&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La educación es la principal riqueza y el recurso básico de un país y de sus ciudadanos. La educación que reciben los jóvenes es el medio más adecuado para desarrollar las capacidades, definir la personalidad, configurar la comprensión de la realidad y conformar la propia identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el artículo 36.2 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de despliegue legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Orden ECD/482/2018, de 4 de mayo, por la que se regulan los Premios Nacionales de Bachillerato establecidos por la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo de Educación, dispone que las administraciones educativas, en el ámbito de sus competencias, pueden convocar y conceder premios extraordinarios de Bachillerato, como fase previa a los premios nacionales, y que, además, deben regular todos los aspectos relativos a las pruebas, es decir, plazos, procedimiento, modelo de inscripción, lugar y fecha de celebración y órgano responsable de elaborarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, el artículo 5 de la Orden mencionada dispone que pueden optar a estos premios, previa solicitud, los alumnos que hayan obtenido un premio extraordinario de Bachillerato en su comunidad autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 17.1 de la Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 38, de 17 de marzo), establece que el Bachillerato tiene por finalidad proporcionar a los alumnos formación, madurez intelectual y humana, conocimientos y habilidades que les permitan desarrollar funciones sociales e incorporarse a la vida activa con responsabilidad y competencia, además de capacitarlos para acceder a la educación superior o a la vida profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendiendo a lo establecido en la Ley 1/2022 de Educación, la Consejería de Educación y Universidades emprende actuaciones para otorgar reconocimiento oficial a los méritos de los alumnos que demuestran una especial dedicación a los estudios y para valorar la excelencia en el rendimiento académico de los alumnos de Bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 1.2.&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt; de la Orden 20/2025, de 9 de julio, del consejero de Educación y Universidades, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y universidades, determina que el aprovechamiento académico puede ser objeto de subvención. De acuerdo con este artículo, la convocatoria anual de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato, como opción previa a la inscripción para concurrir a los Premios Nacionales de Bachillerato, representa un incentivo para todos los alumnos que quieren confirmar su excelencia en la preparación académica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La convocatoria de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato en las Illes Balears está prevista en la línea III.2.14. del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears 2024-2026, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 (BOIB n.º 52 de 20 de abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El reconocimiento del esfuerzo y la motivación se convierte así un estímulo para propiciar la mejora de los resultados académicos y un aliciente para continuar la formación personal a lo largo de la vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;La Orden 20/2025, de 9 de julio, del consejero de Educación y Universidades, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y universidades (BOIB n.º 89, de 12 de julio de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &amp;nbsp;Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, de 19 de abril de 2024, por el que se aprueba el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears 2024-2026 (BOIB n.º 52, de 20 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. &amp;nbsp;La Ley 7/2024, de 11 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes de simplificación y racionalización administrativas de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 15 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y el artículo 4 de la Orden 20/2025, de 9 de julio, del consejero de Educación y Universidades, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y universidades, a propuesta de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, en uso de las facultades que me atribuye la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, y con el fin de reconocer los méritos de los alumnos y valorar el rendimiento académico excelente de los participantes en la convocatoria, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Aprobar la convocatoria, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato en las Illes Balears correspondientes al curso 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Aprobar las condiciones de estos Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato que constan en los anexos 1, 2 y 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Designar la Dirección General del Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa como órgano responsable de la tramitación de la convocatoria y del procedimiento administrativo para hacerla efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la sala de lo contencioso administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación o publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La convocatoria de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato en las Illes Balears correspondientes al curso 2025-2026 tiene por objeto premiar, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, a los alumnos con rendimiento académico excelente que participen, como forma de reconocer el esfuerzo y la motivación para conseguir los mejores resultados académicos y para continuar la formación personal a lo largo de la vida. Los premios se otorgan a los seis alumnos que voluntariamente y, en caso de ser menores de edad, con el visto bueno de sus padres o tutores legales, soliciten participar en la prueba y obtengan la calificación final más alta según las instrucciones que se especifican en las condiciones undécima y duodécima de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por lo establecido en el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y por las disposiciones de carácter básico contenidas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y otras disposiciones básicas del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficios que se derivan de esta convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se pueden conceder un máximo de seis premios extraordinarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato en las Illes Balears facultan para optar a los Premios Nacionales de Bachillerato, si se convocan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. De acuerdo con la condición decimoséptima de esta convocatoria, los ganadores del Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato pueden percibir una subvención de 800 euros (ochocientos euros) por alumno. El pago correspondiente se hará efectivo mediante una transferencia bancaria a la cuenta corriente que figure en la declaración responsable de veracidad de datos bancarios aportados en la solicitud correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Para la financiación de estos premios se destinará la cantidad máxima de 4.800 euros (cuatro mil ochocientos euros), con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 13901/421B01/48000/00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears vigentes para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Compatibilidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este premio es compatible con otras subvenciones que se puedan obtener de la misma Administración o de otra entidad pública o privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los alumnos que quieran optar a estos Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato deben realizar la prueba establecida en estas condiciones. Solo se pueden inscribir los alumnos que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Haber superado, en el curso académico 2025-2026, los estudios que conducen a la obtención del título de Bachillerato de cualquier de sus modalidades en centros docentes de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Haber cursado primero y segundo de Bachillerato o, en el caso de alumnos con altas capacidades intelectuales que no hayan cursado primero de Bachillerato por causa de una flexibilización, segundo de Bachillerato en centros docentes españoles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Haber obtenido una nota media normalizada de Bachillerato igual o superior a 8,75 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. De acuerdo con el artículo 13 de la Orden 26/2025, de 21 de octubre, del consejero de Educación y Universidades sobre la evaluación del aprendizaje de los alumnos del Bachillerato en las Illes Balears, la nota media de Bachillerato es la media aritmética de las calificaciones numéricas obtenidas en cada una de las materias cursadas redondeada a la centésima más próxima y en caso de equidistancia, a la superior. De conformidad con el mismo artículo, las materias con convalidaciones o exenciones no deben tenerse en cuenta para calcular la nota media. Así mismo, el artículo mencionado establece que la nota media normalizada no tiene en consideración la calificación obtenida en la materia de Religión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.Los interesados deben presentar la solicitud preferentemente de forma telemática, juntamente, si procede, con la documentación requerida en la condición séptima de este anexo, mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible en el procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, de conformidad con el artículo 66.6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acceso al trámite debe realizarse mediante identificación y firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. De manera excepcional, los interesados pueden presentar la solicitud, juntamente, si procede, con la documentación requerida en la condición séptima de este anexo, presencialmente en cualquier registro de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el modelo que figura en el anexo 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de diez días naturales, desde el 22 hasta el 31 de mayo de 2026, ambos incluidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Documentación que debe adjuntarse a la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para tramitar la solicitud, debe presentarse la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Los alumnos que hayan cursado primero de Bachillerato en otra comunidad autónoma deberán incorporar a la solicitud el certificado académico oficial correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. En el caso de alumnos de centros privados, concertados y no concertados, si las necesidades específicas de apoyo educativo alegadas para solicitar adaptaciones de acceso a la prueba no constan en la Plataforma de Gestión Educativa, deberán incorporar a la solicitud el certificado acreditativo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. En el supuesto de que el interesado se oponga al hecho que se consulten los datos y los documentos necesarios para la tramitación de la solicitud, deberá incorporar DNI, certificado académico oficial, certificado acreditativo correspondiente al derecho de adaptación de acceso y acreditación de la representación legal y vigente por la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Admitidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En los cinco días hábiles siguientes al de la finalización del plazo para presentar la solicitud, el Servicio de Ordenación Educativa debe publicar en su web la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos a la prueba para optar a los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se pueden presentar alegaciones para enmendar posibles errores en los tres días hábiles siguientes al de la publicación de la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos enviando un correo electrónico a la dirección ordenacio@ibeducacio.eu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En los tres días siguientes al de la finalización del plazo para presentar alegaciones se publicará la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos en la misma web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fecha y lugares de la prueba&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;La fecha de la prueba es el día 17 de junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Los alumnos inscritos quedan convocados a las 8.45 horas del día de la prueba en los lugares siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Un comentario de texto de carácter histórico en lengua catalana o lengua castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. La materia obligatoria específica de la modalidad cursada en el segundo curso de Bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Un análisis de texto en la primera lengua extranjera cursada en el segundo curso de Bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los alumnos no pueden elegir la misma lengua para hacer los exámenes de los apartados &lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;. La elección de la lengua de cada uno de los exámenes de los apartados indicados se realiza en el formulario de inscripción para hacer la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El contenido, la duración y la distribución temporal de cada uno de los cuatro exámenes son los que se especifican en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Los alumnos deben presentar el DNI, el NIE o el pasaporte antes de empezar cada examen para identificarse y dejarlo en un lugar visible durante todo el tiempo que dure el examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Una vez se ha iniciado un examen, no se permitirá que entre ningún alumno a las aulas correspondientes si otro participante ya ha abandonado la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Los exámenes deben escribirse con bolígrafo o pluma de color azul o negro. No se pueden utilizar elementos de consulta (libros, apuntes, diccionarios, móviles) en ninguno de los exámenes, salvo el diccionario correspondiente a la materia de Latín II. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Se puede utilizar calculadora científica, siempre que no sea gráfica, programable ni pueda almacenar ni transmitir información. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El uso de dispositivos o aparatos que no hayan sido autorizados expresamente supondrá la expulsión del examen y que esta prueba sea cualificada con un cero y la prohibición de realizar los exámenes posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Criterios generales de evaluación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los criterios generales de evaluación de los diferentes exámenes son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. En los comentarios de texto en lengua catalana y en lengua castellana y en el análisis de texto en lengua extranjera se valoran, fundamentalmente, la solidez de los conceptos y el dominio de las lenguas. En este sentido, se tiene en cuenta el grado de desarrollo de las competencias lingüísticas de comprensión y de expresión escritas, y también la creatividad y la capacidad crítica manifestada por los alumnos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. En relación con el examen correspondiente a la materia obligatoria específica de la modalidad cursada, junto con el contenido de las respuestas a cuestiones sobre la materia, se valoran la claridad y la calidad de la exposición, la estructura del examen y la adecuación y la especificidad del vocabulario empleado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. En todos los exámenes se valoran la sintaxis y la ortografía de las exposiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. En los comentarios en lengua catalana y lengua castellana, la primera incorrección ortográfica no representa ninguna penalización. Si se repite una misma falta de ortografía, se contabiliza como única. A partir del segundo error, por cada falta ortográfica se descuentan -0,25 puntos hasta un máximo de dos puntos. Por otros errores en la redacción, en la presentación, falta de coherencia, falta de cohesión, incorrección léxica o incorrección gramatical se descuenta hasta un máximo de un punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. En el examen de la materia obligatoria específica de la modalidad cursada, las dos primeras incorrecciones ortográficas no representan ninguna penalización. Si se repite una misma falta de ortografía, se contabiliza como única. A partir del tercer error, por cada falta ortográfica se descuentan -0,10 puntos hasta un máximo de un punto. Por otros errores en la redacción, en la presentación, falta de coherencia, falta de cohesión, incorrección léxica o incorrección gramatical se descuenta hasta un máximo de 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Criterios generales de calificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La calificación final de la prueba se obtiene aplicando los criterios de calificación siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Cada examen se califica de 0 a 10 con dos cifras decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. La calificación final de la prueba es el resultado de calcular la media aritmética de los cuatro exámenes. Esta calificación debe expresarse de 0 a 10, redondeada a la centésima más próxima y, en caso de equidistancia, a la superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Para obtener el Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato los alumnos deben haber conseguido en cada examen un mínimo de 5 y la calificación final debe ser igual o superior a 8 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Se otorgan los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato a los seis alumnos que tienen la calificación final más alta de acuerdo con los criterios expresados en el apartado anterior. En caso de empate, esta igualdad debe resolverse según los criterios siguientes, por orden de preferencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primer criterio. La calificación más alta obtenida en el examen de la materia obligatoria específica de la modalidad cursada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segundo criterio. La nota media de Bachillerato más alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tercer criterio. La media más alta de las calificaciones obtenidas en las materias específicas de modalidad cursadas en los dos cursos de Bachillerato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Criterio de desempate. Si todavía persisten casos de empate entre algunos de los aspirantes, la Comisión Evaluadora debe resolverlos de acuerdo con los criterios que establezca previamente, por unanimidad de todos los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimotercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa debe nombrar los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora. Esta Comisión debe estar constituida por funcionarios del cuerpo de catedráticos o del cuerpo de profesores de Enseñanza Secundaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Comisión Evaluadora está formada por un presidente y cuatro vocales, especialistas en las diversas materias que componen la prueba. Actúa de secretario el vocal que se elija en el momento de la constitución de la Comisión Evaluadora. El presidente, si así lo considera, puede proponer la incorporación a la Comisión Evaluadora de asesores especialistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimocuarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Competencias y actuaciones de la Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponden a la Comisión Evaluadora las actuaciones y las competencias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. La elaboración, la corrección y la calificación de los exámenes, la coordinación de los criterios de evaluación y la resolución de las reclamaciones que se puedan presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. El cálculo de la calificación final de la prueba y la elaboración de la propuesta de adjudicación de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato siguiendo los criterios establecidos en la base duodécima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. La remisión de la propuesta de adjudicación a la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, acompañada de las actas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoquinta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Garantía del anonimato&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presidente de la Comisión Evaluadora es el responsable de garantizar el mantenimiento riguroso del anonimato de los exámenes y debe adoptar las medidas oportunas para asegurar el desarrollo correcto de la prueba. Cualquier signo, marca o señal en las hojas en las cuales se hacen los exámenes que permita identificar el autor implicará la exclusión de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimosexta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Calificaciones y Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La lista con las calificaciones finales obtenidas, con indicación de los alumnos que han obtenido el Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato, debe hacerse pública como máximo el día 8 de julio en la web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoséptima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Resolución de concesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Comisión Evaluadora debe enviar el informe relativo a la propuesta de adjudicación de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato a la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, la cual elevará la propuesta al consejero de Educación y Universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El consejero de Educación y Universidades, atendida la propuesta de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, dispone de seis meses para resolver, a contar desde el día siguiente a la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La resolución de concesión del premio debe publicase en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y en la web del Servicio de Ordenación Educativa. Debe indicarse la relación de personas a las que se ha concedido el Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato y el importe de la subvención a la que el premio da derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La obtención del Premio Extraordinario de Bachillerato debe reflejarse, mediante una diligencia del secretario del centro donde se cursó el Bachillerato, en el expediente académico y en el historial académico del alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Los ganadores de los Premios Extraordinarios de Bachillerato disponen de diez días naturales a contar a partir de la publicación de la resolución de concesión para solicitar la subvención a la que tienen derecho. En este caso, deben presentar la solicitud correspondiente. Pasado este periodo sin que hayan solicitado la subvención, se entenderá que renuncian a ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La solicitud a la que hace referencia el apartado anterior debe presentarse de manera telemática mediante el trámite telemático que estará disponible en el procedimiento publicado en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, de conformidad con el artículo 66.6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acceso al trámite debe realizarse mediante identificación y firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La solicitud telemática contiene las declaraciones responsables a que hace referencia el artículo 5.6.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidades, de 9 de julio de 2025, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y universidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Declaración responsable de no concurrir en las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario, según el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Declaración responsable de que el solicitante se encuentra al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social, de conformidad con el artículo 11.f del Decreto Legislativo mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Declaración responsable de veracidad de datos bancarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. La presentación de la solicitud de subvención implica autorizar a la Administración educativa para obtener, a efectos de conceder la subvención, los datos necesarios para comprobar que el alumno cumple los requisitos establecidos en las bases de esta convocatoria y en la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. La Administración puede solicitar cualquier otro documento que considere necesario para verificar el cumplimiento y la efectividad de las condiciones de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. La resolución también será objeto de publicación en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones y en el Portal de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma, en la forma establecida en el artículo 18 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre. Además, tiene que ser publicada en la página web de la Administración autonómica, de conformidad con el artículo 22.2.c de la Ley 4/2011, de 31 de marzo, de la buena administración y del buen gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimoctava&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el marco del artículo 39.7 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, esta subvención se justifica por el hecho de cumplir los requisitos necesarios para beneficiarse de ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimonovena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Control&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los beneficiarios quedan sometidos a las medidas de fiscalización, control y deber de colaboración que prevén los artículos 48 y 49 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y a los controles establecidos en la legislación de finanzas y presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares en cuanto a la concesión y el control de las ayudas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La ocultación de cualquier información sobre los requisitos dará lugar a la revocación de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Para intensificar el control a fin de evitar el fraude en las declaraciones encaminadas a obtener ayudas, la Administración puede determinar si se ha producido la ocultación a que se refiere el párrafo anterior por cualquier medio de prueba; en particular, mediante los datos que estén al alcance de cualquier órgano de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vigésima&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Revocación de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 43 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, corresponde revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión, la persona beneficiaria incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y se tienen que reintegrar las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vigesimoprimera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Reintegro de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corresponde reintegrar, total o parcialmente, las cantidades recibidas y exigir el interés de demora desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha de la resolución por la cual se acuerda el reintegro en los casos establecidos en el artículo 44 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, en concreto, en el supuesto que prevé el artículo 44.1.&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; de esta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Deben reintegrarse las cantidades recibidas en el supuesto de que se haya obtenido la subvención falseando las condiciones requeridas o escondiendo las que hubieran impedido que se concediera y en cualquier otro supuesto que dé lugar a la anulación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de constreñimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vigesimosegunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se incumplen los requisitos que establecen esta convocatoria y la Orden 20/2025, de 9 de julio, del consejero de Educación y Universidades, debe aplicarse el régimen de infracciones y sanciones que establece el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y el que contienen la legislación de finanzas y presupuestaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y las normas que la despliegan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;El órgano instructor del procedimiento es la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos en virtud de los cuales debe dictarse la resolución correspondiente, en el marco del artículo 16 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;En concreto, corresponde al órgano instructor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. &amp;nbsp;Determinar las personas admitidas a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &amp;nbsp;Resolver las dudas de interpretación que puedan surgir en relación con las bases reguladoras de la subvención y la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &amp;nbsp;Solicitar el informe de la Comisión Evaluadora a que hace referencia la base decimoséptima de este anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. &amp;nbsp;Solicitar los informes que sean necesarios para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. &amp;nbsp;Requerir los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios para conocer las circunstancias peculiares de cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
