    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;En fecha 24 de abril de 2026 la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio dictó la siguiente resolución&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Se ha emitido memoria justificativa sobre la tramitación de la convocatoria de ayudas al fondo de cooperación cultural universitaria 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Mediante acuerdo del 1 de abril de 2026, el Consejo Ejecutivo autorizó el pago anticipado de la totalidad del importe de las subvenciones que se concedan en el marco de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. En el expediente consta la existencia de crédito presupuestario adecuado y suficiente en la aplicación presupuestaria 20. 33450.45390, para tramitar esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. En fecha 22 de abril de 2026 la Intervención delegada de la Misericordia ha fiscalizado favorablemente el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. El decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas. Y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre del regimen juridico del sector publico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. La Ley 4/2022, de 8 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. El Reglamento Organico del Consell de Mallorca, el Decreto de organitzación del Consell de Mallorca y las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consell de Mallorca del año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. El acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de 28 de mayo de 2025 (BOIB núm. 69, de dia 31 de mayo de 2025) delegó en los consejeros ejecutivos y consejeras ejecutivas, competentes por razón de la materia, la aprobación de las convocatories de ayudas y de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas al fondo de cooperación cultural universitaria 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Autorizar un gasto de 95.000,00 € a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33450.45390 del ejercicio 2026 para tramitar esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Publicar la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del dia siguiente de su publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalment ante el Consejo Ejecutivo o ante el Pleno del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que es el organo competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del dia siguientede recibir la notificación de desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación expresa, se entiende desetimado por silencio y puede interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No obstant lo anterior, puede interponerse, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa la la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Bases reguladoras y publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria se encuentran recogidas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca. (Aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 –BOIB núm. 21, de 18.02.2017–, modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 –BOIB núm. 96, de 04.08.2018–)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca publicará esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y trasladará la información sobre la misma a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones que opera como sistema nacional de publicidad de las subvenciones. La resolución de concesión se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y se trasladará la información sobre las subvenciones concedidas a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Dotación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario de 2026 se destina a esta convocatoria la cantidad de 95.000,00 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33450.45390.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Objeto y actividades subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La finalidad de esta convocatoria de subvenciones es apoyar las actividades culturales universitarias con la intención, por una parte, de dar a conocer y difundir entre la población diferentes aspectos de la cultura en general y, por otra, fomentar y ralentizar las iniciativas culturales colectivas a través de la dinamización, impulso y estimulación de la comunidad universitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas es llevar a cabo en Mallorca, proyectos de dinamización cultural destinados a la colectividad en general ya la comunidad universitaria en especial. El proyecto puede consistir en una sola actividad cultural o en un conjunto de actividades programadas en el período subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Puede presentarse y subvencionarse, como máximo, un proyecto cultural por universidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quedan excluidas las actividades relativas a la promoción exterior de la cultura en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De acuerdo con lo acordado por el Pleno en la sesión de 9 de noviembre de 2023, estas ayudas no pueden destinarse a actividades que supongan una vulneración de la ley, como delitos de odio u otros relacionados al código penal. El incumplimiento de esta obligación provocará el reintegro o pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención y la exigencia de la responsabilidad por parte de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Plazo de ejecución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Son subvencionables los proyectos desarrollados entre el 1 de septiembre de 2025 y el 31 de octubre de 2026 (ambos incluidos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarias las universidades que estén domiciliadas en Mallorca o, siendo nacionales de un estado miembro de la Unión Europea o asociado al Espacio Económico Europeo, tengan un establecimiento operativo en Mallorca antes de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria y realicen proyectos de dinamización cultural en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se entiende por Universidad la institución pública de educación superior, creada o reconocida mediante ley, que figure inscrita como Universidad en la sección correspondiente del Registro de Universidades, Centros y Títulos (RUCT), regulado por el Real Decreto 1509/2008, de 12 de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, no pueden ser beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Las universidades que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas, en los últimos 3 años, por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenada por sentencia judicial firme, en los términos regulados en el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio de Igualdad de mujeres y hombres (BOE núm. 202 de 22 de agosto de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Las universidades que incurran en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quedan expresamente excluidas de la condición de beneficiarias las escuelas adscritas, centros universitarios, escuelas universitarias, fundaciones, institutos o cualquier otra entidad que, aun figurando inscrita en el RUCT o impartir enseñanzas oficiales, no conste inscrita como universidad, sino como centro universitario o centro adscrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Importe de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El importe de las ayudas se fijará en virtud de la puntuación obtenida y del valor del punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Para el cálculo del valor del punto se establece una prelación mediante la aplicación de los criterios de evaluación previstos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por otra parte, la cantidad económica prevista por esta convocatoria se divide entre la suma total de la puntuación obtenida por las solicitudes admitidas que han superado la puntuación mínima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Posteriormente, este valor del punto debe multiplicarse por la puntuación individual de cada solicitud y de su proyecto. De esta forma se determinará el importe de la subvención que corresponde a cada entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El valor del punto debe fijarse con dos decimales sin redondear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. La subvención concedida:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. No podrá ser superior a la cantidad solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. No puede sobrepasar el 90% del presupuesto subvencionable del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. No podrá rebasar aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones, ingresos y otros recursos obtenidos de cualquier procedencia, el presupuesto de ejecución del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Se consideran gastos subvencionables aquellos gastos que, de forma indudable, responden a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada, resultan estrictamente necesarios y se efectúan en el plazo establecido en esta convocatoria. En ningún caso, el coste de adquisición de los gastos subvencionables podrá ser superior al valor de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La temporización de los gastos debe coincidir con la del proyecto. Por eso, la fecha de los justificantes se computa en virtud de la duración del proyecto hasta la fecha de la finalización de la ejecución del proyecto. En este sentido, se entiende como fecha de finalización de la ejecución del proyecto el último día que se realiza la actividad subvencionada, que deberá acreditarse mediante la memoria técnica y la memoria económica que integran la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se pueden admitir gastos anteriores al inicio de la ejecución del proyecto siempre y cuando éstos respondan de forma indudable al desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los gastos presentados para justificar la subvención deben estar realizados y abonados en el momento de presentación de la justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se pueden admitir los documentos justificativos que se hayan emitido y pagado con posterioridad a la fecha de finalización de la ejecución del proyecto, siempre que la expedición de los documentos justificativos no supere el plazo de la fecha límite para presentar la documentación justificativa y, por otra parte, que la entrega de bienes o la prestación de servicios, objeto de la factura, se haya efectuado en la temporización de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, si en el momento de comprobar la justificación y tramitar su pago el órgano concedente dispone en el expediente de justificantes de pago que correspondan a gastos derivados por el desarrollo de la actividad, los cuales no se han podido realizar en los plazos de justificación previstos en esta convocatoria por la normativa tributaria o de seguridad social aplicable, (descuentos de IRPF o de Seguridad Social) se considerarán correctas a efectos de justificar la subvención. Únicamente se considerarán correctamente justificados estos gastos de IRPF o Seguridad Social cuando se deriven de documentos principales (nóminas/facturas) que sí se hayan expedido y pagado en el plazo a que se refiere el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. No son subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Adquisición de bienes y servicios que no se correspondan de forma indudable en el proyecto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Gastos que hayan sido totalmente subvencionados por otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Los conceptos de gasto que no sean razonablemente necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto o cuyo importe no quede determinado de forma fiable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Gastos de representación, protocolarios, suntuosos, de compra de alimentación o similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Los gastos de inversiones, obras, compra de equipamientos o de cualquier otro bien inventariable de naturaleza similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Impuesto sobre el valor añadido, así como otros impuestos de naturaleza similar que sean recuperables por el beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Todos los relacionados con la adquisición, utilización y financiación de los bienes inmuebles e infraestructuras, así como sus amortizaciones y gastos financieros derivados de su financiación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si el presupuesto presentado por la entidad solicitante se presentan gastos que no sean subvencionables por esta convocatoria, se excluirán en la determinación del presupuesto subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Si la ejecución del proyecto comporta costes indirectos, el beneficiario debe presentar sus justificantes y, además, explicar el criterio de imputación a los anexos 2 (solicitud) y 5 (justificación), para determinar el porcentaje que le corresponde, que debe ser conforme a los principios y normas de contabilidad generalmente admitidas y debe comprender únicamente el período en que se ha realizado la actividad, según el artículo 44.8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los gastos indirectos incluyen tanto los gastos generales, imputables a actividades que desarrolla la persona o entidad beneficiaría, como los gastos fijos que, sin ser imputables a una actividad concreta, son necesarios para que la actividad subvencionada se lleve a cabo. Los gastos financieros necesarios para realizar el proyecto serán subvencionables si están directamente relacionados con la actividad subvencionada y son indispensables para su adecuada preparación y ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los gastos indirectos imputados no pueden ser superiores al 25% de los costes directos de la actividad. Esta norma de proporción deberá mantenerse en la justificación de la actividad. De lo contrario, se producirá una reducción del importe de la subvención a reconocer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Para obtener la aceptación previa y expresa para los gastos con personas o entidades vinculadas debe adjuntarse a la solicitud, documentación acreditativa de que el precio presupuestado responde a un precio de mercado. Por eso la persona / entidad que realizará el servicio / suministro debe presentar alguna factura por servicios análogos prestado a otras personas/entidades con las que no exista vinculación. En caso de que no se pueda presentar dicha documentación, se deberá presentar una declaración responsable por parte de la persona / entidad que prestará el servicio / suministro donde manifieste que nunca ha prestado servicios de naturaleza análoga a otras personas o entidades y una declaración responsable / facturas, de al menos dos personas / entidades del sector, donde se refleje cuál es el precio que ellos facturarían por un servicio / suministro de características análogas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se entiende que se solicita autorización previa y expresa para los gastos con personas o entidades vinculadas cuando se relacionan dichos gastos en la tabla correspondiente del anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 34.2 de la Ordenanza de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, se considera que existe vinculación a las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones sin personalidad en las que ocurra alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Personas físicas unidas por relación conyugal o personas ligadas con una relación de afectividad análoga, parentesco de consanguinidad hasta el cuarto grado o de afinidad hasta el segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Personas físicas y jurídicas que tengan una relación laboral retribuida mediante pagos periódicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Miembros asociados de la persona beneficiaria a la que se hace referencia en el apartado 2 a) y miembros o partícipes de las entidades sin personalidad jurídica a que se hace referencia en el apartado 2 b) del art. 7 de esta Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) Una sociedad y sus socios mayoritarios o sus consejeros o administradores, así como los cónyuges o personas ligadas con una relación de afectividad análoga y familiares hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad o de afinidad hasta el segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e) Sociedades que, de acuerdo con el art. 42 del Real Decreto, de 22 de agosto de 1885, por el que se publica el Código de Comercio, reúnan las circunstancias requeridas para formar parte del mismo grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;f) Personas jurídicas o agrupaciones sin personalidad y sus representantes legales, patronos o personas que ejerzan su administración, así como cónyuges o personas ligadas con una relación de afectividad análoga y familiares hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad o de afinidad hasta el segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;g) Personas jurídicas o agrupaciones sin personalidad y personas físicas, jurídicas o agrupaciones sin personalidad, que, de acuerdo con normas legales, estatutarias o acuerdos contractuales tengan derecho a participar en más de un 50% en el beneficio de las primeras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A efectos de calcular el importe de la subvención a conceder, el conjunto de gastos con personas o entidades vinculadas no puede suponer más del 50% de la totalidad del presupuesto subvencionable. En caso contrario, se reducirá el presupuesto subvencionable hasta que los gastos vinculados no representen más del 50% del mismo. Esta norma de proporción deberá mantenerse en la justificación de la actividad. De lo contrario, se producirá una reducción del importe de la subvención a reconocer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Dado que las subvenciones de esta convocatoria tienen por objeto los proyectos que se recogen en el punto 3 sin entrar a determinar, en concreto, qué tipo de gastos del presupuesto se imputan a la subvención, se permite que los gastos subvencionables del presupuesto del proyecto se puedan compensar entre ellos, siempre que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En todo caso la persona solicitante deberá explicar en el expediente (tanto en la solicitud como en la justificación claramente los gastos presupuestados) la naturaleza e importe de los gastos previstos o realizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Régimen de concurrencia y procedimiento de concesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El procedimiento de selección de las entidades beneficiarias se llevará a cabo mediante concurrencia competitiva, en los términos previstos en el artículo 17 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, y en virtud de la cual se comparan, en un único procedimiento, todas las solicitudes presentadas con la intención de establecer una prelación a través de los criterios de evaluación, previstas en esta convocatoria, y de esta manera, conceder las subvenciones a las solicitudes en virtud de la puntuación obtenida, de acuerdo con los criterios y dentro de los límites recogidos en el punto 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver y publicar la resolución de este procedimiento es de 6 meses, desde la fecha de publicación en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears de esta convocatoria. El vencimiento de plazo máximo sin haberse publicado la resolución legitima a las personas interesadas para entender desestimada, por silencio administrativo, la solicitud de subvención presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La resolución de concesión se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estas ayudas son compatibles con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad de otras administraciones y de otros entes públicos o privados. En cualquier caso, el importe de la ayuda no podrá superar aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones o ingresos el presupuesto de ejecución del proyecto cultural subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Pago de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vez se haya justificado la ayuda, comprobado que se ha realizado la actividad, que se han cumplido los objetivos y como la finalidad para la que se concedió, se abonará la ayuda en un único pago, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en esta convocatoria respecto a la pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, las entidades beneficiarias pueden solicitar el pago anticipado de la totalidad de la ayuda sin necesidad de constituir garantía previa, tal y como se prevé en el artículo 52.4 de la Ordenanza General de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Órganos competentes para instruir y resolver el procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El órgano competente para aprobar la convocatoria es el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca. Sin embargo, el consejo ejecutivo delegó en los consejeros ejecutivos y consejeras ejecutivas, competentes por razón de la materia, la aprobación de las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver las concesiones de esta convocatoria es la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La instrucción corresponde al secretario técnico del Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio, que debe llevar a cabo todas las actuaciones o los actos de trámite necesarios para velar por el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Comisión evaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La comisión evaluadora estudiará los proyectos presentados y los puntuará según los criterios previstos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que la evaluación de una solicitud supere la puntuación mínima, propondrá al órgano instructor la concesión de la subvención y determinará su importe según lo previsto en el punto 6. En caso de que la evaluación de una solicitud no llegue a la puntuación mínima, propondrá al órgano instructor la denegación de la subvención por este hecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También propondrá la denegación de la subvención en el caso de las solicitudes que no cumplan con el plazo de ejecución o el objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Comisión de evaluación evaluará de esta convocatoria estará formada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Presidencia: Maria Morey Martorell, o la persona que la sustituya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las solicitudes se pueden presentar en el plazo de 15 días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las personas o entidades interesadas tendrán que rellenar los modelos de solicitud de esta convocatoria que están disponibles en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La presentación de solicitudes tiene que hacerse a través del Registro electrónico del Consell de Mallorca .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Documentación que debe presentarse para solicitar la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las solicitudes y declaraciones que se exigen deben formalizarse, mediante los modelos anexos que se pueden obtener en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca Sede CIM procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La documentación que debe presentarse para solicitar la ayuda es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El anexo 1, solicitud de subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. El anexo 2 relativo al presupuesto de gastos e ingresos del proyecto por el que se solicita la subvención. La relación de ingresos y gastos debe estar equilibrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si procede solicitud de autorización previa en relación a los gastos con vinculación. En este caso, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 34 de la ordenanza de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, el importe subvencionable no puede exceder del coste en que ha incurrido la entidad vinculada. La acreditación de ese coste se realizará en la justificación en los mismos términos establecidos para acreditar los gastos del beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para obtener la aceptación previa y expresa para los gastos con personas o entidades vinculadas debe adjuntarse a la solicitud, documentación acreditativa de que el precio presupuestado responde a un precio de mercado. Por eso la persona/entidad que realizará el servicio/suministro debe presentar alguna factura por servicios análogos prestado a otras personas/entidades con las que no exista vinculación. Esta documentación puede presentarse omitiendo los datos personales de terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que no se pueda presentar la documentación señalada en el párrafo anterior, se deberá presentar una declaración responsable por parte de la persona/entidad que prestará el servicio/suministro donde manifieste que nunca ha prestado servicios de naturaleza análoga a otras personas o entidades y una declaración responsable o facturas, de al menos dos personas/entidades del sector, donde se refleje cual es el precio que ellos facturarían por un servicio/ suministro de características análogas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se entiende que se solicita autorización previa y expresa para los gastos con personas o entidades vinculadas cuando se relacionan dichos gastos en la tabla correspondiente del anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A efectos de calcular el importe de la subvención a conceder, el conjunto de gastos con personas o entidades vinculadas no puede suponer más del 50% de la totalidad del presupuesto subvencionable. En caso contrario, se reducirá el presupuesto subvencionable hasta que los gastos vinculados no representen más del 50% del mismo. Esta norma de proporción deberá mantenerse en la justificación de la actividad. En caso contrario, se producirá una reducción del importe de la subvención a reconocer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que se presenten gastos indirectos, se tendrán que explicar los criterios que se han seguido para imputar el porcentaje correspondiente al proyecto. El importe total de los costes indirectos no podrá ser superior al 25% de los gastos directos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. El anexo 3. Proyecto cultural objeto de la solicitud, fechado y firmado bajo la responsabilidad del representante legal de la entidad solicitante, el cual debe reflejar y desarrollar los aspectos que conforman los criterios de evaluación del punto 22. La explicación del proyecto y de los gastos que forman parte del mismo deben explicarse siguiendo la estructura del anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Documentación acreditativa de la vigencia del cargo del representante legal en virtud de la cual actúa la persona firmante de la solicitud y, en su caso, acreditación suficiente de la correspondiente autorización, en caso de que la firme una persona distinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Referencia a la norma de constitución o creación de la Universidad y el Diario Oficial en el que se publicaron sus Estatus o normas de organización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Cualquier documentación complementaria que le sea requerida para poder valorar el proyecto por el que se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Plazo y lugar para presentar la documentación justificativa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La presentación de la documentación justificativa tiene que hacerse a través del Registro electrónico del Consell de Mallorca o en los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La documentación justificativa debe presentarse entre el 1 de noviembre de 2026 y el 1 de diciembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Documentación justificativa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La persona beneficiaria debe justificar que ha cumplido las condiciones impuestas y que ha alcanzado los objetivos previstos en el acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La modalidad de justificación es de cuenta justificativa con aportación de informe de auditoría, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 40 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca. La cuenta justificativa está integrada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Memoria de actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades realizadas y de los resultados obtenidos, así como la acreditación de las medidas de difusión de la subvención concedida por parte de la persona beneficiaria, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el punto 16 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si no se ha ejecutado la totalidad del proyecto por causas ajenas o de fuerza mayor, la memoria debe exponer sus causas y debe explicar el resto del proyecto realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Memoria económica abreviada, con indicación clasificada de los gastos e ingresos de la actividad subvencionada, que permita evaluar el cumplimiento de las previsiones inicialmente presupuestadas y las desviaciones acaecidas (anexos 5A y 5B).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Informe de auditoría elaborado en los términos previstos en la Orden EHA/1434/2007, de 17 de mayo, por la que se aprueba la norma de actuación de los auditores de cuentas en la realización de los trabajos de revisión de cuentas justificativas de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) El anexo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los gastos derivados de la contratación de los servicios de auditoría externa tendrán carácter de gasto subvencionable. Este importe será en función del importe justificado y aceptado hasta un importe máximo equivalente al 3% del coste de la actuación subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Medidas de difusión de la subvención concedida por parte de la entidad beneficiaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 15 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca los beneficiarios deben difundir que el Consell de Mallorca subvenciona la actividad cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Concretamente la entidad debe publicar en las redes sociales y página web propia (si dispone) que el Consell de Mallorca ha subvencionado la actividad de que se trate. En dicha noticia/entrada, además de la información correspondiente a la subvención, se incluirá el logotipo del Consell de Mallorca. Esta publicidad sobre la concesión de la subvención debe realizarse aunque la fecha de concesión sea posterior a la celebración de la actividad. Esta difusión debe incluirse en el apartado correspondiente de la memoria justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por otra parte, y sin perjuicio de lo mencionado en el párrafo anterior, si la concesión de la subvención se produce antes de la celebración de la actividad subvencionada, y la entidad beneficiaria realiza otro tipo de publicidad (prensa, pósters, trípticos, entradas..), podrá incluir el logotipo del Consell de Mallorca, mencionando que la actividad está subvencionada por el Consell de Mallorca. Esta publicidad se adjuntará con la documentación justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo 9 de la Ordenanza de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, son obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ejecutar el proyecto o actividad que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Justificar, ante el órgano que concede la subvención, el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones, así como la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinan la concesión o disfrute de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, que debe efectuar el órgano que concede la subvención o entidad colaboradora, si procede, y cualquier otra de comprobación y control financiero que pueden llevar a cabo los órganos de control competentes, tanto nacionales como comunitarios, y aportar toda la información que le requieran en el ejercicio de las actuaciones anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Comunicar al órgano que concede la subvención la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financien las actividades subvencionadas. Esta comunicación debe efectuarse tan pronto como se conozca y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación dada a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que se deniegue al Consell de Mallorca la autorización para la obtención de los certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, deberá acreditarse, antes de dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que está al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con el Consell Insular de Mallorca y los organismos autónomos que dependen, y de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social, aportando los certificados correspondientes. También tendrá que aportar los certificados mencionados en el momento que le requiera esta corporación para poder abonar la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Disponer de los libros contables, registros diligenciados y otros documentos debidamente auditados en los términos que se exige en la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiaria en cada caso, así como todos los estados contables y registros específicos exigidos en la convocatoria de las subvenciones, con el fin de garantizar el adecuado ejercicio de las facultades de comprobación y control. Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluyendo los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Adoptar las medidas de difusión establecidas en el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los casos previstos en el art. 56 de la Ordenanza de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se entenderá que el proyecto subvencionado se ha realizado cuando de la documentación justificativa presentada se desprenda que la actividad proyectada se ha llevado a cabo a pesar de que ésta haya podido sufrir algún tipo de modificación respecto al proyecto inicialmente presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Será de aplicación lo previsto en el artículo 58 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del CIM, con las siguientes particularidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria incumple las obligaciones contempladas en el art. 9 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, o altera aspectos relevantes del proyecto que se hayan podido tener en cuenta para conceder la ayuda, los órganos competentes del Consell deben declarar la pérdida del derecho a cobrarla. En consecuencia, la entidad beneficiaria perderá el derecho a cobrarla, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 57 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si de la presentación de los justificantes se deduce que la entidad beneficiaria ha cumplido de forma significativa con sus obligaciones, que ha tenido voluntad de cumplimiento y que se han alcanzado las finalidades de la subvención, debe declararse la pérdida del derecho al cobro parcial de la subvención en el caso de que se haya realizado el proyecto cultural, pero el presupuesto inicial subvencionable no esté bien justificado 1) porque la documentación justificativa tenga deficiencias o sea inadecuada por no ajustarse a los requisitos de la convocatoria, o 2) porque sea insuficiente por no haberse cumplido del todo, la pérdida parcial del derecho a cobrar la subvención inicial debe hacerse de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- La subvención a percibir será como máximo del 90% del presupuesto ejecutado subvencionable (cuenta justificativa aceptada por el centro gestor).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- En caso de que la subvención concedida sea superior al 90 % del presupuesto ejecutado subvencionable, se reducirá el importe de la subvención hasta que éste no supere el 90 % del presupuesto ejecutado subvencionable. En este caso se declarará la pérdida del derecho al cobro parcial de la subvención por la diferencia entre el importe inicialmente concedido y el que deba abonarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Además, el importe de la subvención a abonar, en ningún caso, puede ser de tal cuantía que aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada. Si el importe total de la subvención más el resto de otras ayudas, ingresos que han financiado la realización del proyecto cultural, supera el coste de la actividad subvencionada, se declarará la pérdida del derecho al cobro parcial de la subvención será la cantidad que la exceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. De conformidad con los principios de eficacia y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos regulados en el artículo 5 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca, en caso de que el importe de la pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención sea igual o inferior a 100,00 € y siempre que este importe no supere el 1 % de la subvención concedida, el centro gestor anulará de oficio la diferencia entre el importe de la subvención concedida y el importe de la subvención reconocida, sin necesidad de iniciar el procedimiento y posterior declaración de la pérdida del derecho al cobro de una parte de la subvención, y sin que el beneficiario presente renuncia a cobrar esa cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. Ineficacia sobrevenida de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si por circunstancias sobrevenidas de interés público y general, el Consell de Mallorca no puede llevar adelante la tramitación de esta convocatoria, el órgano que la aprobó debe dejarla sin efectos previo informe justificativo de la Secretaría Técnica del centro gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Comunicación de cambios en la actividad subvencionada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si se da el supuesto, las personas beneficiarias deben solicitar al órgano gestor (Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio), antes de que no concluya el plazo para llevar a cabo la actividad subvencionada, modificaciones de la resolución de concesión que supongan ampliación de los plazos fijados, reducción del importe concedido o alteración de las acciones que se integran en la actividad, que se autorizan cuando tienen la causa en circunstancias imprevistas o son necesarias para el buen final de la actuación, siempre que no se altere el objeto o la finalidad de la subvención y no se dañe el derecho a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21. Solicitud de ampliación de plazos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las peticiones de ampliación de los plazos fijados deben presentarse con una antelación mínima de cinco días hábiles al de finalización del plazo que se quiere ampliar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;22. Criterios de valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La comisión evaluadora considerará no subvencionables los proyectos culturales que no obtengan un mínimo de 25 puntos. La puntuación se distribuye a través de los siguientes aspectos y formas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Criterios genéricos (máximo 38 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A) Interés y calidad de la actividad (máximo 20 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Interés y calidad del proyecto y su viabilidad (máximo 5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Planificación de unos objetivos adecuados al tipo de actividad (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Correcta planificación del calendario de ejecución para el buen desarrollo del proyecto (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Valoración de los métodos propuestos para la evaluación del proyecto (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Coherencia de los recursos humanos en relación al tipo de proyecto (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Adecuación del presupuesto a los recursos necesarios para llevar adelante el proyecto (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Proyectos relacionados con conmemoraciones o efemérides de interés cultural o histórico en el ámbito local y/o insular (máximo 3 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. Proyectos que contribuyan a la profundización y/o difusión de los valores históricos, populares y tradicionales de Mallorca (máximo 2 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;B) Proyección colectiva y pública (máximo 15 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Número de destinatarios potenciales a los que va dirigido el proyecto (3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Perfil de los destinatarios, a efectos de poder analizar y valorar la idoneidad del proyecto en relación con el colectivo al que se dirige (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Pautas, medidas y estrategias para incrementar y captar nuevos públicos (máximo 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Acciones dirigidas al fomento de la accesibilidad: adaptación de las actividades y/o de los espacios a personas con discapacidad o problemas de movilidad (máximo 1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Proyectos presentados y publicidades en catalán y/o con un plan de difusión teniendo en cuenta las acciones previstas y los medios utilizados en catalán (máximo 3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;G) Proyectos que favorezcan la realización de actividades culturales en toda Mallorca (máximo 4 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;H) Trayectoria de la universidad (máximo 6 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Número de actividades culturales realizadas en Mallorca durante los 12 últimos meses anteriores a la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria (máximo 3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;23. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Contra la resolución que aprueba esta convocatoria, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalmente ante el Consejo Ejecutivo o ante el Pleno, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contencioso Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contencioso-Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia , sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Contra la resolución de concesión de esta convocatoria que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso puede interponerse formalmente ante la vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio o ante el Consejo Ejecutivo, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contencioso Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la sección Contencioso-Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia , sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
