En fecha 6 de abril de 2023, se publica en el BOIB núm. 43, la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de las intervenciones para el desarrollo rural de las Islas Baleares 2023-2027</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En fecha 29 de abril de 2023, se publicó el BOIB núm. 55 la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba, para el año 2023, la convocatoria de ayudas destinadas al fomento de las de lucha biológica como alternativa a la lucha química.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. En fecha 30 de mayo de 2023, se publica en el BOIB nº. 71, la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifica la Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrero de 2023, de convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas correspondientes a las intervenciones en forma de pagos directos que prevé ayudas que prevén las intervenciones al desarrollo rural. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la convocatoria finalizó el día 30 de junio de 2023. Se registraron un total de 6 solicitudes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. En fecha 27 de abril de 2024, se hizo pública la resolución de concesión de la línea de fomento de lucha biológica como alternativa a la lucha química por el año 2023.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. En fecha 12 de noviembre de 2025, se hizo un requerimiento conjunto a los interesados ​​para presentar la documentación necesaria para poder tramitar y resolver la solicitud y el pago de la anualidad 2025 de los expedientes por la línea de lucha biológica de la convocatoria 2023-2027.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Los interesados ​​señalados en el anexo adjunto, ANTONI GELABERT MESTRE no ha presentado la solicitud de pago pertinente por la campaña 2025, HORTALIZAS PASCUAL, S.A.T no ha presentado la documentación pertinente. Los demás interesados ​​ISABEL MARIA VICENS GELABERT; ; TOMÁTIGA DE RAMALLET DE MALLORCA, CAN VICENS, .SL.; y BUENA SIEMBRA S.COOP han presentado en tiempo y forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8. En fecha 11 de diciembre de 2025 se ha comprobado que no cumplen alguno de los compromisos y obligaciones de la convocatoria, con las incidencias y motivos correspondientes detallados en el anexo I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9. En fecha 15 de diciembre de 2025, se publicó en la página web del FOGAIBA la propuesta provisional de revocación correspondiente a la anualidad 2025 con las incidencias y motivos correspondientes detallados en el anexo I. Los interesados ​​señalados en el anexo adjunto no han presentado alegaciones en tiempo y forma. </span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho </span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Resolución de la Presidenta del fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 25 de abril de 2023 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2023 al fomento de la lucha biológica como alternativa a la lucha química.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La orden 10/2023 de la consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, de 5 de abril de 2023, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de las intervenciones para el desarrollo rural de las Islas Baleares 2023-2027.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Punto noveno de la Resolución de la convocatoria, apartado 1.b) llevar un registro de actuaciones y presentarlo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Punto noveno de la Resolución de la convocatoria, apartado .d)presentar las facturas de compra de los agentes empleados en las parcelas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.
