De acuerdo con el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se anuncia que el 29 de abril de 2026 el Consejo de Administración del Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca ha acordado aprobar las nuevas normas para la prestación y el uso de los servicios interurbanos en autobús de transporte público regular de viajeros de Mallorca, que figuran como anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Contra el acuerdo de aprobación, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca en el plazo de un mes a contar desde su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 52 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Estas normas entrarán en vigor en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El transporte público regular de viajeros por carretera de uso general es el que se realiza en itinerarios preestablecidos y con sujeción a calendarios y horarios prefijados, y está destinado a transportar a las personas y sus equipajes. El Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca (en adelante, CTM), creado por la Ley 8/2006, de 14 de junio, es la entidad pública que concentra las competencias en materia de planificación, ordenación y gestión del transporte público regular de viajeros de Mallorca. Así, estas normas abarcan la totalidad de contratos que tramita el CTM de gestión de servicios públicos de transporte regular interurbano de viajeros en autobús de Mallorca (servicios TIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Derecho de admisión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Toda persona tiene derecho a utilizar los servicios TIB, siempre que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-roman" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Adquiera o valide un título de transporte válido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tenga al menos 12 años, o vaya acompañada de una persona de 12 años o más. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Respete unas normas elementales de educación y convivencia y cumpla unas condiciones mínimas de salubridad e higiene, de manera que no se generen situaciones de riesgo o incomodidad para el resto de personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El autobús tenga plazas disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. El personal de conducción tiene la obligación de prohibir la subida al bus, u ordenar su bajada, a los viajeros que incumplan cualquier precepto de la normativa, y, en caso de resistencia o desobediencia, comunicar la infracción a la empresa operadora y, si procede, a un agente de la autoridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Condiciones generales de uso &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.1. Acceso al servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Las personas usuarias deben esperar el autobús en el punto de parada de la línea que deseen tomar. El personal de conducción tiene la obligación de detenerse en una parada si hay personas esperando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Es obligatorio solicitar la parada desde el interior del autobús con una antelación suficiente para que el personal de conducción pueda realizar la maniobra de parada en condiciones óptimas, sin poner en riesgo ni a los viajeros del mismo autobús ni a las personas usuarias de la vía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Se debe subir al autobús por la puerta delantera, excepto si el conductor o conductora u otro personal de la empresa operadora autorizan expresamente a subir por la trasera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Se debe bajar del autobús por las puertas traseras, excepto en el caso de personas con movilidad reducida, que pueden hacerlo por la puerta delantera (previa comunicación al personal de conducción).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. El personal de conducción tiene prohibido realizar paradas que no sean las formalmente establecidas, o abrir las puertas una vez iniciada la marcha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;f. Las personas usuarias tienen derecho a continuar su viaje en otro vehículo si se produce una avería o cualquier otra incidencia que obligue a interrumpir el servicio y sustituir el autobús en ruta. En estos casos, los viajeros deben validar la bajada en el autobús averiado o siniestrado, y no deben adquirir ni validar ningún título de transporte en el autobús de sustitución (ni para subir ni para bajar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.2. Ocupación de asientos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. La subida al autobús debe realizarse siguiendo el orden de cola en la parada. Las bolsas, mochilas u otros bultos colocados en el suelo no reservan lugar. Esperar sentado en un banco –o en otros elementos del mobiliario de las paradas– tampoco reserva plaza, excepto para las personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Una persona solo puede ocupar un asiento, de manera que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-roman" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Está prohibido colocar bolsas, mochilas, transportines o cualquier otro bulto en el asiento contiguo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Está prohibido reservar un asiento para una persona que aún no ha subido al autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.3. Personas menores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Un niño que aún no ha cumplido 4 años tiene derecho a viajar sin título de transporte, siempre que no ocupe un asiento y viaje sobre la persona que lo acompaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Una persona menor de 12 años debe viajar bajo la responsabilidad de una persona acompañante, que no puede separarse de la persona menor en el momento de subir y bajar del autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.4. Viajeros de pie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Si todos los asientos están ocupados, las personas usuarias pueden viajar de pie, siempre que no existan restricciones de servicio que lo impidan, y que el autobús cumpla las condiciones técnicas requeridas y no supere la velocidad legal autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. En caso de haber asientos libres, las personas usuarias están obligadas a sentarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Los viajeros no pueden deambular por el interior del autobús, ni ir de pie sin estar convenientemente sujetos a los dispositivos de seguridad colocados a tal efecto. Tampoco está permitido sentarse en el suelo ni en los escalones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.5. Personas con movilidad reducida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Los asientos expresamente reservados para personas con movilidad reducida (asientos PMR) son de uso preferente para: personas mayores; personas con discapacidad física, visual o cognitiva; mujeres embarazadas; personas que lleven bebés en brazos; y, en general, aquellas personas que, por sus circunstancias personales, no puedan viajar de pie sin riesgo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Adicionalmente a los asientos PMR, algunos autobuses TIB disponen de asientos específicamente reservados para el uso preferente de personas mayores (asientos PM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Las personas que, por motivos de salud o discapacidad no detectable a simple vista, tengan dificultades para viajar de pie, podrán ejercer sus derechos de prioridad de asiento mediante la exhibición de la tarjeta acreditativa del grado de discapacidad o de un documento equivalente expedido por el CTM. Esta acreditación es suficiente y vinculante para el reconocimiento de los derechos recogidos en estas normas. El personal de conducción debe limitarse exclusivamente a verificar la validez y vigencia del documento, y en ningún caso debe requerir información sobre el origen, la patología o la causa de la condición de la persona usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Las personas con movilidad reducida pueden bajar por la puerta delantera del autobús, previa indicación al conductor o conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. Aunque todos los asientos PMR y PM estén ocupados, las personas con movilidad reducida mantienen el derecho preferente a sentarse, de manera que los viajeros con plena movilidad están obligados a cederles su asiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;f. El personal de conducción tiene la obligación de vigilar y hacer cumplir el derecho de uso preferente de asiento que tienen las personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;g. El acompañante de una persona con discapacidad que necesite asistencia para desplazarse tiene derecho a viajar sin título de transporte, siempre que disponga de un documento de autorización emitido por el CTM, que debe mostrar al personal de conducción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.6. Personas en silla de ruedas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Todos los autobuses pueden ser utilizados por personas en silla de ruedas, con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. La rampa o plataforma de acceso solo puede ser manipulada por el conductor o conductora o por otro personal de la empresa operadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Si es necesario, el personal de conducción debe asistir a la persona usuaria para subir y bajar del autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Las personas usuarias que se encuentren en la zona reservada para sillas de ruedas, ya sea de pie o sentadas en los asientos plegables, deben ceder el lugar de manera inmediata a las personas en silla de ruedas que accedan al bus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. En el interior del autobús, la silla de ruedas debe situarse en el espacio reservado, colocándose en el sentido indicado y utilizando los elementos de seguridad existentes para asegurar su estabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. Para poder acceder al autobús, las sillas de ruedas motorizadas –tipo escúter o similar– deben cumplir las prescripciones sobre el peso total (suma de los pesos de la silla y de la persona) y las dimensiones máximas (longitud y anchura) indicadas en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3.7. Reservas de grupo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Cuando una entidad (centro escolar, ayuntamiento, asociación de ocio educativo, etc.) desea utilizar los servicios de autobús de la red TIB para viajar en grupo, puede solicitar al CTM una reserva de plazas a través de la web www.tib.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. La anulación de una reserva debe realizarse con una antelación mínima de 48 horas antes de la hora de salida, y debe ser comunicada tanto al CTM como a la empresa operadora. En caso contrario, se considerará una incomparecencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Las incomparecencias se sancionarán con la imposibilidad de que la entidad realice otra reserva de grupo dentro de los próximos 3 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. La solicitud de reserva de plazas debe cumplir las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-roman" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Debe corresponderse con la oferta de servicio existente (horarios y paradas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Debe ser para un mínimo de 10 personas y un máximo de 50, para un mismo día y entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se debe tramitar entre 30 y 7 días naturales antes del viaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. La aprobación de la solicitud por parte del CTM quedará condicionada a la existencia de recursos suficientes (flota y personal de conducción) para el día que se ha solicitado la reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Normas de convivencia &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las personas usuarias deben abstenerse de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Molestar u ofender, con palabras o gestos, al conductor o conductora u otros viajeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Distraer al conductor o conductora o hablarle cuando el autobús está en circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Escribir, pintar, rayar, pegar adhesivos, ensuciar o dañar de cualquier forma el interior o el exterior del autobús o el mobiliario de las paradas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Poner las piernas o los pies sobre los asientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. Invadir con las piernas el espacio del asiento contiguo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;f. Usar un tono de voz demasiado alto que pueda molestar a otros viajeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;g. Acceder al autobús sin camiseta, con bañador o con ropa o calzado mojado o sucio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;h. Comer o beber. Exclusivamente se permite beber agua con botella de tapa de rosca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;i. Transportar comida, bebidas o líquidos, a menos que se haga en un recipiente cerrado herméticamente (botella con tapón de rosca o similar). No está permitido subir al bus con comida abierta o que no esté debidamente cerrada, ni abrir los recipientes dentro del vehículo, excepto el agua para beber.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;j. Subir al autobús en estado de embriaguez o bajo los efectos de drogas u otras sustancias estupefacientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;k. Fumar, vapear o consumir cualquier tipo de droga o sustancia estupefaciente, tanto dentro del autobús, como fuera junto a las puertas y ventanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;l. Tirar residuos u objetos, tanto por puertas o ventanas, como dentro del mismo bus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;m. Practicar la mendicidad, distribuir publicidad o propaganda, o vender cualquier tipo de producto o servicio en el interior del autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;n. Sacar fuera del autobús, por puertas o ventanas, cualquier parte del cuerpo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;o. Manipular los dispositivos de emergencia –como el de apertura de puertas o el de rotura de cristales– si no se produce ninguna situación que así lo requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;p. En general, mantener cualquier comportamiento que pueda resultar peligroso para la integridad del propio viajero o de las demás personas ocupantes del autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las personas usuarias están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;q. Respetar las normas transmitidas en el interior de los autobuses o en las estaciones mediante pantallas, carteles, señales o megafonía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;r. A requerimiento de un agente de la autoridad, del conductor o conductora del bus o de un agente de control tarifario autorizado por el CTM, mostrarle el título de transporte y un documento de identificación personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Atender las indicaciones del personal de conducción u otros empleados o empleadas de la empresa operadora o de los servicios de vigilancia o información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;t. Usar auriculares para utilizar el teléfono móvil o cualquier otro dispositivo que emita sonido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;u. Prestar su colaboración en caso de que se produzca un accidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Otras normas de convivencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;v. Las personas usuarias y el personal de conducción deben mantener durante todo el trayecto un comportamiento correcto y educado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;w. El personal de conducción puede escuchar música o radio exclusivamente en su área de trabajo, con volumen bajo, y siempre que esto no moleste a los viajeros de los asientos más cercanos a la puerta delantera del autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;x. El personal de conducción debe abstenerse de conversar con los viajeros o con cualquier otra persona cuando el autobús está en circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Transporte de equipajes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5.1. Condiciones generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Los equipajes o bultos deben transportarse en los espacios expresamente habilitados en el autobús, de manera que no puedan obstruir el pasillo o las puertas ni puedan molestar a otros viajeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. La persona usuaria asume la plena responsabilidad del transporte de equipajes de su propiedad, tanto en lo que respecta a los daños que puedan sufrir sus propios equipajes, como a los que se puedan causar a otras personas, a los equipajes de estas, o al autobús. El CTM y las empresas operadoras quedan exentas de responsabilidad en caso de pérdida, robo o desperfecto de los equipajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. El personal de conducción está obligado a rechazar un equipaje cuando el hecho de transportarlo incumpla las disposiciones de la presente normativa, no sea posible por falta de espacio disponible, o no sea recomendable por razones de seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5.2. Equipaje de mano &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Las personas usuarias tienen derecho a transportar equipaje de mano (bolsas, mochilas, paquetes u objetos de pequeñas dimensiones) dentro del habitáculo de viajeros del autobús, siempre que no represente ningún peligro, no pueda causar molestias a otros viajeros, y se pueda transportar arrimado a la propia persona usuaria, bajo el asiento delantero o en el portaequipajes superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. El equipaje de mano no puede superar los 55 x 35 x 25 centímetros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5.3. Equipamiento de ayuda a la movilidad y autonomía personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Se considera equipamiento de ayuda a la movilidad y autonomía personal todo aquel utensilio esencial para el desplazamiento autónomo de las personas con movilidad reducida. Su transporte es gratuito y tiene prioridad absoluta sobre el resto de equipajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Bastones y muletas: Se permite su acceso al habitáculo de viajeros. Durante el trayecto, deben permanecer sujetos por la persona usuaria o colocados debajo del asiento, sin obstruir en ningún momento el pasillo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Caminadores: Deberán transportarse preferentemente en la bodega portaequipajes o en el espacio polivalente, sobre todo si no son plegables o si sus dimensiones impiden que la persona usuaria pueda sujetarlos de forma cómoda y segura y sin invadir el pasillo u otros asientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Sillas de ruedas manuales plegables: En caso de que la persona usuaria opte por ocupar un asiento ordinario, la silla debe transportarse plegada en la bodega portaequipajes o en el espacio polivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5.4. Maletas, bicicletas, cochecitos de niños y otros bultos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Además del equipaje de mano, cada persona puede transportar un único bulto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. En los autobuses de piso alto con bodega portaequipajes de accionamiento manual, la persona usuaria debe abrir y cerrar la puerta de la bodega del lado derecho (en el sentido de la marcha) para dejar o recoger su equipaje, con la asistencia, en caso de necesidad, del conductor del autobús, que es el responsable último de que esta puerta quede cerrada correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. En los autobuses de piso alto, está prohibido el uso de la puerta de la bodega portaequipajes del lado izquierdo (en el sentido de la marcha), salvo que el conductor o conductora lo autorice expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Los minibuses tienen un espacio para sillas de ruedas. Si este espacio está libre, los viajeros pueden colocar equipajes (maletas, bicicletas, cochecitos de niños...); sin embargo, si en cualquier momento del trayecto sube una persona en silla de ruedas, esta tiene prioridad, y el viajero con equipaje deberá retirar el equipaje del espacio habilitado para la silla de ruedas, teniendo que bajar del vehículo si no queda otro remedio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. Las condiciones para el transporte de maletas, bicicletas, cochecitos de niños y otros bultos dependen del tipo de autobús con el que se presta el servicio. La siguiente tabla define el tipo de equipaje que se puede transportar según la tipología de autobús y las condiciones para hacerlo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Los equipajes especiales son aquellos singularmente voluminosos que exceden las medidas definidas en esta norma. Por ejemplo, se consideran equipaje especial: los instrumentos musicales de grandes dimensiones, equipamiento deportivo y de ocio, bicicletas transportadas en cajas o bolsas, o los carritos de compra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. La admisión de este tipo de equipajes queda sometida a la decisión del conductor o conductora, que podrá rechazarlos en función de la ocupación del autobús u otras razones operativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5.6. Equipajes prohibidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se prohíbe transportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Patinetes eléctricos y otros vehículos de movilidad personal (VMP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Cualquier tipo de droga o sustancia estupefaciente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Armas o materiales explosivos o inflamables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Bultos o paquetes que, por la forma, el peso, el contenido o el olor, puedan molestar al resto de viajeros o puedan dañar el mobiliario del autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. En general, cualquier objeto que pueda poner en peligro al resto de viajeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Transporte de animales&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. La persona acompañante es la única responsable de los daños que pueda sufrir su animal o que pueda ocasionar a otras personas o al autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. El seguro del autobús no cubre a los animales, solo a las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;6.1. Animales de compañía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Se permite acceder al autobús con animales de compañía –perros, gatos, hurones y pequeñas aves no de corral– siempre que viajen en un transportín o recipiente específico cerrado de dimensiones máximas 48 x 35 x 31 centímetros y no puedan resultar peligrosos o molestos (olor, ruido…) para el resto de viajeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Está prohibido el acceso al autobús con animales exóticos (reptiles, arañas, insectos, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. El transportín debe cumplir los requisitos necesarios y suficientes para garantizar que el animal pueda viajar en condiciones confortables y seguras, y para atender sus necesidades fisiológicas y etológicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Sólo se permite un transportín por persona, que debe ubicarse a los pies o sobre las piernas de la persona acompañante, y no puede ocupar, en ningún caso, un asiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. La persona acompañante no puede separarse en ningún momento del transportín durante el trayecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;6.2. Perros de asistencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Se permite acceder al autobús con un perro de asistencia, que haya sido educado y adiestrado en un centro especializado oficialmente reconocido, para realizar tareas en beneficio de una persona con una determinada discapacidad o enfermedad o que requiere un acompañamiento o ayuda singular. Estos perros tienen la consideración legal de ayuda técnica, y no de animal de compañía, por lo que están exentos del uso de transportín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. El perro de asistencia debe corresponder a una tipología reconocida por la legislación vigente y debe estar registrado por un organismo competente. Para conocer las tipologías que son reconocidas como perros de asistencia y que, por tanto, pueden acceder a los autobuses de la red TIB, se debe consultar la web www.tib.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Para subir al autobús con un perro de asistencia, la persona usuaria debe mostrar al personal de conducción el carné –otorgado por la administración pública concedente– con sus datos personales, los datos del perro y del centro de adiestramiento, y una fotografía de ambos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. El perro de asistencia debe llevar una placa distintiva con el nombre y el número de teléfono de la persona usuaria y el código de registro del perro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. El perro debe permanecer en todo momento al lado de la persona. Se recomienda al resto de viajeros no interactuar con el animal para no interferir en su tarea de guía o asistencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Atención e información a las personas usuarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;7.1. Información del servicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las personas usuarias tienen derecho a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Disponer de información completa y accesible sobre la oferta de servicio – itinerarios, horarios, tarifas... – a través de los canales de comunicación del CTM, en especial, la página web y los puntos de información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Consultar los horarios vigentes en las paradas y estaciones de cada línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Conocer el código y el nombre de cada parada, así como las líneas que prestan servicio en ella, mediante señalización en lugar visible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Conocer los cambios, las incidencias o alteraciones puntuales del servicio con la máxima antelación posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;7.2. Señalización de los autobuses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Además de los rótulos y distintivos exigidos por la normativa de transportes, los autobuses deben llevar en lugar visible la siguiente información:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En el exterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. En la parte frontal y en la parte lateral derecha (en el sentido de la marcha), mediante paneles luminosos: el código de la línea y el nombre de la cabecera de destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. En la parte posterior, mediante un panel luminoso: el código de la línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. En la parte frontal y en la parte lateral derecha (en el sentido de la marcha): el número de autobús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En el interior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Un resumen esquemático (utilizando lenguaje pictográfico) con las prescripciones básicas de esta normativa, siguiendo criterios de lectura fácil y contraste de color suficiente para facilitar su comprensión a personas con discapacidad cognitiva o visión reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;7.3. Reclamaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Los viajeros tienen derecho a presentar reclamaciones a través de la página web del CTM o de los formularios habilitados a tal efecto en el interior de los autobuses y en las oficinas de atención a las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. El CTM debe contestar las reclamaciones en el plazo legalmente establecido y a través del canal de respuesta que haya solicitado la persona usuaria (correo electrónico o carta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Objetos perdidos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Los objetos perdidos dentro de los autobuses de la red TIB serán registrados y custodiados durante 10 días naturales (contados a partir del mismo día en que se encuentra el objeto) en las dependencias de la empresa operadora del servicio de autobús que corresponda. Transcurrido este período, los objetos serán trasladados y custodiados en la Estación Intermodal de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. No serán objeto de depósito ni custodia aquellos bienes que, por su naturaleza o estado, no reúnan unas condiciones mínimas de higiene. Específicamente, se procederá a su destrucción o eliminación inmediata en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-roman" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Alimentos y productos perecederos (y sus recipientes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Objetos insalubres, degradados o que presenten un riesgo para la salud o la seguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Objetos cuya suciedad o estado de conservación pueda dañar el recinto de custodia o el resto de objetos almacenados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Para recuperar el objeto perdido, el viajero debe contactar con la oficina TIB de atención a las personas usuarias de la Estación Intermodal de Palma o utilizar los canales de contacto expresamente habilitados en la web www.tib.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Para la retirada del objeto, la persona interesada debe acreditar su identidad mediante la presentación del DNI, NIE o pasaporte en vigor. La persona reclamante debe demostrar su propiedad por cualquier medio admitido en derecho; especialmente, se utilizarán los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-roman" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Descripción detallada: Describir de forma precisa las características particulares del objeto, su contenido o marcas distintivas no visibles en una inspección superficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Documentación: Presentación de facturas de compra, tiques, certificados de garantía o fotografías que vinculen a la persona con el objeto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Medios tecnológicos: En el caso de dispositivos electrónicos (móviles, tabletas, ordenadores), se podrá requerir el desbloqueo mediante contraseña, código PIN o patrón ante el personal custodio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En caso de que existan dudas razonables sobre la titularidad del objeto, las empresas operadoras y el CTM se reservan el derecho de retenerlo hasta que se presente una prueba más concluyente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e. Las empresas operadoras y el CTM declinan cualquier responsabilidad respecto al deterioro natural o sobrevenido de los objetos, así como de la posible falta de componentes o de parte del contenido que la persona reclamante considere que debería figurar. La responsabilidad de la custodia se limita estrictamente a los bienes y elementos inventariados en el momento de la recepción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Disposiciones adicionales &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;9.1. Disposición derogatoria única &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones o normas de igual o inferior rango que se opongan a lo que se establece en estas normas o que las contradigan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b.&amp;nbsp;Quedan derogadas expresamente las normas de servicio aprobadas por el Consejo de Administración del CTM de 16 de mayo de 2016, publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 73 de 11 de junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;9.2. Disposición final. Entrada en vigor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las presentes normas entran en vigor en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Autobús de piso bajo:&lt;/em&gt; Autobús sin escalones ni para subir ni para bajar. No dispone de bodega portaequipajes. Las sillas de ruedas deben acceder al autobús mediante rampa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Espacio polivalente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Algunos autobuses de piso semibajo, además de la zona destinada a una silla de ruedas, disponen también de un espacio polivalente que permite alojar equipajes diversos: bicicletas, maletas, cochecito de niños, carritos de compra, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vehículos de movilidad personal (VMP): &lt;/em&gt;Son vehículos de una o más ruedas dotados de una única plaza y propulsados exclusivamente por motores eléctricos que pueden proporcionar al vehículo una velocidad de diseño comprendida entre 6 y 25 km/h. Solo pueden estar equipados con un asiento si están dotados de sistema de autoequilibrio. Por ejemplo, son VMP: el patinete eléctrico, el &lt;em&gt;segway&lt;/em&gt;, el &lt;em&gt;hoverboard&lt;/em&gt; y el uniciclo o monociclo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
