&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; el Convenio de colaboración entre la Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera y el Consell Insular de Formentera que figura en el anexo, para dar apoyo al sector ganadero de la isla en materia de sanidad animal y mejora de los sistemas productivos, donde se detalla cómo se llevará a cabo la gestión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;CONCEDER&lt;/strong&gt; una subvención nominativa a la Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera con CIF G07605124 por un importe de 52.000 € según lo previsto en los Presupuestos Generales para el 2026 y el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones para el periodo 2026 y el 2027 del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;AUTORIZAR Y DISPONER&lt;/strong&gt; el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2026/1/410/48000/01 a favor del beneficiario Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera con NIF G07605124 por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;RECONOCER La OBLIGACIÓN, ORDENAR EL PAGO Y PAGAR&lt;/strong&gt; el 50% del importe total de la subvención, es decir, 26.000 €, en el momento de la firma del Convenio, en concepto de pago anticipado. Registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de la misma de acuerdo con las normas de concesión y cuando esta se haya realizado en los términos establecidos en el Convenio, pagar el resto del 50%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;INFORMAR&lt;/strong&gt; al presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera respecto de la firma del presente Convenio, la firma del cual es competencia suya, en uso de las facultades que le atribuye el artículo 21, 1 k) y r) de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares y por Acuerdo adoptado en la sesión del pleno extraordinario de 27 de diciembre de 2024, publicado en el BOIB n.º 19, de 11 de febrero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;GUARDAR&lt;/strong&gt; original firmado y copia de este acuerdo en el Registro de Convenios que lleva la secretaría del Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;/strong&gt;-. &lt;strong&gt;NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo a la Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera para su conocimiento y efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el convenio en el BOIB, en la sede electrónica del Consell y en la BDNS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Formentera, con la fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Formentera, a 8 de abril de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REUNIDOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De una parte, el Honorable Sr. Óscar Portas Juan, presidente del &lt;strong&gt;CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA&lt;/strong&gt;, con domicilio, a efectos de notificaciones, en la Plaça de la Constitució, 1, 07860 Formentera, quien actúa en nombre y representación del Consell Insular de Formentera, en uso de las facultades que le atribuye el artículo 21.1, k y r de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares y está expresamente facultado para firmar este Convenio según la estructura organizativa y competencial del Consell Insular de Formentera, así como de las delegaciones de presidencia y del Pleno, por el periodo 2025-2027 (BOIB n.º 19, 11 de febrero de 2025) (de ahora en adelante, el &lt;strong&gt;CONSELL&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Y, de otra, el Sr. Juan Antonio Yern Castelló con DNI n.º ..., presidente de la &lt;strong&gt;ASOCIACIÓN DE GANADEROS DE FORMENTERA&lt;/strong&gt; con NIF G07605124 y domicilio, a efectos de notificaciones, en la Cooperativa del Camp de Formentera, Polígono Industrial Can Teuet (de ahora en adelante, la &lt;strong&gt;ARF&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPONEN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El Consell Insular de Formentera tiene, entre otras finalidades, la de dar apoyo al campo de la isla de Formentera, y dentro de este objetivo se entiende incluido el apoyo a la actividad ganadera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La ARF, creada como entidad asociativa integrada por ganaderos con explotaciones ovinas, caprinas y porcinas de la isla de Formentera, pone en práctica un Programa Sanitario común para conseguir una mejora sanitaria y productiva de sus explotaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Siendo la ARF la única asociación de ganaderos en la isla de Formentera, que se constituye en Agrupaciones de Defensa Sanitaria Ganadera de conformidad con lo establecido en el marco de lo que prevé el Real Decreto 842/2011, de 17 de junio (BOE n.º 168, de 14 de julio de 2011) y el Decreto 42/2021, de 11 de octubre, por el cual se regula el funcionamiento de las A.D.S. en el ámbito de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. El presente Convenio es el instrumento por el que se materializa el otorgamiento de una subvención a la Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera. La subvención otorgada mediante el presente convenio será compatible con cualquier otra subvención, ayuda, ingreso o recurso asignados para el mismo objeto, procedentes de cualquier Administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional, siempre que la suma de todas ellas no supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada, o implique una disminución del importe de la financiación propia exigida, en su caso, para cubrir la actividad subvencionada, y respecto a la normativa comunitaria sobre acumulación de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Que, de conformidad con lo expuesto, y siendo el Convenio una de las vías para instrumentar la colaboración entre el Consell Insular de Formentera y la Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera para el desarrollo de acciones dirigidas a apoyar al sector ganadero de la isla de Formentera en materia de sanidad animal y mejora de los sistemas productivos, ambas partes se reconocen capacidad legal para subscribir este y acuerdan la formalización del presente Convenio, conforme a las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CLÁUSULAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. Objeto del convenio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Este Convenio tiene por objeto regular la colaboración y fijar los términos y las condiciones de esta colaboración, que incluye la concesión de una subvención directa, entre el Consell Insular de Formentera, a través de la consejería de Sector Primario, para dar apoyo al sector ganadero de la isla de Formentera en materia de sanidad animal y mejora de los sistemas productivos. Con este objetivo, la ARF se compromete a mantener su rebaño en buenas condiciones sanitarias, llevando a cabo las actuaciones pertinentes referentes a vacunaciones y tratamientos antiparasitarios anuales, entre otros, siguiendo el programa sanitario presentado a la consejería de Sector Primario del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDA. Ámbito territorial&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El presente Convenio se aplica en todo su articulado en el Término Municipal de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA. Compromiso de las partes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3.1. Compromisos del Consell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a. El Consell Insular de Formentera financiará, según las disponibilidades presupuestarias, las actividades en beneficio de la producción y la sanidad animal en la isla de Formentera, previstas en los programas o planes de actuación acordados, tal y como marca la cláusula 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las actividades propuestas y aprobadas para el año 2026 se detallan en el Anexo I de este Convenio, con un presupuesto de 52.000 € (cincuenta mil euros) con cargo a la partida 2026.1.410.48000.01, de los vigentes presupuestos (BOIB n.º 23, de 19 de febrero de 2026), y que prevé la subvención nominativa que se instrumenta con este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b. El personal técnico del área informará sobre las actividades realizadas y de las obligaciones legales establecidas para poder realizar el pago anticipado, así como el resto de subvención y su justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3.2. Compromisos de la ARF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Ofrecer apoyo al Consell Insular de Formentera en materia de producción y sanidad animal y en cualquier otra actuación en lo referente al bienestar e identificación de los animales de las explotaciones ganaderas integradas dentro de la Agrupación de Defensa Sanitaria (ADS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Realizar las actuaciones sanitarias acordadas anualmente en el Programa Sanitario común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Justificar la subvención obtenida: la justificación del cumplimiento de las actividades en materia de sanidad y mejora de los sistemas productivos por parte de la ARF se hará mediante la presentación, bajo la responsabilidad del declarante, de la cuenta justificativa de los gastos, siguiendo lo previsto en el art. 39.3 y 42 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, en concreto y de acuerdo con las bases generales reguladoras de las subvenciones del Consell Insular de Formentera (BOIB n.º 31 de 10 de marzo de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) La memoria de actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades llevadas a cabo y de los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) La relación clasificada de los gastos y las inversiones de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y, si procede, la fecha de pago. En caso de que la subvención se otorgue de acuerdo con un presupuesto, se tienen que indicar las desviaciones producidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) El detalle de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada con indicación del importe y la procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En la memoria justificativa, deberá constar, en concreto la siguiente información:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) En vacunaciones y tratamientos antiparasitarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Copia del formulario de actuaciones de la ADS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Relación de gastos que se derivan de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Memoria descriptiva de las actuaciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) En otras actuaciones veterinarias: Facturas o documentos que justifiquen los gastos y los costes de las actuaciones enmarcadas en el presente convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Facturas relacionadas con el suministro de semillas forrajeras como son la avena, la algarroba y la alfalfa para la obtención de alimentos destinados a los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) Facturas relativas a la adquisición de productos destinados a la complementación alimentaria de los animales, como por ejemplo piensos compuestos, cereales, harinas y forrajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e) Cualquier otra documentación que se crea conveniente para la correcta justificación de las actuaciones efectuadas enmarcadas en el presente convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Continuar su labor de asesoramiento hacia los ganaderos que pertenecen a la asociación, en referencia a las actuaciones que tienen que llevar a cabo de forma individual y que son obligatorias. Como son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Actividades de desinfección, desinsectación y desratización de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Desparasitaciones externas del rebaño ovino, caprino y porcino, así como desparasitaciones internas de los perros y gatos existentes en las explotaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Registrar todo medicamento suministrado a los animales de producción en el Libro de registro de tratamientos medicamentosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Todo medicamento con prescripción veterinaria se tiene que administrar a los animales según la pauta marcada por los servicios veterinarios de la ADS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Rellenar los datos relativos a la información de la cadena alimentaria (ICA) cuando se realiza la guía para el matadero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Identificación con crótalos con el código de la explotación, de todos los corderos y cabritos con destino al matadero. Los crótalos serán suministrados por parte de la Conselleria de Sector Primario del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Realizar las guías de traslado de animales vivos entre explotaciones ganaderas, tanto para la especie ovina y caprina, como por la porcina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Realizar la declaración del censo de animales de las explotaciones ganaderas en el periodo obligatorio comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el último día de febrero del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cumplir y garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de bienestar animal aplicable a las explotaciones ganaderas, adoptando las medidas necesarias para asegurar unas condiciones adecuadas de alojamiento, alimentación, manejo y sanidad de los animales, de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable durante la vigencia del convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Presentar, a partir del día 1 de junio, memoria de haber dedicado en el programa concertado los fondos del anterior pago y solicitar el pago del otro 50% de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Con fecha tope 31 de enero del 2027, la ARF tendrá que justificar el destino de la subvención mediante los documentos previstos en la normativa respecto a las cuentas justificativas (art. 39.3 y 42 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3.3. Compromisos de ambas partes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La colaboración entre las partes se concretará mediante los programas o proyectos acordados de forma anual, en los términos que queden establecidos en el presente convenio y en otros acuerdos de desarrollo o instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA. Comisión de seguimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.1. Miembros de la Comisión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Presidencia: Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera o la persona en la cual lo delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Presidente de la ARF o la persona en la cual lo delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Un máximo de dos personas nombradas por cada parte; todas ellas miembros con voz y voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La persona que presida esta comisión podrá designar, además del resto de miembros, como secretario, con voz y sin voto, a un funcionario del Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.2. Reuniones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se reunirán una vez al año o tantas veces como sean necesarias a petición de cualquiera de las partes y ajustará su funcionamiento, en aquello no previsto en este convenio, a lo que dispone la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, en sus artículos 15 a 18, sobre régimen jurídico y funcionamiento de los órganos colegiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.3. Funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sus funciones serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) evaluar los resultados del convenio y realizar su seguimiento;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) definir y elaborar la propuesta anual;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Interpretar y resolver las dudas y las controversias que se puedan suscitar en la aplicación y la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;interpretación de las cláusulas de este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA. Pagos anticipados y garantías&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera, pagará la subvención, en la siguiente forma y plazo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un 50% de la subvención (26.000 €) se pagará en el momento de firmarse el convenio, en concepto de pago anticipado. Este pago anticipado se condiciona a la acreditación por parte de la beneficiaria de cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en el art. 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El resto de la subvención (26.000 €) se procederá a pagar, a partir del 1 de julio de 2026, una vez la ARF haya presentado la cuenta justificativa de la subvención, siguiendo lo previsto en el art. 39.3 y 42 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, en la que se incluye una memoria de actuación justificativa de haber dedicado en el programa concertado los fondos del anterior pago y los SSTT del Consell elaboren informe técnico que justifique la adecuada aplicación de los fondos percibidos por la ARF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se exime de la presentación de garantías de acuerdo con el art.37 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones. En los supuestos de pagos anticipados o, si procede, de pagos por anticipado, quedarán exonerados de la constitución de garantía aquellas entidades beneficiarias que acreditan documentalmente no disponer de la liquidez suficiente para afrontar las actuaciones inherentes a la actividad subvencionada, mediante la presentación, entre otros, de certificado de saldo bancario o documento equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En ningún caso se podrá realizar el abono de la cantidad justificada en caso de que el beneficiario no se encuentre al corriente del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social o sea deudor por resolución de procedencia de reintegro, así como concurran en el mismo alguna de las causas previstas en el art. 10 del texto refundido del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA. Justificación del cumplimiento de la finalidad de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Los beneficiarios tienen la obligación de justificar ante el órgano concedente la aplicación de los fondos percibidos y el cumplimiento del resto de condiciones impuestas a la finalidad que haya servido a la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Así, los beneficiarios, presentarán por el pago anticipado, una memoria de las actividades realizadas hasta el momento imputable a la subvención que tendrá que ser validada por un informe técnico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Memoria que también será presentada para justificar la totalidad de la subvención, antes del 31 de enero de 2027, según lo previsto en los apartados anteriores para su justificación y la presentación de la cuenta justificativa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Al preverse compatibilidad con otras subvenciones, cuando las actividades hayan sido financiadas, además de por esta subvención, con otros fondos propios u otras subvenciones o recursos, se tiene que acreditar en la justificación el importe, la procedencia y la aplicación de estos fondos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; La justificación se documentará mediante cuenta justificativa que tendrá que incluir, bajo la responsabilidad del declarante, los justificantes de gasto o de otro documento con validez jurídica que permita acreditar el cumplimiento del objeto de la subvención pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El plazo máximo para presentarse será el 31 de enero del 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Los gastos se acreditarán mediante facturas y el resto de los documentos de valor probatorio equivalente con validez al tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en los términos establecidos reglamentariamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA. Modificación del convenio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Este convenio se podrá modificar de forma expresa y de común acuerdo entre las partes mediante la redacción y firma de adendas o anexos a este convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVA. Causas de extinción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Son causas de extinción del Convenio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El mutuo acuerdo de las partes que intervienen en el presente Convenio;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La determinación unilateral del Consell, que podrá en cualquier momento, desistir del presente Convenio, siempre;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La existencia de una causa justificada de interés público;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La imposibilidad de conseguir el objetivo o la finalidad prevista en este Convenio;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El incumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos por las partes en este Convenio;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por decisión judicial declaratoria de la nulidad del Convenio;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por resolución de reintegro no resuelta;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cualquiera de las causas de resolución previstas en el marco normativo vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. Efectos de la resolución de los Convenios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El cumplimiento y la resolución del presente Convenio dará lugar a la liquidación del mismo con el objeto de determinar las obligaciones y los compromisos de cada una de las partes siempre que se haya realizado en los términos y satisfaciendo a ambas partes, de acuerdo con sus respectivas competencias. En el momento de resolución del Convenio tendrán que estar liquidados todos los pagos. No obstante, si concurre alguna de las causas de resolución del convenio y existen actuaciones en curso de ejecución, las partes podrán acordar la continuación de las actuaciones en curso que consideren oportunas, estableciendo un plazo improrrogable para su finalización y transcurrido este se tendrá que liquidar el Convenio según los términos antes mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMA. Régimen jurídico y jurisdicción y fuero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Este Convenio constituye el instrumento a través del cual se tiene que canalizar esta subvención por el procedimiento de concesión directa previsto en el artículo 22.2.a de la Ley general subvenciones, porque está previsto nominativamente en los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera y en el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Formentera para el periodo 2026 al 2027 (BOIB n.º 31, de 10 de marzo de 2026), entendido como la norma reguladora de las subvenciones por esta corporación donde se dice expresamente respecto de las subvenciones en materia de agricultura, ganadería, pesca y caza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo VI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subvenciones en materia de agricultura, ganadería, pesca y caza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;En materia de agricultura, ganadería, pesca y caza, el Consell Insular, durante el periodo de vigencia del Plan, llevará a cabo las siguientes líneas de subvención:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- ACTUACIÓN 1. Ayudas dirigidas a las asociaciones ganaderas de Formentera para actuaciones veterinarias por la realización de vacunaciones anuales obligatorias y los tratamientos antiparásitos internos; y ayudas dirigidas a la adquisición de semillas por parte de los asociados que hayan declarado las superficies de siembra en la PAC.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objetivos y efectos perseguidos: facilitar a las asociaciones del ámbito de la ganadería asistencia en materia de sanidad animal y posibilitar otras actividades encaminadas a la conservación y mejora del sector ganadero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mejora de la sanidad animal y mantenimiento o aumento de la actividad ganadera tradicional.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coste previsto: 52.000€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Financiación: se llevará a cabo con fondos propios, con cargo al capítulo IV de los presupuestos del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plan de acción: Firma del correspondiente Convenio.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento de concesión: subvención nominativa, ateniéndonos a lo que prevea el Presupuesto para el año correspondiente.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El presente convenio de colaboración se entiende como una relación jurídica exenta de la aplicación de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público, por la cual se trasponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014, según lo que dispone en su artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sin embargo, el artículo 4 de la Ley de contratos del sector público establece que serán de aplicación los principios generales de dicha Ley para resolver las dudas y lagunas que pudieran presentarse en el cumplimiento del citado convenio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las partes suscribientes de este Convenio se comprometen a intentar resolver en común las diferencias que puedan surgir en la aplicación y la interpretación de este Convenio, en el sí de la Comisión de seguimiento, creada al efecto. Pero si esto no es posible, las partes acuerdan someter expresamente las cuestiones litigiosas surgidas sobre la interpretación, la modificación, la resolución y los efectos de este a la jurisdicción contenciosa-administrativa de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa- Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Así mismo son fuente de la regulación de esta subvención, las Bases generales reguladoras de las subvenciones del Consell Insular de Formentera para el año 2026, BOIB n.º 31, de 10 de marzo de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMA. Publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Este Convenio se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el portal de transparencia del Consell Insular de Formentera y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) en atención a lo previsto en los arts. 33 y 34 del TRLS y del art. 4 del Real Decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y demás ayudas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por último, las personas o entidades beneficiarias tendrán que hacer la difusión adecuada del carácter público de la financiación del programa, la actividad, la inversión o la actuación objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUODÉCIMA. Periodo de vigencia y entrada en vigor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El presente convenio entrará en vigor en el momento de su firma y se mantendrá vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026 y no podrá ser renovado hasta que se hayan realizado las justificaciones de los gastos, con fecha tope 31 de enero de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las partes manifiestan su conformidad con el contenido íntegro de las estipulaciones de este Convenio y, como prueba de esto, lo firman y rubrican en dos ejemplares originales y auténticos a un solo efecto, en el lugar y la fecha que figuran en el encabezamiento, de lo cual el Secretario da fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;INTRODUCCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El programa sanitario que se presenta recoge las siguientes líneas de trabajo, que tienen previsto cumplirse siempre que la situación sanitaria global no empeore o cambie y se disponga del presupuesto necesario destinado para tal finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El programa sanitario tiene como finalidad mejorar el estatus sanitario de las explotaciones, sus rendimientos, el bienestar animal y el asesoramiento a los ganaderos en materia de manejo, reproducción, prevención de enfermedades, gestión, comercialización y prácticas higiénico-sanitarias, así como intentar mejorar la calidad de los hígados de los animales que se llevan a matadero para conseguir reducir la cantidad de decomisos (cuestión muy importante para los ganaderos de la isla).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;MARCO LEGAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Normativa reguladora estatal: Real Decreto 842/2011, de 17 de junio, por el cual se establece la normativa básica de las Agrupaciones de Defensa Sanitaria Ganadera (A.D.S. a partir de ahora) y se crea y regula su Registro Nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Normativa reguladora autonómica: Decreto 42/2021, de 11 de octubre, por el cual se regula el funcionamiento de las A.D.S. en el ámbito de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA ADS DE REBAÑO OVINO, CAPRINO Y PORCINO DE FORMENTERA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Asociación de Ganaderos de Formentera se inscribió en el registro provincial de asociaciones el 12 de febrero del 1993, con los objetivos de fomentar, mejorar y rentabilizar la producción de los rebaños ovinos y caprinos de la isla, así como defender los intereses de los ganaderos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El 11 de abril del 2021 se modificaron los estatutos de la Asociación, constituyéndose como A.D.S. multi especie (orden del 26 de mayo de 1992) de acuerdo con lo establecido en el RD 842/2011 del 17 de junio. Desde entonces, se ha aumentado la sanidad y la productividad de las explotaciones ganaderas y nos encaminamos a poner en práctica la aplicación de un programa sanitario común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Actualmente, nuestra ADS consta de una veterinaria de explotación, autónoma, que hace las campañas de vacunación y desparasitación ordinarias (bianuales) y las extraordinarias, ligadas a su formación, que puedan darse, como serían las urgencias, todos los días del año exceptuando aquellos destinados a las vacaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Como medios técnicos, la ADS dispone de una furgoneta con nevera portátil, una oficina con almacén y nevera para tener los medicamentos y vacunas adecuadamente conservados, un microscopio, un teléfono móvil a disposición de los ganaderos 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana, y un ordenador compartido en dicha oficina. Esta está ubicada físicamente en Formentera, en el Polígono Industrial Can Bonet, Cooperativa del campo, 07860, Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Hoy en día la ADS de Formentera se compone de 100 explotaciones inscritas de las cuales 96 tienen animales, con un total de 717 ovinos adultos reproductores, 286 caprinos adultos reproductores, 282 animales entre animales de recría y animales de engorde (189 corderos y 93 cabritos), así como 26 porcinos reproductores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PROGRAMA SANITARIO COMÚN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dado que desde que la ADS inició su actividad se han podido observar las principales patologías presentes en la isla y que las patologías de los pequeños rumiantes son similares, teniendo en cuenta la normativa mencionada en la introducción y el Reglamento (CE) 429/2016 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 9 de marzo de 2016, relativo a las enfermedades transmisibles de los animales, en su anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se establece el siguiente Programa Sanitario para las especies ovina y caprina conjuntamente con el objetivo de realizar una actuación integral de sanidad animal de las manadas de rumiantes de la isla. Es con este objeto que se realizarán mínimo dos visitas en el año a cada explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En estas dos visitas se asesorará a los ganaderos según las condiciones y aptitudes que se observen, para mejorar la higiene y el bienestar de los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Además, se aplicarán las siguientes actuaciones sanitarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Programa de vigilancia y control de las enterotoxemias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.1. Vacuna para enterotoxemia.- Se realizará dos veces al año, preferiblemente a primeros de la primavera y del otoño, haciéndolo coincidir con la época de la paridera. Se vacunarán todos los animales adultos de las especies ovina y caprina presentes en la explotación en el momento de la visita, así como se recomendará la vacunación de los animales de más de dos meses de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.2. Vacuna para tétanos.- Esta se realiza conjuntamente con la anterior. Se vacunará con Toxipra Plus®, vacuna inactivada de carbunco sintomático, enterotoxemia (basquilla), hepatitis necrótica y tétanos, de los Laboratorios Hipra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Durante la vacunación se utilizan lápices marcadores para distinguir los animales ya tratados de los que no. Durante el año se gastan aproximadamente 4 lápices marcadores en las 96 explotaciones que constan como asociadas y que todavía tienen animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Otras vacunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Según las necesidades de la campaña ganadera y la aparición de diferentes patologías, se podrían implementar otras vacunas dentro del programa sanitario, así como adaptar la vacunación bianual a los retrasos de las épocas de paridera (cosa que se viene observando los dos últimos años, asociado en cierto modo a los cambios climáticos y la disponibilidad de alimentos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En lo referente a lo anterior, podríamos hablar de la detección de Fiebre Q en diferentes explotaciones, a la espera de confirmación por PCR, donde se tendría que proceder a la vacunación una vez confirmados los focos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Así mismo, atendido a la situación epidémica de lengua azul declarada en el 2021 en las Illes Balears, se está procediendo a la vacunación de toda la campaña ganadera susceptible de verse afectada (especie ovina, mayores de 2 meses de edad) una vez al año, coincidiendo con los meses de julio/agosto, con la vacuna Syvazul® de Laboratorios Syva (virus de lengua azul inactivado) y que está subvencionada y suministrada por la IRFAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Desparasitación interna y externa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La desparasitación interna se realizará dos veces al año, con Closantel / Albendazol en proporción 2:1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El programa de desparasitación externa se llevará a cabo mediante un producto de aplicación tópica, oral o inyectable fachada ectoparásitos (pulgas y garrapatas), insectos (moscas y mosquitos) y Oestrus spp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para la desparasitación externa se utilizarán los antiparasitarios Ivermectina o Cipermetrina, según las necesidades del rebaño pero mínimo una vez al año. Tanto la Ivermectina como el Closantel (que ya se administra en la desparasitación interna) oral, serían efectivos hacia el Oestrus spp. Se pondrá a disposición del ganadero dicho producto y se le instruirá en su uso correcto (tanto en cuanto a aplicación y manejo seguro para animales y personas como en tiempos de espera).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Programa de bioseguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Con actuaciones de formación y asesoramiento sobre temas relacionados con la bioseguridad en las granjas, modelos de registros, así como instrucciones de limpieza y desinfección de las instalaciones y enseres cuando se detecten enfermedades en los animales y también enfocar una buena limpieza y desinfección de manera cotidiana, así como a explicar la importancia de usar ropa específica durante la interacción con la manada por parte del ganadero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Asesorar con limpieza-desinfección-desinsectación “todo dentro de / todo fuera” en este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Limpieza y eliminación de basuras y gran suciedad, ayudados por detergente y agua caliente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Correcta desinfección con desinfectantes tipo lejía o amonios cuaternarios, respetando tiempos de espera si es el caso. Se recomendará que lean bien el etiquetado de los productos para dosificar correctamente y no infringir los periodos de espera recomendados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estos pasos son muy importantes para disponer de una explotación con la sanidad adecuada, puesto que sin una buena higiene de los corrales todas las actuaciones que se puedan efectuar después en forma de medicina preventiva no serán igual de eficientes. Con la limpieza y desinfección conseguimos reducir las posibles cargas bacteriana y viral, disminuyendo de forma directamente proporcional la posibilidad de infección de los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se realizará un tratamiento insecticida en todo el corral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Saneamiento y extracción de troncos encefálicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se tomarán muestras de sangre a todas las manadas ovinas y caprinas que hayan sido seleccionadas por el IRFAP, para analítica de Brucelosis. Las muestras serán enviadas al IRFAP de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Además, se procederá a la extracción de troncos encefálicos de ovino y/o caprino mayores de un año de edad para la identificación de Scrapie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Relativo a este trabajo, el número de muestras y la selección de explotaciones nos será comunicado por el IRFAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Identificación de los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Realización de las tareas de identificación electrónica de ovino y caprino según las directrices técnicas del SEMILLA (Servicio de Mejora Agraria) con el material suministrado por dicha entidad (bolos ruminales y crótalos), al mismo tiempo que se realicen las actuaciones sanitarias se efectuará el control y la identificación de los animales mayores de 6 meses que tengan que permanecer en la explotación como reproductores o que tengan que ser trasladados a otra explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si hubiera animales que hubieran perdido la identificación (ya sea de crótalos o de bolos ruminales) se facilitaría al ganadero el pedido de duplicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se revisarán y cumplimentarán los libros de explotación, libros de registro de tratamientos medicamentosos y las cartillas ganaderas y se informará a los ganaderos de la importancia, obligaciones y responsabilidades en relación a las campañas de saneamiento mencionadas y al sistema de identificación de los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el caso de los porcinos, se establecen los siguientes puntos en el Programa Sanitario con el objetivo de realizar una actuación integral de sanidad animal de la isla. Es con esta finalidad que se realizarán mínimo dos visitas en el año a cada explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En estas dos visitas se asesorará a los ganaderos según las condiciones y aptitudes que se observen, para mejorar la higiene y el bienestar y se aplicarán las siguientes actuaciones sanitarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Programa de vigilancia y control del mal rojo y la parvovirosis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.1. Vacuna.- Se realizará dos veces al año en aquellos animales suidos reproductores que hayan sido vacunados previamente (2-3 semanas previas a la cubrición) y en individuos no vacunados con anterioridad se administrarán dos dosis a partir de los 6 meses de edad, haciendo coincidir la segunda dosis con que falten de 3 a 4 semanas para la cubrición o monta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se vacunará con Eryseng Parvo®, vacuna inactivada enfrente Parvovirus porcino y erisipela porcina, de los Laboratorios Hipra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Habitualmente los animales de la especie porcina que son vacunados se encuentran estabulados de forma individual y no es necesario marcarlos. Cuando la situación es diferente, se marcan con los mismos lápices marcadores del ganado ovino y caprino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Otras vacunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Según las necesidades de la campaña ganadera y la aparición de diferentes patologías, se podrían implementar otras vacunas dentro del programa sanitario, así como adaptar la vacunación bianual en épocas de cubrición/monta diferentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Desparasitación interna y externa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La desparasitación interna se realizará dos veces al año, con Levamisol (Vermivet® solución oral). Se recomendará también la desparasitación de los porcinos de engorde con la misma pauta que los reproductores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La desparasitación externa con el antiparasitario Foxima, de aplicación tópica, según las necesidades del animal, al menos una vez al año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Programa de bioseguridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se realizará un tratamiento insecticida en todo el corral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Saneamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se tomarán muestras de sangre de todos los suidos reproductores para la detección de la enfermedad de Aujezsky una vez al año. Las muestras se enviarán al IRFAP de Mallorca. Relativo a este trabajo el número de muestras y la selección de explotaciones nos será comunicado por el IRFAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los siguientes puntos a tratar serán comunes tanto por las explotaciones de ovino/caprino como por las de porcino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Diagnósticos laboratoriales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para el mejor control de las enfermedades o detección de nuevas afecciones, se pueden realizar tomas de muestras y/o necropsias para el diagnóstico laboratorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se pueden tomar muestras de excrementos para el control de parásitos internos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Según el tipo de patología de que se sospeche, la muestra se remitirá donde se considere oportuno (IRFAP, Laboratorio privado, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Urgencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La veterinaria de la A.D.S. también atiende urgencias y/o casos clínicos que se desarrollen a lo largo de la semana fuera de horario laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los más frecuente son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;partos distócicos,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;ataques de perros,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;animales decaídos o postrados,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;diarreas e indigestiones,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;problemas respiratorios,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;apatía y anorexia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Estudios epidemiológicos y red de vigilancia de enfermedades de declaración obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Durante la ejecución del programa sanitario, tomando como punto de partida las enfermedades detectadas en la zona de actuación se elaborará un estudio epidemiológico básico anual de la sanidad de las manadas asociadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se colaborará con la administración pública en la red de vigilancia epidemiológica, en programas de vigilancia contra las EETs, Brucelosis, Fiebre Q, Lengua Azul y otras que se puedan establecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Programa de vigilancia específica de determinadas enfermedades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se realizarán las actuaciones convenientes y los tratamientos adecuados en relación al control de las enfermedades publicadas en el Reglamento (CE) 429/2016 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 9 de marzo de 2016, relativo a las enfermedades transmisibles de los animales, en su anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En casi todos los casos como prevención y/o control se intentará erradicar la enfermedad en los reservorios, identificando y eliminando los animales de las manadas afectadas, así como vacunando los animales susceptibles. También se implantarán las medidas de higiene y protección necesarias para reducir la exposición de los ganaderos a los espacios de trabajo y el tratamiento adecuado de los alimentos y productos derivados de animales potencialmente contaminados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En los ovinos afectados, los signos clínicos son variables y pueden incluir fiebre, hemorragias, ulceración del tejido oral y nasal, sialorrea, descarga nasal, edema de labios, lengua y mandíbula, inflamación del carrete coronario y cojera, debilidad, depresión, pérdida de peso, diarrea profusa, vómitos, neumonía y cianosis, que provoca el color azul de la lengua, abortos e interrupción en el crecimiento de la lana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La lucha contra esta enfermedad se basa en medidas preventivas higiénico sanitarias y evitar la entrada de portadores víricos y el establecimiento de medidas de protección ante los vectores, como serían insecticidas, tratamiento de los purines y de los locales de las explotaciones donde están los animales para limitar la población de Culicoides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se recomienda a los ganaderos encerrar la manada por la noche para reducir el riesgo de infección y transmisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;FIEBRE AFTOSA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO, CAPRINO Y PORCINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los signos clínicos incluyen depresión, anorexia y cojera. Se pueden observar vesículas en la lengua y en el cojinete dental, y en el carrete coronario de las pezuñas. Las lesiones producidas en ovinos suelen ser transitorias. Puede provocar la muerte súbita por miocarditis en corderos y abortos en ovejas reproductoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;FIEBRE DEL VALLE DEL RIFT&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CABRUNO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La enfermedad se caracteriza por debilidad aguda, abortos y altas tasas de mortalidad y morbilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La especie más afectada es el ovino, donde los abortos pueden llegar a ser del 100%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;BRUCELOSIS&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO, CAPRINO Y PORCINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La enfermedad se caracteriza por la presencia de abortos, retención de placenta, orquitis, epididimitis y raramente artritis, con excreción de la bacteria a través de la leche.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Produce enfermedad clínica o subclínica en las manadas ovinas, produciendo disminución de la fertilidad, orquitis y epididimitis en carneros y abortos y placentitis en ovejas, así como aumento de las muertes perinatales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta enfermedad también puede afectar a las manadas de caprinos y a los suidos, con sintomatología muy similar a la presentada en ovinos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las actuaciones actuales son de saneamiento aleatorio puesto que Formentera tiene la calificación sanitaria M4 (oficialmente indemne a brucelosis). Si se detectase la enfermedad se tendría que sacrificar toda la cabaña ganadera afectada y hacer zonas de protección y vigilancia alrededor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;SCRAPIE&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No existe tratamiento para los animales afectados, solo sacrificio. Se colabora con el IRFAP haciendo la campaña de extracción de troncos encefálicos para analizar la casuística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;CARBUNCLO BACTERIANO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Afecta a pequeños rumiantes. Se da de forma híper aguda, donde el signo más característico es la muerte súbita. Algunos animales pueden observarse con temblores, ataxia y dificultad respiratoria. La mayoría se suelen encontrar muertos, con marcado meteorismo y poco rigor mortis, salida de líquido sanguinolento por la nariz y el ano y rápida descomposición. Una característica común es que animales aparentemente sanos mueren de repente sin síntomas evidentes de enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Administración de antibióticos como tratamiento y de forma preventiva, cuarentena de animales nuevos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;EQUINOCOCOSIS&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En las manadas infectadas por E. Granulosus se pueden producir: disminución del crecimiento, de la producción de leche, carne y lana, de la tasa de natalidad, así como pérdidas ligadas al decomiso de órganos en la inspección postmortem. Pero como los quistes crecen muy lentamente, muchos animales infectados se sacrifican antes de que hayan manifestado síntomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La prevención y tratamiento se basan en tratar a los perros presentes en manadas con medicamentos antiparasitarios tipos praziquantel y evitar la carne cruda por comida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;TUBERCULOSIS&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO, CAPRINO Y SUIDOS (muy raramente)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es una enfermedad de curso lento, consuntiva, que debilita al animal y puede tardar meses o años en mostrar los primeros síntomas, que suelen ser: caquexia, anorexia, adelgazamiento, fiebre fluctuante, disminución de la producción de leche, dificultad respiratoria y tos seca intermitente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PARATUBERCULOSIS&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El signo clínico más común en pequeños rumiantes es la pérdida de peso. Un 10-20% de los casos puede presentar diarrea. Los casos se presentan de forma esporádica y en momentos concretos como la gestación, lactación, cambios de alimentación, aumento de estrés o infecciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;FIEBRE Q&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En animales puede ser asintomática, pero si se manifiesta se puede ver infertilidad, abortos, mortalidad neonatal y partos prematuros. Los abortos suelen ser al final de la gestación y se pueden presentar conjuntamente con retención placentaria. A veces se presenta junto con perineumonia, metritis, conjuntivitis y artritis, pero no es frecuente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PNCC&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La pleuroneumònia contagiosa cabruna (PNCC) es una enfermedad que afecta a las cabras y a algunas especies de rumiantes salvajes, causada por Micoplasma capricolum subespecie capripneumoniae (Mccp). En las cabras, se manifiesta con anorexia, fiebre y signos respiratorios, como disnea, polipnea, tos y rinorrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las formas aguda y subaguda de la enfermedad se caracterizan por una pleuroneumonia serofibrinosa unilateral con derrame pleural intenso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PPC&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PORCINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La enfermedad tiene formas agudas y crónicas y puede ser grave, con una alta mortalidad, o leve, incluso inaparente. En la forma aguda de la enfermedad, en todos los grupos de edad, hay fiebre, anorexia, apatía, debilidad, conjuntivitis, estrechamiento alternado con diarrea, ambulación errática. Días después del inicio de los signos clínicos, las orejas, el abdomen y la cara interna de las extremidades pueden presentar una decoloración púrpura. Los animales con la enfermedad aguda mueren en un plazo de 1-2 semanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PPA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PORCINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La peste porcina africana es una enfermedad vírica que afecta a cerdos y cerdos jabalíes y que suele ser mortal. No tiene vacuna ni cura. Por este motivo, tiene graves consecuencias socioeconómicas en los países afectados. Los seres humanos no se ven afectados por la enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los síntomas típicos de la peste porcina africana son similares a los de la peste porcina clásica y, para distinguirlas, suele ser necesario un diagnóstico de laboratorio. Los síntomas consisten, entre otros, en fiebre, anorexia, apatía, abortos, hemorragias internas y hemorragias visibles en oídos e ingles. Puede incluso producirse la muerte súbdita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;AUJEZSKY&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PORCINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En los suidos, los síntomas clínicos varían según la edad del animal; en los porcinos de menos de una semana de edad, los síntomas son fiebre y anorexia, seguidos rápidamente por temblores, pedaleo, convulsiones u otros síntomas relacionados con el SNC. Algunos sufren parálisis en las extremidades posteriores y adoptan la postura de “perro sentado”, otros se tumban, pedalean o andan en círculos. Los porcinos pueden morir en solo horas sin presentar síntomas; la mortalidad en esta franja de edad es muy elevada; una vez se presentan signos neurológicos, el animal muere generalmente entre las 24 y las 36 horas. Signos similares se presentan en porcinos mayores, pero el índice de mortalidad es más bajo. También se han documentado vómitos y signos respiratorios en el grupo de mayor edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En los porcinos destetados, la enfermedad de Aujeszky se presenta principalmente como una enfermedad respiratoria, los síntomas son fiebre, anorexia, pérdida de peso, tos, estornudos, conjuntivitis y disnea. La enfermedad respiratoria puede complicarse con infecciones bacterianas secundarias. Ocasionalmente se pueden observar signos de afección del SNC. Los porcinos destetados tienden a recuperarse entre 5 y 10 días tras la aparición de síntomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En los adultos, la infección por lo general es moderada o puede pasar desapercibida, con predominio de signos respiratorios; no obstante, algunos animales adultos pueden desarrollar signos respiratorios graves que pueden derivar en neumonía. En casos esporádicos, pueden manifestarse signos neurológicos que varían en su gravedad: desde temblores musculares leves hasta convulsiones. Las cerdas preñadas pueden reabsorber fetos infectados, abortar o parir neonatos débiles y temblorosos; las camadas afectadas pueden contener porcinos normales, mortinatos y débiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para las manadas vacunas y ovinas, la enfermedad de Aujeszky resulta casi siempre mortal en el transcurso de días. El primer síntoma es prurito intenso en un área cutánea puntual; por lo general, esto se manifiesta porque el animal no deja de automutilarse la piel. Los animales afectados se debilitan progresivamente hasta llegar a la postración. Son frecuentes las convulsiones, balidos, rechinar de dientes, arritmias y la taquipnea y disnea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El fracaso de la reproducción se caracteriza por infertilidad, abortos, mortalidad perinatal o nacidos débiles que en general mueren al poco del nacimiento debido a la enfermedad respiratoria y a infecciones secundarias. El estado de gestación, el estado inmune de la cerda y la virulencia del virus determinan los efectos de la infección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En los machos y cerdas jóvenes y adultas de reposición no cruzadas, se puede observar fiebre y anorexia, pero la infección es con frecuencia inaparente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los síntomas son disnea, fiebre, anorexia y apatía, decoloración roja del cuerpo y cianosis de los pabellones auriculares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;RABIA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO, CAPRINO Y SUIDOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los animales afectados de rabia suelen presentar excitación, debilidad del tercio posterior, contracción muscular generalizada, ptialismo, sialorrea debida a la parálisis de la musculatura faríngea y dacriorrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Actualmente las Illes Balears están libres de rabia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;VIRUELA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINA Y CAPRINA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La viruela ovina y caprina son enfermedades que se caracterizan por fiebre, pápulas o nódulos generalizados, vesículas, lesiones internas y muerte del animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta última como enfermedad emergente en Andalucía y Castilla la Mancha actualmente. En España, la enfermedad es de declaración obligatoria (D.O.) y es imperativo realizar el sacrificio inmediato de los animales afectados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;PESTE (VPPR)&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;OVINO Y CAPRINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La gravedad de la enfermedad varía con la especie, la inmunidad del animal al virus y la raza. Cuando se exponen por primera vez se puede ver fiebre elevada, depresión grave y muerte, a pesar de que lo más común es fiebre alta repentina, somnolencia, marcada depresión y apatía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las descargas oculares y nasales ocurren poco después y se vuelven mucopurulentas debido a infecciones secundarias. En pocos días, se puede ver hiperemia de las encías y pequeños focos necróticos grises en cavidad oral, por lo que también aparecen ptialismo y sialorrea. Más adelante aparece diarrea profusa, acuosa y fétida, taquipnea y disnea, tos y signos de neumonía. Puede haber abortos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que se produzca un brote, las medidas recomendadas consistirían en el sacrificio de los animales afectados y el control de los desplazamientos de animales vivos para evitar que la enfermedad se expanda a otras áreas. Se ha desarrollado una vacuna preventiva que en caso de riesgo se podría usar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Programa de formación sanitaria para los ganaderos de las explotaciones integradas a la ADS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Formación de los ganaderos sobre calidad, trazabilidad, bienestar animal, normativa y gestión medioambiental de residuos, nutrición animal, manejo de la manada, enfermedades más frecuentes, instalaciones adecuadas, transporte de animales vivos, parasitosis frecuentes, así como asesoramiento en bioseguridad, instrucciones de limpieza y/o desinfección que se aplicarán cuando se detecten enfermedades en los animales, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La temática de los cursos de formación será acordada con el área de medio rural de Formentera y la junta directiva de la ADS de Formentera, siempre teniendo en cuenta los temas propuestos por los ganaderos, que sean de reciclaje para ganaderos consolidados o de nuevo aprendizaje para jóvenes / nuevos ganaderos, con la frecuencia que se considere adecuada y siempre que haya enfermedades nuevas o emergentes para solucionar las dudas que puedan surgir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Acercamiento de la función de la ADS y ventajas de pertenecer a los ganaderos de la zona que no son miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se visitarán el 100% de las explotaciones pertenecientes a la ADS y se vacunará y desparasitará el 100% de los animales susceptibles de ser tratados, tanto en ovino/caprino como en suidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se realizarán todas aquellas actuaciones necesarias para conseguir los objetivos de la asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Programa sanitario elaborado y firmado por la veterinaria técnica de la ADS de Formentera, Loana Fraga Bornschein, colegiada número 755 en el Ilustre Colegio de Veterinarios de las Islas Baleares.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se dan por reproducidos todos los anexos transcritos más arriba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
