    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión ordinaria realizada el día 20/04/2025, aprobó entre otros, el acuerdo de &lt;strong&gt;modificación del acuerdo núm. 25 de precios públicos para la prestación de los servicios de las escuelas infantiles 0-3 años.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cumplimiento de la disposición adicional segunda del acuerdo número 25 de Precios Públicos para la prestación de los servicios de escuelas infantiles públicas de 0 a 3 años, mediante la cual el establecimiento o modificación de los precios públicos queda delegada a la Junta de Gobierno Local, de acuerdo con el artículo 23.2.b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es procedente publicar el texto completo aprobado, la redacción del cual es la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo núm. 25 de Precios Públicos para la prestación de los servicios de escuelas infantiles 0-3 años.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el epígrafe 2 del acuerdo de precios públicos núm. 25 PRECIOS PÚBLICOS ESCUELAS INFANTILES 0-3 AÑOS, de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Allá donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El precio público de los epígrafes 4, 5 y 6 se exigirá en régimen de autoliquidación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El precio público del epígrafe 4 se exigirá mediante cargo en cuenta, por domiciliación bancaria que autorizará la persona interesada. El precio público de los epígrafes 5 y 6 se exigirá en régimen de autoliquidación&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el portal de transparencia de acuerdo a lo que dispone el artículo 8.1.c de la Ley 19/2013, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el acuerdo íntegro de los precios públicos en el tablón de edictos y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, entrando en vigor el siguiente día de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
