&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En fecha 16 de febrero de 2026, la directora insular de Juventud y Participación firma el informe del órgano promotor del programa “Joves a la serra 2026”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En fecha 28 de abril del 2026, la técnica de juventud emite informe relativo al cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos y a la definición de los criterios para garantizar una convocatoria transparente, abierta y accesible, con el objetivo de alcanzar la máxima difusión posible y favorecer la participación del conjunto de la ciudadanía en esta actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el arte. 28 de la Ley de contratos del Sector Público (LCSP), la necesidad del contrato para la organización de &lt;/span&gt;unas estancias de ocio educativo en el refugio del Puente Romano de Pollença en la Sierra de Tramuntana &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, radica en la promoción de la participación social, la diversión, la formación, el aprendizaje de valores, el descanso y las relaciones de las personas participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;En este sentido, el artículo 10 de la Ley 5/2022, de 8 de julio, de políticas de juventud de las Islas Baleares establece las competencias de los Consells insulars donde debemos destacar lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“10.2. En todo caso, les corresponde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a.- Desarrollar las políticas de juventud previstas en esta ley»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Además, el artículo 25 de esta misma ley establece el contenido de las políticas de juventud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;w.- Promocionar la actividad física y el deporte, tanto desde la vertiente de la salud como de la transmisión de valores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;aa .- Promover una oferta de actividades de ocio de calidad y saludable dirigida a la población joven y un ocio educativo de calidad, seguro y en condiciones de equidad, sin discriminaciones por razones económicas, territoriales, sociales, culturales o de capacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;ab .- Facilitar espacios para el encuentro y el desarrollo social a través del ocio, la cultura y el deporte.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Es decir, es competencia de esta Dirección Insular llevar a cabo políticas dirigidas a niños y jóvenes mediante actividades que promuevan la actividad física y las relaciones interpersonales, tanto desde la vertiente de la salud como de la transmisión de valores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio de 2018, por el que se despliegan diversos aspectos de la normativa de juventud y de ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto de la Presidencia del Consell Insular de Mallorca de día 28 de julio de 2023, por el que se establecen las competencias de los Departamentos del Consell Insular de Mallorca donde se adjudican al Departamento de Presidencia la atribución y dirección de las políticas de juventud (BOIB núm. 106, de 29 de julio de 2023) y, también 2023, donde se ha resuelto crear los Departamentos en los que ha quedado estructurado el Consell Insular de Mallorca y se concretan las competencias de los Departamentos del Consell Insular de Mallorca de acuerdo con los artículos 21 y 31 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo lo anterior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primero- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Iniciar y aprobar el expediente del programa «&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra – Verano 2026»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB incluyendo el anexo que determina los requisitos de este programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalmente ante este Consejero ejecutivo o ante la presidencia del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;Convocatoria para la selección de los jóvenes beneficiarios del programa “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Joves a la Serra – Verano 2026»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.- Contenido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación del Departamento de Presidencia del Consell de Mallorca, dentro de sus políticas en materia de juventud y ocio pone en marcha el programa de “&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra 2026”&lt;/em&gt;. Para promover la participación social, la diversión, la formación, el aprendizaje de valores, el descanso, las relaciones de las personas participantes y el conocimiento de la Serra de Tramuntana; tiene la intención de organizar unas estancias de ocio educativo en el refugio del Puente Romano de Pollença en la Sierra de Tramuntana, con una duración de tres (3) días y dos (2) noches entre abril y septiembre de 2026, dirigidas a niños y jóvenes de la isla de Mallorca de entre nueve (9) y diecisiete (17).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dado que el programa está diseñado para siete turnos diferentes, desde el mes de abril al mes de septiembre, se ha decidido realizar dos convocatorias diferentes a fin de que los padres y tutores puedan inscribir a sus hijos cuando sea más conveniente para ellos. Estas dos convocatorias son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra – Primavera 2026»: Cuatro turnos del mes de abril al mes de mayo (Ya finalizado).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra – Verano 2026»: Tres turnos de junio a septiembre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Con esta finalidad y para que los niños y jóvenes mallorquines tengan acceso a este programado, la presente convocatoria pública &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra – Verano 2026» &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;fija las bases y las condiciones necesarias de planificación, estructura y participación del programa, y teniendo en cuenta que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 82% del coste del servicio será sufragado por la Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación en la entidad que resulte adjudicataria del contrato de servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 18% restante del coste del servicio será sufragado por los jóvenes que resulten beneficiarios del sorteo que se llevará a cabo para la selección de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.- Características de las estancias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación tiene previsto, como despliegue de una de sus políticas de juventud, la organización de las estancias de Joves a la serra de Tramuntana, lo que supone una experiencia de ocio educativo y saludable, en un entorno natural, que fomenta tanto la práctica de actividad física como el conocimiento del patrimonio cultural e histórico, en este caso vinculado a la Serra de Tramuntana. Y que busca el conocimiento explícito de los valores que inspiraron la declaración de la Sierra de Tramuntana como patrimonio mundial de la UNESCO en la categoría de paisaje cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;A tal efecto, ha resultado necesaria la contratación externa del servicio de organización de la actividad, dado que la Dirección no dispone de personal propio adecuado para la ejecución de este tipo de actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El desarrollo de este tipo de actividades de ocio educativo fomenta la participación de los jóvenes al aire libre y les proporciona la posibilidad de disfrutar de tiempo libre y ocio, participando socialmente y de forma activa en actividades que les otorgan un alto grado de&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;satisfacción y bienestar personal, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de los jóvenes y promover en ellos el conocimiento de los valores naturales, históricos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las actividades que se desarrollarán en el programa de cada estancia, consistirán principalmente en excursiones por la Sierra de Tramuntana y visitas cultural al pueblo de Pollença. Estas actividades requieren una capacidad física adecuada para poder llevarlas a cabo, ya que las excursiones las podemos calificar de una dificultad media - alta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3.- Estructura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a.- Duración y fechas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Este programa “&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra – Verano 2026” &lt;/em&gt;se llevará a cabo mediante tres estancias con una duración de tres (3) días y dos (2) noches entre los meses de junio y septiembre de 2026, y estará dividido en tres turnos diferenciados por edades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer turno: del 22 al 24 de junio para niños de 9 a 11 años (nacidos entre 2015-2017)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo turno: del 25 al 27 de junio para niños de 12 a 14 años (nacidos entre 2012-2014)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer turno: del 1 al 3 de septiembre para jóvenes de 15 a 17 años (nacidos entre 2009-2011)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b.- Número de plazas y participantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Para cada turno habrá treinta y cuatro (34) participantes de la edad correspondiente a su vez, y el correspondiente equipo dirigente establecido en la normativa de juventud (3 monitores y 1 director de ocio educativo, todos titulados).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dentro de cada turno, las plazas se distribuirán de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Treinta y una (31) serán plazas ordinarias con el pago completo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se entiende como plaza ordinaria aquélla en la que la persona interesada participa a través de una solicitud presentada por el padre, madre o tutor legal por la vía ordinaria y que implica el pago total de la actividad de ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tres (3) serán plazas bonificadas para participantes derivados de los Servicios Sociales del IMAS o de los ayuntamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se entiende como plaza bonificada aquélla en la que la persona interesada participa a través de una solicitud presentada por un servicio social de la Administración pública por la vía bonificada, que, además, supone una bonificación del 50 % del pago total de la actividad de ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En resumen, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;cada uno de los siete turnos será de &lt;/span&gt;34 participantes, 3 monitores y 1 director. De esta forma, el número total de plazas por turno será de 38 personas (34 participantes + 4 personas del equipo dirigente), haciendo un total de 152 participantes para el programa “Joves a la serra – Verano 2026”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c.- Requisitos de las personas destinatarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los solicitantes deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Residentes en la isla de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Edad: entre 9 a 17 años ambos inclusive.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contar con un certificado de residente de viaje o de empadronamiento en un municipio de la Isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El menor participante debe tener una capacidad física adecuada para poder realizar todas las excursiones de dificultad media alta del itinerario del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d.- Precio y gastos financiados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El precio/plaza por turno será de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Plaza ordinaria: &lt;strong&gt;35,33 €&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Plaza bonificada: &lt;strong&gt;17,67 €&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La tarifa total de los gastos globales por participante es de 196,40 € (IVA incluido), de los cuales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Juventud financiará el importe de 161,07€ (IVA incluido) sobre el total del coste del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La parte restante del coste del servicio será asumida por los jóvenes que resulten beneficiarios del sorteo que se llevará a cabo para su selección. Los participantes seleccionados tendrán que abonar a la empresa adjudicataria un importe de 35,33 € (IVA incluido) por participante y por turno para las plazas ordinarias y de 17,67 € (IVA incluido) para las plazas bonificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De tal forma que el Consell de Mallorca financiará el 82%* del coste del servicio y los participantes el 18% restante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;*Los % han sido redondeados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El precio total del programa «&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra – Verano 2026» &lt;/em&gt;incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Transporte directo de ida y vuelta desde la ciudad de Inca hasta el refugio del Pont Romà de Pollença. Punto de encuentro en el aparcamiento de la estación de autobuses Inca-Levante 1: carretera de Inca a Sineu, frente al Eroski de la entrada a Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estancia en el refugio del Pont Romà de Pollença, con habitaciones múltiples, y los servicios necesarios para una adecuada confortabilidad. No incluye toalla, sábana bajera, almohada y saco de dormir y otros materiales que deberá llevar cada participante y que se informarán en la adjudicación de las plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La manutención será en régimen de pensión completa en toda la duración de la actividad, y se distribuirá de la siguiente forma: pensión completa, más dos meriendas adicionales diarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Equipo dirigente por cada turno: 1 director/a más 3 monitores/ras de actividades de ocio educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Desarrollo de las actividades efectuando excursiones a la montaña (al menos una cada día), visitas culturales, actividades creativas, juegos de orientación en la naturaleza y exploración del entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Alquiler del material necesario y homologado para las distintas actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vehículo para emergencias y un botiquín por turno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Teléfono de contacto las 24 horas por urgencias durante toda la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Seguros de la actividad. La entidad encargada de ejecutar el contrato asume un papel fundamental en la creación de un entorno acogedor y seguro para los participantes. En este sentido, se establece como requisito esencial que la entidad cuente con los seguros de accidentes y de responsabilidad civil, establecidos en el artículo 44 Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el que se despliegan diversos aspectos de la normativa de juventud y de ocio educativo, para todas las personas participantes en la actividad (incluido el equipo dirigente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que, por circunstancias climatológicas, no fuera posible la realización de las actividades programadas en el exterior, la empresa adjudicataria deberá prever un programa diferente que incluirá actividades alternativas. Este programa alternativo sólo se llevará a cabo si las condiciones lo permiten y con el visto bueno del responsable del contrato o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cualquier actividad o gasto adicional fuera del programa, que supongan un coste adicional al ya contratado, no podrán ser sufragadas en ningún caso en el Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.- Trámites&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Solicitud de preinscripción para el sorteo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- La solicitud de preinscripción por el programa «&lt;em&gt;Joves a la Serra - Verano 2026» &lt;/em&gt;debe hacerse obligatoriamente a través de la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca ( https://seu.conselldemallorca.net ) y accesible a través de la web oficial de Juventud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;( https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Se debe rellenar un formulario predeterminado y telemático para este proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;El plazo de preinscripción será de 7 días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente de &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;la publicación en el BOIB de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de que un mismo participante presente más de una solicitud de preinscripción, únicamente se tendrá en cuenta la última solicitud presentada, siempre que cumpla con los requisitos establecidos por la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Son motivo de exclusión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando los datos aportados en la solicitud sean falsos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando no se cumpla alguno de los requisitos establecidos en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las preinscripciones realizadas fuera de los canales habilitados para la presentación de la solicitud o fuera de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El hecho de formalizar la solicitud de preinscripción no garantiza tener plaza, sólo dará opción a formar parte de la lista de admitidos para participar en el sorteo y optar a una vacante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:107%"&gt;Listado de preinscripciones admitidas y excluidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de preinscripción, se publicarán los listados de los participantes admitidos y excluidos de cada turno separados por vía ordinaria y vía bonificada en la sede electrónica ( https://seu.conselldemallorca.net &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0563c1"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;y en la web oficial de Juventud del Consell de Mallorca. ( https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/ ).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A cada participante admitido se le asignará un número de acuerdo con el orden del registro de entrada de las solicitudes, que servirá de referencia para el sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta lo que establece la normativa sobre protección de datos, la publicación de todos los listados de la presente convocatoria se harán con la identificación, a través del DNI/NIE/ pasaporte del participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sorteo por la adjudicación de plazas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Publicado el listado de los preinscritos se realizará un sorteo para cada turno y en su caso, por las plazas bonificadas, que será público y tendrá lugar en el salón de actos del edificio del Hogar de la Juventud, C/ General Riera, 111. El día y la hora del sorteo se publicará con el listado de preinscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El procedimiento consistirá en extraer un número aleatorio (entre todos los números asignados a los participantes en la lista definitiva de admitidos) y que establecerá el orden de adjudicación (a partir del número extraído siguiendo los números consecutivos hasta completar todas las plazas disponibles). En caso de que no se llenen las plazas bonificadas pasarán a ser plazas ordinarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El resultado del sorteo (el número extraído por cada opción) se publicará en la sede electrónica ( https://seu.conselldemallorca.net &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0563c1"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;y en la web oficial de Juventud del Consell de Mallorca. ( https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/ ).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Lista de adjudicación de plaza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una vez realizado el sorteo, se elaborará la lista de adjudicación de plazas y se publicará en la sede electrónica (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0563c1"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;y en la web oficial de Juventud del Consell de Mallorca. (https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de que no se llenen las plazas reservadas a los servicios sociales, estas plazas pasarán a ser por la vía ordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En la lista se indicará el nombre y los datos de la empresa adjudicataria encargada de la organización de la actividad &lt;em&gt;«Joves a la serra – verano 2026»&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los participantes que no hayan sido seleccionados, pasarán a una lista de espera por el orden establecido en el sorteo y podrán optar a una plaza que no se haya ocupado o quede desierta por distintos motivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Proceso de inscripciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;A partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la adjudicación de plazas, la Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación, facilitará a la empresa adjudicataria el listado de adjudicación de plazas y el correspondiente listado de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La empresa adjudicataria, se pondrá en contacto con los participantes seleccionados, mediante el teléfono y el correo electrónico aportado en el proceso de preinscripción, a efectos de cumplimentar el formulario de inscripción, presentar la documentación requerida para participar en la actividad y realizar el pago de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;35,33 €, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;equivalente al 18 % del total del precio por las plazas ordinarias y de &lt;strong&gt;17,67 € &lt;/strong&gt;para las plazas bonificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se dispondrá de un plazo de 6 días naturales, para la presentación de la documentación requerida y para realizar el pago ante la empresa adjudicataria, la cual es la responsable de gestionar toda la actividad. En caso de no contestar o no presentar toda la documentación y pago a la empresa, se perderá la plaza y se continuará con la lista de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Concretamente, la documentación que debe aportarse a la empresa organizadora es la siguiente:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Copia del DNI/NIE/pasaporte del padre, madre o tutor, para la opción ordinaria.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Copia del DNI/NIE/pasaporte del niño o joven si lo tiene, si no copia de libro de familia o documento análogo.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Copia de la tarjeta sanitaria o equivalente.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Copia libro de vacunas o declaración responsable de no vacunado.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Certificado de residencia (sirve el certificado de viaje) o empadronamiento.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Justificante de pago.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Copia de informe de servicios sociales o resolución administrativa acreditativa de la situación de especial vulnerabilidad, si procede. (Sólo para solicitudes de plaza bonificada).&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Copia del certificad&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o con el grado de dependencia reconocido y/o informes médicos, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La falta de documentos, el error o falsedad en la presentación de éstos puede dar lugar a la expulsión del listado de participantes, y puede ser penalizado por no poder participar en las siguientes subvenciones que convoque la Dirección Insular de Juventud y Participación del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si dentro del plazo establecido no se presenta toda la documentación o no se realiza el pago, el participante quedará excluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEXTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Lista de espera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los participantes que no hayan obtenido plaza, quedarán en un listado de espera siguiendo el orden establecido en el sorteo que servirá para cubrir las plazas que queden vacantes por cualquier motivo. Este listado de espera se publicará junto con el listado de adjudicación, en la sede electrónica (https://seu.conselldemallorca.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0563c1"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;y en la web oficial de Juventud del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;(https://joventut.conselldemallorca.cat/).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En este caso, el participante en lista de espera que haya obtenido plaza será avisado telefónicamente o en el correo electrónico que ha hecho constar en su hoja de preinscripción por parte de la empresa adjudicataria. De no responder durante las primeras 48 horas, perderá el derecho a reserva de plaza y se avisará a la siguiente persona del listado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si el interesado acepta la plaza, dispondrá de 48 horas&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;para entregar toda la documentación requerida y realizar el pago. Si dentro de este plazo no se presenta toda la documentación o no se realiza el pago estará excluido/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En casos excepcionales, por falta de tiempo, se podrá pedir la aceptación de plaza y entrega de la documentación y pago en un plazo de 24 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SÉPTIMO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:107%"&gt;Posibles renuncias y devolución de la cuantía entregada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cuando por causas no imputables al participante y no se deba a causas de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, este encuentro no se desarrolle, se procederá a la devolución del importe abonado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Antes del inicio de la actividad, el interesado únicamente tendrá derecho a la devolución de la cantidad abonada, cuando concurra una cuestión médica debidamente justificada con certificado médico oficial. No se tendrá derecho a la citada devolución en el resto de supuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;OCTAVO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Seguridad y protección de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 Del Parlamento Europeo y del Consell de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que se refiere al tratamiento de datos personales ya la libre circulación de estos datos y por el que se deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE; y la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales. Al no haberse dispuesto normativamente unas medidas de prevención cerradas en cuanto a lo que implica la protección de datos, es necesario determinar qué medidas mínimas se aplicarán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Aunque en todo momento el responsable de estos datos es el Consell de Mallorca, durante el tiempo que dure la actividad «&lt;em&gt;Joves a la serra –Verano&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2026» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;estos datos estarán en poder de la empresa que la desarrolle, la cual, como encargada de los datos, sólo podrá hacer uso de los mismos para esta actividad concreta, devolviéndolos al Consell de Mallorca una vez finalizada la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;NOVENO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Responsabilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de mal comportamiento de algún participante, que dé lugar a actuaciones, multas o sanciones por parte de las autoridades competentes, ni el Consell de Mallorca ni la empresa adjudicataria se hará cargo de los gastos ocasionados por estos hechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;DÉCIMO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de discrepancias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de discrepancias en la publicación en el BOIB de ésta, entre la versión catalana y la versión castellana, prevalecerá siempre la versión en catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
