&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial, de acuerdo con el artículo 4 de los estatutos que lo rigen, tiene, entre otras, las finalidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Impulsar políticas de mejora y conservación de los elementos y valores, tangibles o intangibles, que contiene la Serra de Tramuntana y que han motivado la declaración como patrimonio mundial de conformidad con aquello que establece la Convención para la Protección del Patrimonio Mundial, Cultural y Natural de 1972.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Promover iniciativas y proyectos culturales orientados a la conservación y la mejora del paisaje y del patrimonio cultural de la sierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Promover la implicación de la iniciativa particular en la conservación y la mejora del paisaje cultural y de los valores patrimoniales de la sierra, en especial con el impulso de acuerdos de custodia del territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial para el ejercicio 2026, aprobado por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca en sesión de 14 de enero de 2026, prevé una convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Sierra de Tramuntana de investigación 2026. Con esta convocatoria se pretende dar un reconocimiento a investigaciones o trabajos de autores que incidan en temáticas relacionadas con el paisaje cultural de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Estas temáticas pueden ser, entre otros: patrimonio hidráulico, aprovechamientos agrarios, construcciones de piedra en seco, posesiones, caminos de montaña, afluencia, control y naturaleza de las visitas al Patrimonio Mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Por acuerdo de la Junta Rectora del Consorcio de 21 de octubre de 2025 se aprobó el proyecto de presupuestos del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial para el ejercicio 2026, y en fecha 30 de diciembre de 2025 se aprobó definitivamente por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca. Este presupuesto, prevé la realización de la mencionada convocatoria pública de subvenciones con las finalidades definidas al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consorcio para el 2026 y en los términos previstos en el Plan de Gestión de la Serra de Tramuntana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El día 9 de abril de 2026, el director insular de la Serra de Tramuntana, ha emitido Memoria justificativa sobre la necesidad y la idoneidad de que el Consorcio lleve a cabo la indicada convocatoria pública de subvenciones, dado que se ajusta plenamente a las finalidades y funciones del Consorcio y permitirá conseguir los objetivos y los efectos establecidos en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de este ente público para el ejercicio 2026, y al presupuesto de gastos para el 2026 y al Plan de Gestión de la Sierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El día 17 de abril de 2026, el vicepresidente del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana dictó la resolución de inicio del expediente correspondiente para la aprobación de una convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2026 (SV 5/2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. El día 20 de abril de 2026, la jefa de servicio jurídico del Servicio de Gestión de Parajes Culturales del Departamento de Presidencia ha emitido informe favorable sobre los aspectos jurídicos de la presente convocatoria pública de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. En fecha 4 de mayo de 2026 la Intervención Delegada ha fiscalizado de conformidad la propuesta de resolución de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Estatutos del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial, publicados en el BOIB nº. 72, de día 30 de mayo de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), modificada en fecha 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 04.08.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE nº. 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, del régimen jurídico del sector público (BOE nº. 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Bases de ejecución del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 9.1 o) y p) de los Estatutos del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana prevé la competencia de la presidencia del Consorcio para autorizar, disponer, reconocer y liquidar gastos del Consorcio, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones que se hayan hecho en las bases de ejecución del Presupuesto. Las bases tercera y cuarta de las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana para el año 2026, establece que la vicepresidencia, por delegación de la presidencia, tiene la competencia para autorizar, disponer, reconocer y liquidar gastos del Consorcio. Por este motivo se entiende que el órgano competente para aprobar la convocatoria es la vicepresidencia del Consorcio, por delegación de la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo lo que se ha expuesto, el vicepresidente del Consorcio Serra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial dicta la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2026 (SV 5/2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Autorizar el gasto de que se deriva de la convocatoria pública de subvenciones de premios Sierra de Tramuntana de investigación 2026 (SV 5/2026), por un importe total de quince mil euros (15.000,00 €) y con cargo la partida presupuestaria 00 33615 48100 y a los documentos contables RC nº. 220260000357 y A nº 920260000565.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el BOIB por conducto de la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la concesión de los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación, destinados a reconocer y fomentar trabajos de investigación relacionados con los valores del paisaje cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana, declarada patrimonio mundial por la UNESCO el año 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estos premios tienen como finalidad incentivar la investigación, el estudio y la difusión del conocimiento sobre los elementos patrimoniales, culturales, históricos, sociales y paisajísticos que han configurado la Serra de Tramuntana como paisaje cultural, y que según la UNESCO es de valor universal excepcional (VUE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los objetivos específicos de esta convocatoria son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contribuir al conocimiento científico y técnico del patrimonio histórico, etnográfico y cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incentivar la investigación de investigadores, de estudiantes y de profesionales relacionada con la Sierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fomentar la transferencia de conocimiento aplicable a la gestión, conservación y valorización del patrimonio mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concesión de los Premios Serra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2026 se otorgará mediante procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva entre las solicitudes presentadas dentro de plazo y que cumplan los requisitos para acceder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria se rigen por la normativa siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y de sus organismos dependientes, publicada en el BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017, modificada por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 14 de junio de 2018, y aprobada definitivamente el día 1 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden participar personas físicas, de forma individual o colectiva (en este caso, hay que designar a un responsable de grupo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Todas las personas participantes tienen que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ser mayores de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar la solicitud de participación dentro del plazo y en la forma establecidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cumplir los requisitos y las condiciones de participación previstos en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las causas de prohibición para obtener la condición de beneficiario previstas en el artículo 10 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la seguridad social, así como de las obligaciones tributarias con el Consejo de Mallorca y con el Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Temática de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los trabajos tienen que tratar sobre el paisaje cultural de la Sierra de Tramuntana, dentro del ámbito territorial de la declaración de patrimonio mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se valorarán especialmente investigaciones relacionadas con:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;patrimonio hidráulico tradicional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;aprovechamientos agrarios y sistemas productivos tradicionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;construcciones de piedra en seco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;posesiones y arquitectura tradicional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;red de caminos históricos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;relación entre sociedad y paisaje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;gestión, conservación y protección del patrimonio mundial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;impacto del turismo en el patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sostenibilidad turística: gestión de visitas y capacidad de carga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;gestión del patrimonio ante el cambio climático (agua, incendios, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;estrategias de sostenibilidad y desarrollo territorial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;aplicación de nuevas tecnologías a la protección del patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;agroecosistemas y su gestión sostenible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sistemas agrarios como elementos estructuradores del paisaje cultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sostenibilidad, resiliencia territorial y mantenimiento de los servicios ecosistémicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;patrimonio inmaterial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Contenido y requisitos formales de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los trabajos se tienen que presentar en formato digital (PDF) y tienen que tener una extensión mínima de 10.000 palabras y máxima de 15.000 palabras sin contar ni la bibliografía ni los anexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para garantizar el anonimato en la valoración, el fichero PDF no puede contener ninguna referencia a la autoría. Los datos personales sólo figurarán en el anexo 1 de solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los trabajos presentados tienen que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Centrarse específicamente en el ámbito geográfico de la Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener carácter de investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ser originales e inéditos (aunque pueden derivar de investigaciones universitarias, tesis o TFM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Desarrollo de la investigación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Conclusiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En caso de errores formales no sustanciales, se concederá un plazo de enmienda de diez días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Cuantía de los premios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatoria prevé la concesión de tres premios de investigación, con una dotación económica de 5.000 € cada uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los premios están sujetos a la fiscalidad vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Comisión de Selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La valoración de los trabajos corresponderá a la Comisión de Selección, formada por miembros del Comité de Expertos y Expertas del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El presidente de la Comisión es el gerente del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial, Lluís Vallcaneras Nebot, y su suplente es el director insular de Serra de Tramuntana, Antoni Solivellas Estrany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La secretaria de la Comisión es la jefa de servicio jurídica del Servicio de Parajes Culturales del Consejo de Mallorca, Maria Antònia Beltran Celià, y su suplente es la técnica de comunicación digital del Servicio de Parajes Culturales, Marta Carol Saumell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión actuará con criterios de objetividad, independencia e imparcialidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de trabajos, se constituirá por primera vez la Comisión de Selección y designará, de acuerdo con sus áreas de conocimiento y para cada uno de los trabajos presentados, un mínimo de tres expertos para la valoración, a los cuales se les dará un plazo prudente para poder llevarla a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión se reserva la posibilidad de hacer consultas con vistas a la toma de decisiones a la hora de valorar las propuestas presentadas por las personas solicitantes, y en cualquier momento del proceso les podrá requerir la documentación acreditativa que considere oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez vencido el plazo para la valoración de los trabajos, la Comisión de Selección se reunirá en segunda sesión para determinar las valoraciones obtenidas por cada trabajo. La puntuación que obtendrá cada trabajo será el resultado de obtener la media aritmética de las puntuaciones otorgadas por todos los vocales designados y que han valorado el trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los trabajos ganadores, y que obtendrán los premios, serán aquellos tres primeros trabajos con mayor puntuación después de haberse valorado y calculado la puntuación aritmética de cada trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si la Comisión cree, por unanimidad, que alguno de los trabajos o todos los trabajos no tienen la calidad mínima para ser galardonados, el número de trabajos premiados puede ser inferior a tres, o bien declararse desierto, si ninguno de los trabajos llegan a la calidad mínima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las decisiones de la Comisión de Selección son inapelables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cualquier cuestión no prevista en estas bases será resuelta por el instructor del expediente a propuesta de la Comisión de Selección, que podrá asesorarse de cualquier técnico del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana o del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuando la Comisión de Selección haya seleccionado los mejores trabajos ganadores, emitirá un acta sobre la reunión y las valoraciones, que se remitirá al instructor del expediente para que proponga a la vicepresidencia del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana la concesión de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Baremo de puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La valoración de los trabajos se hará de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;adecuación a la temática del paisaje cultural: de 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interés científico y rigor metodológico: de 0 a 15 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;aplicación práctica e interés por la gestión del patrimonio cultural: de 0 a 15 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;carácter innovador: de 0 a 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;claridad expositiva y calidad general del trabajo: de 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuación mínima para poder optar a un premio es de 35 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de empate, el premio será para lo que haya alcanzado más puntuación en los apartados siguientes, por este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. aplicación práctica e interés por la gestión del patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. interés científico y rigor metodológico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. adecuación a la temática del paisaje cultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. carácter innovador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. claridad expositiva y calidad general del trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Concesión del premio y propiedad de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El veredicto se hará público en un acto de entrega en una fecha, hora y lugar a concretar por la Comisión de Selección y que tendrá lugar dentro del año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los premiados se comprometen a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asistir al acto de entrega de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Autorizar la publicación total o parcial del trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mencionar el premio en futuras publicaciones derivadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentar públicamente los resultados, si así se requiere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los autores conservarán los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre sus trabajos. El Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana se reserva el derecho de reproducción, de exposición, de edición y de distribución de los trabajos premiados con finalidades de divulgación cultural y científica, pero nunca con finalidad comercial, y siempre con reconocimiento de la autoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El trabajo se publicará bajo licencias Creative Commons en el sitio web oficial del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana, para garantizar el acceso gratuito y la transferencia de conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Plazo y presentación de los trabajos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo para presentar los trabajos de investigación será de tres meses contados desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presentación se tiene que hacer preferentemente a través de la sede electrónica del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana: https://cst.sedipualba.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentación que se tiene que presentar en el plazo y lugares señalados para poder participar en los Premios Sierra de Tramuntana de Investigación 2026 es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;solicitud de participación (anexo 1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;copia del DNI o documento equivalente de todos los investigadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;trabajo de investigación (sin hacer ninguna referencia a la autoría)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para garantizar la máxima objetividad de la Comisión de Selección, el trabajo presentado en formato PDF no tiene que incluir el nombre del autor/a ni ninguna referencia que permita la identificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por este mismo motivo, los datos personales sólo se incluirán en el anexo 1, que se tiene que registrar, dentro de la misma instancia, como un archivo independiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El órgano instructor codificará los trabajos antes de entregarlos a la Comisión de Selección para valorarlos. De esta manera, ningún miembro del jurado conocerá la identidad de los aspirantes hasta que se hayan emitido las puntuaciones definitivas basadas en el baremo de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. Instrucción y resolución del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La instrucción corresponde a la jefa de servicio jurídico del Servicio de Gestión de Parajes Culturales del Departamento de Presidencia, Maria Antònia Beltran Celià, que tiene que llevar a cabo todas las actuaciones o los actos de trámite necesarios para velar por el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la convocatoria y cursar los trámites adecuados ante la Comisión de Selección, además de ejercer las facultades previstas en el artículo 16 y concordantes del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, y las que se mencionan en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca. La instructora del expediente podrá asesorarse por cualquier técnico del Consejo de Mallorca que considere adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Posteriormente, la Vicepresidencia, por delegación de la Presidencia del Consorcio, órgano competente para aprobar y resolver esta convocatoria de conformidad con las bases tercera y cuarta del anexo de las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial para el ejercicio 2026, y una vez determinada la valoración por la Comisión de Selección y la propuesta del instructor del expediente, resuelve la convocatoria, con la indicación de los extremos contenidos en la propuesta de acuerdo definitiva mencionada, de lo cual se dará cuenta a la primera Junta Rectora que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El incumplimiento no enmendable de cualquier requisito establecido en esta convocatoria o el hecho de incurrir en uno de los supuestos aplicables en función de la naturaleza de estos premios, previstos, en el artículo 56 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones, provocará la revocación de la concesión (artículo 43 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005) y, consecuentemente, el reintegro total o parcial de las cuantías recibidas. En el mismo sentido, el acuerdo de concesión puede modificarse en los casos en que se alteren las condiciones o se obtengan ayudas concurrentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La resolución se notificará a las personas premiadas. Asimismo, se dará publicidad a los autores y trabajos premiados a través de los canales habituales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Una vez resueltos los Premios, se requerirá a las personas ganadoras que aporten la información bancaria para tramitar el pago correspondiente en un único ingreso. En el caso de participar una colectividad de personas en un trabajo premiado, el pago del premio se hará de forma proporcional al número de participantes del trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución de este procedimiento es de tres meses, contados a partir del día que acaba el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución, se entienden por desestimadas todas las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la resolución que aprueba la convocatoria, así como la resolución de concesión que derive, que ponen fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Presidencia del Consorcio Sierra de Tramuntana Patrimonio Mundial dentro del plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente en el de la recepción de esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación de este recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso potestativo de reposición y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También se puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se estime oportuno y pertinente, de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. Aceptación de las bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La participación en esta convocatoria implica la aceptación íntegra de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
