes podrán formular alegaciones a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pasado dicho plazo, y de no haberse formulado alegaciones, esta lista provisional de las personas aspirantes pasará a ser definitiva, siendo ésta última la que elevará el Tribunal a la Alcaldía para que acuerde la constitución de la bolsa de personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9.2. Los actos y resoluciones del Tribunal Calificador se ajustarán a los criterios y podrán ser recurridos en los términos establecidos en el art. 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décima.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Bolsa de trabajo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10.1. -Las personas aspirantes constituirán una bolsa de trabajo en este Ayuntamiento para cubrir vacantes, bajas médicas, exceso y acumulación de tareas, y los permisos y licencias que puedan surgir, y serán llamadas por orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si la persona aspirante que ha sido llamada no contesta o rechaza la oferta de prestación de los servicios como personal laboral temporal o funcionario interino, mantendrá su puesto de la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La bolsa de trabajo tendrá una vigencia de 2 años, prorrogable por motivos de necesidad 1 año más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10.2. - Funcionamiento de la bolsa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cuando se produzca la necesidad de contratar personal, las personas aspirantes serán requeridas según el orden de puntuación mediante contacto telefónico o a través de correo electrónico con un máximo de tres intentos. A través de diligencia quedará constancia en el expediente de que la persona aspirante ha recibido la comunicación o de los requerimientos efectuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A la persona aspirante se le comunicará el lugar y plazo en el que sea preciso que se presente. Si la persona aspirante no manifiesta su conformidad con la contratación en el plazo de un día hábil y su disposición a incorporarse en el plazo indicado, se entenderá que renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las personas aspirantes que renuncien de forma expresa o tácita (conforme al párrafo anterior) conservarán la posición obtenida en la bolsa. Sin embargo, quedarán en la situación de no disponible y no recibirán ninguna oferta más mientras se mantenga la circunstancia alegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cuando finalice el contrato de la persona seleccionada en su puesto de trabajo se reincorporará a la bolsa de trabajo ocupando el mismo orden de prelación, salvo que sea por renuncia voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El incumplimiento del deber de incorporarse al puesto de trabajo previamente aceptado o una vez ocupado, la posterior renuncia voluntaria, supondrá la exclusión de la bolsa de trabajo, salvo que estas circunstancias se produjeran por causa de fuerza mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécima.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Presentación de documentos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las personas que formen parte de la bolsa y acepten el ofrecimiento de trabajo, tendrán que presentar en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento la siguiente documentación, por documento original o copia debidamente compulsada, salvo las que ya estén en poder de la Administración, y siempre referida a la fecha de expiración del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Título académico exigido en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificado médico, en modelo oficial, en el que conste que la persona aspirante no padece enfermedad o defecto físico que impida el desarrollo de las correspondientes funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa de no haber sido separado/a, mediante expediente disciplinario, de ninguna administración pública, ni encontrarse inhabilitado/a para el ejercicio de funciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa de no estar ejerciendo ningún puesto o actividad en el sector público o privado delimitado por el artículo 1 de la Ley 53/1984, ni de recibir pensión de jubilación, retiro u orfandad, indicando, asimismo, que no realiza ninguna actividad privada incompatible o sujeta a reconocimiento de incompatibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
	​​​​​​​&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Declaración jurada o promesa de no encontrarse sometido a ninguna causa de incapacidad específica de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las personas que no presenten la documentación dentro del plazo establecido, salvo en casos de fuerza mayor, no podrán ser nombradas o contratadas, quedarán anuladas todas las actuaciones concernientes a estas personas aspirantes y serán excluidas de la bolsa de trabajo sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en la que puedan haber incurrido por falsedad en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécima.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Protección de datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en la normativa vigente en Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (Reglamento de la UE 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y sus garantías de los derechos digitales), del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís, en el ejercicio de los poderes otorgados a este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimotercera.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;- Normas generales y recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las personas interesadas podrán impugnar la convocatoria, las bases de ésta y los actos administrativos que efectúen los órganos de selección para su ejecución, en el caso y en la forma legal establecida en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y demás normas de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CLÁUSULAS DE CONSENTIMIENTO SOBRE EL RGPD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cumplimiento de la normativa vigente el Ayuntamiento informa que los datos serán conservados durante el plazo estrictamente necesario para cumplir con lo mencionado anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
